Notion has been a game-changer in my content writing career.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to organize my work-related projects, as well as my private notes, into one meaningful space where I can access them anytime from different devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides. Everything works perfectly.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and helpful to collect company information. We are still learning how to use the tool oficiantly according to our processes. The AI is great tool, mostly for translation
What do you dislike about the product?
We still have to learn the system, and due to the many features, the learning curve is a bit longer. More short videos and examples could help us understand the tool. Probably there are a lot of them already and we have to find the time to go into it in depth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best use for us is for translation of texts. We use it mostly between German and English and vice versa. We hope to see an easier and reacher way to work in a reach text mode.
AI Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
The AI is saving so much time. I can quickly summarize long feedback or notes and create action items. It does in a few seconds, what before, it would take me easily 2 hours to accomplish.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the AI to connect information from different databases. Or, if I have a page - database called 1:1, and inside this I have 10 different pages of 1:1 meetings, of which, 5 are 1:1 note from person xyz. Now I'd like to ask the AI to write feedback based on Person xyz notes, which are on 5 different pages, within the same database.
It would be amazing to be able to upload audio to my research database and get the AI to summarize the interview.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Be able to have all of that in the same tool. Is very flexible, and you can create amazing workspaces combining all the different features.

A second brain that make life easier and more organized
What do you like best about the product?
The New AI capabilities are really handy. Of course is not as poeerful as other AI companies but you can you use both. So, for the things that Notion AI proposes, it delivers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI. I understand that AI is not the goal from notion, and it’s already good, but it can be better. The UI is also something that can improve. The flat ui is ok, but old. A new, refreshed UI would be amazing. Something more fluid and user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Specially when it comes to school. Notion is a life saver. No more keeping separate folders on my computer now I have my entire student life on notion,I take my notes and with AI I get to have explanations of things I didn't quite understand and also it helps me with its summary capabilities and translation.
Easy and modular platform for smal businesse
What do you like best about the product?
I have now been using notion for the last 6 month and most say that i love using it. So big recomandation from me.
I use notion every day and that includes Notions AI tool. The AI tool makes my workflows so much faster and with the implementation of butten we can now do things with the speed of clicking a button.!

What do you dislike about the product?
a thing i would like to be implementet into notion is a way to make dinamic visual charts from databases, so we don't need third party intergration to make great looking visual dashbords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me strukture my projects and tasks. and with the addition of Notions AI , it now, for an affordable price, also help me with my content writing scripting and research.

Things could be improved:
- comments: not easy to manage comments on multi
- blocks: you can now manage block by block, and that's great, but there is a downside to this: you cannot turn two similar blocks with the same type (example: text) into another type; you have to do so one by one
- templates: we use pages including pages for each of our projects, and I don't know how to templatize this kind of page because the structure is the same (a parent page with daughter pages)

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that you can customize every single thing/page. I have made pages for various types of organization, from my school notes and deadlines to my small business to my personal life.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the only downfalls of Notion is that the notion calender view cannot be synced with the Apple calender. I have to add the thing to both calenders individually. I know that you can view the Google Calender in Notion, I would like that for Apple too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Notion toggle feature is the one I use the most because I write all my schoolnotes in toggle form so that I can study it directly like that. Notion also solves the problem of being unorganized. In Notion everything has its own place and I am much more organized and I find everything a lot quicker.

It allows me to connect the dots between my notes' different aspects. These connections enable me to find what is relevant to me relatively quickly. Most competitors seem to make it challenging to do this, but with notion it's relatively easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It makes it hard sometimes to find exactly what you're looking for. I'd like the tree navigation to be a bit clearer as to the layout of all your notes and how they're connected. Having an automatically generated mind map of how all the notes are connected would be really cool.

We have a lot of people in a growing startup, and it's now to the point where we can't always be talking. So, it allows us to have a central knowledge hub of all of our notes.
