My experience with Notion & Notion AI
What do you like best about the product?
Notion helped me build a comprehensive life plan and provided me with a lot of tools to customize it the way I wanted. I had tried many other applications before, but I was not satisfied with them, especially when I needed to switch between multiple applications to organize things or write down my thoughts and ideas. It was challenging to collect tasks and keep them organized under one project or category.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Notion can be a bit slow, although they are constantly working on fixing it. Additionally, I feel that there is a need for more formulas to enhance the features within our databases and improve the writing experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have ADHD, and I often have a lot of ideas running through my mind. Before discovering Notion, I struggled to keep track of them and revisit them later. I used to find myself multitasking without a clear starting point because I didn't know how to organize everything. I tried using various tools like Access and Excel for building tools, Google Keep for writing, and multiple task management applications.
Notion AI has been an absolute game-changer for me in my work and content creation journey! It's like having a supportive friend by my side, helping me write compelling articles, craft engaging scripts, and even come up with witty tweets and social media posts. With Notion AI, I never have to worry about spending hours figuring out how to build databases or organize my life. What do you like best about the product?
The way I can personalize my templates in the way I like. The aesthetic, organization. The best thing is that allows me to freely play around to make every page mine. I can choose from a lot of templates and within them, create different views for the data to keep everything clear, and AI now is just amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is quite difficult to learn how to use it at the beginning and it took me a couple of months to figure it all out. Maybe it can improve putting a clear short tutorials at the beginning
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To keep everything on track, have all the different projects from different topics in just one place. I'm definitely more productive because it helps me to have everything organized and clear and I've seen a lot of improvements because of that

Notion addresses is the lack of flexibility in traditional productivity tools. Many tools are designed to work in a specific way, and users can feel constrained by their limitations. Notion, on the other hand, is highly customizable and can be adapted to suit a wide range of workflows and use cases. This flexibility allows users to work in a way that makes sense for them, rather than being forced to conform to a rigid system.
I was happy with my AI experience, especially with creative writing and brainstorming ideas.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the AI notion is to brainstorm ideas, suggest more ideas and explanation some abstract concepts. Besides this, AI notion helps me a a lot with my content writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI cannot write reply to emails and fully understand what I wanted it to do sometimes. In some cases, it even suggests wrong information, and I have to double check it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI help me to brainstorm ideas and write content for my research as a graphic designer. It helps to gain more insights as a graphic designer and suggest the most common inspiration.

Notion.ai has become an indispensable tool for me, enhancing my productivity and helping me stay organized. Its recent Generative AI capability is highly impressive. As an educator it helps me structuring my curriculum, brainstorming new ideas also creating assessments in various format as needed. I highly recommend this product to anyone .

As such there is no downsides but sometimes responses are little slow even in a paid account like mine. Mobile app experience can be done better . Add more Gen AI capabilities in future

Creating various types of assessment from selected text /topic is not easy as you have to read between lines. Notion helped me in creating assessment from selected given text in few seconds , It also gave me in a desired format so that I can upload them in my assessment builder easily.

Helping me to create a knowledge base for others. I like the fact that I can. Create finished documents in notion and feel confident with my AI content.

What do you like best about the product?
It's user interface and how clean it looks, its useful features and customizable design principle. Also the team behind it, it seems to take company's growth with a very considerate approach. Unlike most software startups' relentless approach to scale and monitize
What do you dislike about the product?
Hmmmm. This is a hard one... A couple of suggestions: default icon on android that matches the U martial UI of stock android. And more fonts to choose from, especially for other languages like Chinese
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All in one place for organizing the various aspects of my life. And the ability to share those with friends and family and collaborate. The search function is very good for finding historical knowledge. And I can do planning of literally anything, makes me feel so empowered.

Notion has done a commendable job in building a tool that has almost friction present to get started with anything. As someone who is into product management, it helps a lot in writing PRDs, defining tables, databases, nesting pages and so much more.

For a beginner, the learning curve might be a bit tedious because of how simple it is but otherwise, once they get a hang of it, it becomes the best productivity suite one can have.

Notion is helping us build Product requirement documentation that consists of information in a variety of formats like tables, headings, and paragraphs. Sometimes, the researches have to be covered as well that we achieve by creating a database that can have nested pages in it.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a fantastic tool to work. It's at first a bit difficult to understand but you quickly get use to it and see the endless possibilities with it. Couldn't do without it any more. The AI is a big plus. It's nice not to have to open something else on side, you can do everything from notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes trying to do something complex is very complex. I was trying to find help online and it's been very difficult. But appart from that it's some minor things.

Everything at one place! So nice and well done. I love the fact that I can find all my projects in one space, AI included in it. It's quite visual too so no more horrific apps
