Makes work life so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
The editing features are very simple and non-distracting. You get can get your work done without needing to think about formatting and it still looks good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sidebar organization can get a bit messy, I would rather prefer to have folders instead of header pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets me organize my notes in my own free way and it allows hybrid forms of documents that can be reports, but collections at the same time. The AI writing tool really helps getting texts just right, and it can also work with very long texts unlike the web chat tools out there.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is its versatile and intuitive interface. It allows me to seamlessly organise and collaborate on my tasks, notes, and projects. The AI function has taken my productivity to the next level by providing intelligent suggestions and automating redundant tasks. Notion has genuinely transformed the way I work, making it more efficient and enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I find lacking in Notion is its mobile app, which could benefit from improved performance and fluidity to match the desktop experience. Enhancements in this area would further enhance the overall user experience. I also look forward to easily linking Excel sheets with graphs and chartsinto my Notion page. Or maybe include cell formulas in Notion?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to do redundant work like organising my pages, adding headings etc. The AI function is a strong selling point for me. I love how my note pages are like websites that link to each other.

extremely customisable, we're able to link, copy and edit a lot of information and tasks can be linked to all the relevant information and content.

it does take time to build the systems so they are efficient, and if you're learnign how notion works you end up rebuilding and reorganising all of the pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
having a live asset database, and pages that the whole team can collaborate on and large projects that can have assigned tasks. it's able to keep us all on the same page and are assured we're working towards the same goal
Easy to use, versatile, and very functional
What do you like best about the product?
Finding notebooks that are useful for people who write code are hard to come by. Notion lets me make databases for any project and keep notes for any coding language.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the offered templates aren't so good for what I do. It's also not so intuitive to make databases from scratch, then form templates. I made one quite early on then continue to use that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just being a great notebook. Being able to stores normal notes in english along sice code chunks can be very useful. The note taking is also very flexible and fairly easy to use.
Review of Notion AI
What do you like best about the product?
Firstly, want to thank Notion for pushing and innovating uniquely. As an Economics degree student this semester, I had to write a seminar paper. Asking Notion AI, for help generating ideas for the topic, or even the whole document, gave me a headstart, and I could quickly do a Google search if there weren't any mistakes by it. Summarising tricky paragraphs helps when reading about things you are still learning. Being a not native English speaker, and having the possibility to get my fix my grammar. Another super helpful feature is "Explain". It saved me countless hours on the topics that were new and tricky.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with all AI helpers, there are disadvantages to them. Firstly, a summarising part needs some work because even though AI writes correctly, it doesn't recognise the most important sentences. Maybe if the sentences were bold or italic, that could help it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion, AI Writing assistant, helps people in any field reduce their monotonic jobs, and be more productive and creative, the things humans are great at. For me, it helped significantly cut the hours of intensive reading and summarising, because before reading the scientific article, I need to know have I, chosen the right one. Also, as stated previously, fixing grammar and style were key elements to fully try Ai Writing Assistant.

I have been using the tool for the past 6 months and I have nothing to mention as a downside at the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use and keep order of things.

That u cant put out boxes to type in and the commands are very easy on a computer but not as easy on the phone..

Notion AI Writing Assistant will make you super productive
What do you like best about the product?
I recently came across Notion, which has helped me organize my things efficiently. Being a marketer, I spend most of my time doing research and reading online, so there is a lot to capture and take notes on. The notion comes in really handy for this purpose. Additionally, with the addition of an AI assistant, the whole process becomes even more productive and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything in Notion is just perfect. However, I have encountered some issues while using the AI writing assistant tool. Sometimes, it provides incorrect information. I believe providing more precise prompts would help it work perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, the ability to create notes and share them as web pages is really handy. I can create notes and sell them on Gumroad with links, eliminating the need to worry about hosting and domain names. Moreover, these note webpages are optimized for any device. Recently, I needed to share a rough draft of website content with a client, and sharing it as a webpage really helped me.
Notion AI is a game changer. I use it many times a day and have already recommended it to everyone!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion AI allows me to improve my writing by providing alternative ways to say something, and generates top-quality content at the click of a button. I love that I can use it by using the command J shortcut button and that a list of suggestions comes up when I use Notion AI. I have found the "change the tone" button specifically useful for me, along with the "make shorter" or "make longer" shortcut commands. Overall, I've used Notion AI for everything from writing content for my blog to writing emails, doing research for work, improve website copy. Total gamechanger!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that Notion AI has a word limit on how much text I can insert. I would love to be able to not have a word limit at all or be able to insert longer text into the commands. Moreover, while it's great for writing and generating the content, I wish it would also include text-to-image and video generation so I can use Notion AI for all my needs and purposes without leaving the platform. It's also not great at handling math problems. I tried to solve some math problems using Notion AI and have the time the answers I got were way off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Notion and Notion AI, I'm able to quickly do research that would normally take hours to do beforehand (in minutes!). I also use it for improving my writing, generating content, and brainstorming new ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Notion that I am completely obsessed with is the recently introduced AI feature. Since I am in a learning phase, it has been like a buddy for me with whom I can discuss things, ask questions, brainstorm, get out of a block and structure my thoughts and code for future reference. Additionally, Notion's wide range of templates are also quite handy, as there is always something for everything. The ability to set reminders, download and save images, and create database like structures for different tasks were challenging before Notion. Notion has replaced my use of Google Docs, Word, different Calendars and has made me completely dependent on it. Since I am learning to be a software developer, there is always an appreciation for good software product and I have to admit Notion is one of the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike, but out of things that can improve is the mobile app which doesn't feel like a smooth experience. It is a little clunky and I have not been able to get the most out of it, even though I felt that it would have been very useful for quickly adding things. The AI product can also be improved a little by adding ways to use Notion's structures like database and pages. It will also be a good idea if a chat like feature can be implemented such that if we select some text, we can discuss it with the AI in detail in a pop-up box. It would be a really good feature for brainstorming. The reminder system, even though I have used it a lot, feels like could have an improvement by setting some sort of alarm on my mobile app. I sometimes miss the notification or see it late, which defeats the purpose a little bit. All of the above are nitpickings and not a proper dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently in a learning phase and my most important requirement was to take notes in a structured manner which I can quickly go through when needed. Before Notion, my solution was a book and a pen which was not an ideal solution for obvious reasons. Now, I am able to store all the information in a concise way and can go through it whenever I need to without wasting my time. It is also helping me plan for the next day, brainstorm when I am confused about anything, discuss and explain code if I have need for it, generate drafts for talks or presentations I have to give and also save my time quite a lot while doing all of these. 6 months ago I didn't know about Notion and had used solutions like Asana but none of them seemed efficient. Now, I can't imagine my day without Notion and it's really a testament to the developers who have built fantastic software.
