What do you like best about the product?

I like that Notion allows me, working in enterprise project management, to work at scale and speed. The AI Writing Assistant features are really helpful for managing large projects across multiple documents, efficiently updating a large number of documents with context. I also appreciate the automations and the ability to include databases within the Notion platform or within Notion docs. Additionally, its integration with Slack, Gmail, and Google Workspace is very powerful for me. Notion's feature set was better compared to the previous tool we used, and I had experienced good success with it in a previous company.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wish it was faster. Sometimes the AI tools are slow to respond.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Notion allows me to work at scale and speed, managing large projects across multiple documents with AI features. The automations and integrations with Slack, Gmail, and Google Workspace are powerful. It is a great Enterprise Search tool.

What do you like best about the product?

It is a very useful tool for organizing day-to-day information, planning activities, and keeping workspaces separate, both for personal use and for work. I like that it allows you to combine several functions in a single application: managing tasks, taking notes, creating Excel-type sheets to keep track of information, and centralizing different areas of knowledge on a single page.
The browser extensions that allow me to insert information into Notion are fantastic. Additionally, it is very fast and allows you to easily find the information you are looking for when you need it. Even in its free plan, it generates a great return because it saves a lot of time.

Its artificial intelligence tool is also very useful because it allows you to draft information and make inquiries quickly without leaving the tool.

Its team is very generous in sending you information by email that helps you learn to use it in a very short time.

What do you dislike about the product?

At first, it may seem intimidating to have to learn how to use the tool, but thanks to the wide variety of resources available and a whole community where you can find help, the process becomes very simple in no time.

The only disadvantage of using Notion, really, is not using it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows me to collect information while I do research, sort and organize data, and plan tasks from your Canvas panel. I can also insert calendars and convert the same table into different views, whether in list or calendar format. Overall, it helps me a lot to keep my day-to-day more organized.

The ease to access and number of templates is my favourite aspect of notion, best for advertising agency like us

The access part is little confusing, sometime i end up giving access to everything on the notion account.

We are managing all the tasks on notion from planning, to do lists, collaboration, client aprovals, calendar, work distribution, notion has been helping us manage like a full CRM tool.

Software recommendations that work with specific cloud site. Professional workflows to help in my presentation

What do you like best about the product?

I like the amazing amounts of things that I can do with Notion. I had no idea that I could do half of the things that I've started working on. I just realized today that I can create images or slides for presentations in Notion. It was very easy to set up.

What do you dislike about the product?

Right now, I'm just trying to understand how the connections between Zoom or if I need Zapier or any of my other software platforms work. I'm trying to set up so that when I have a meeting in Zoom, Notion can read my summary and then create a to-do list for me and tasks.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Notion solves the problem of having a CRM and keeping all my business documents, calendar, and everything in one place.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how Notion keeps everything on track and organized. The connected databases are great, helping us keep everything organized and connected in one place. We can link projects and tasks together so nothing gets lost. Notion is better than Asana, and I find it fairly easy to set up. I also like how you can easily find templates in the marketplace.

What do you dislike about the product?

Large databases can sometimes feel slower. As workspaces grow, large databases with multiple relations, roll ups, and filtered views can feel slower. Improvements in load speed, query optimization, and better tools for managing complex databases at scale would make Notion even stronger.

I use Notion for project management and documentation. It keeps everything on track and organized, with connected databases letting us link projects and tasks together so nothing gets lost.

What do you like best about the product?

When I am confused about how to do something, I can just ask the AI feature to do it for me, and it does so the way I would like most of the time. It is very helpful to organize thoughts and ideas in a variety of contexts, including work and personal. It has a clean interface. The price point is pretty fair, also. It has a nice variety of templates to use.

What do you dislike about the product?

At times, it feels a little too complicated for me. It can be overwhelming, and I can occasionally get bogged down by it and become distracted by trying to figure out how to use it as opposed to being productive.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am trying to keep all of my tasks out of my Gmail inbox, where they just sit there and don't get accomplished. I'm also trying to cut down on unnecessary back-and-forth emails between my assistant and me.

What do you like best about the product?

I like Notion for its simplicity and clean UI, which makes it easy to understand and optimize our systems. The ability to assign tasks to different team members across departments, like finance, legal, and design, makes it great for organizing. I also appreciate how Notion helps me understand when tasks are completed easily. Dashboards and reporting tools are what we use the most, and they are really valuable. I 100% recommend it because it's easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes, the tasks get a bit wonky. Maybe it's just how we have it set up. Being able to have personal tasks like ClickUp does would be good.

Notion simplifies organization issues with tons of clients and tasks. It allows us to assign tasks to different team members across departments like finance, legal, and design, which makes understanding and organizing tasks per client easy.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like that Notion is highly customizable to exactly what I need. I appreciated having someone to help me set up my account and create the databases, which made the initial setup very easy. What I love the most is that I can request something from Notion's AI, and it automatically updates my database, giving me a couple of different options if I have an idea on how to do something better. It consistently helps me create more time in my day by automating many of the manual processes my job has. The AI tool can answer my questions and complete tasks, and I feel comfortable with the level of personalization I have by using the AI agent.

What do you dislike about the product?

I kind of wish it had more Excel-like types of functions and, like, the columns of the databases, but not every single function. I mean, I wouldn't need every single Excel function, but there's a few that I think would be pretty helpful. Even, like, customizations on dates and such would be a little more helpful, I think. I think a few more functions similar to Excel would make my experience even better.

I use Notion to track calls, organize notes, streamline email generation, and stay on track with processes. It cuts down my time and personalizes emails in my voice, saving me time by automating manual tasks.
