Rich Features, Complex to Master
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the AI integration and how the Notion UI/UX is designed. The font, colorful callouts, toggles, and bullets make it more intuitive and visually appealing compared to looking at a boring text document. These features really help me make my documents attractive and easier for the executives to understand. It helps me in dividing and organizing my notes and meetings, and summarizing them in a way that is easily readable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that Notion can become really complicated to understand. With the database integration within other team spaces or other tasks, you need a bit of time to get a hang of Notion. It could be really confusing at once. And also the search option in Notion, it's like if you search any keyword, there would be hundreds of things that come up, and it's hard to figure out whether what you're looking for is an epic, a document, or a meeting note. So, I would love if the search option can be a little better in terms of filtering out where and what exactly I'm trying to look at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves my problem of data storage and centralizes documentation. It acts as an archive and a place where my team can track, store, and read about project updates in one spot.

What I like best about Notion is that it helps keep information, notes, and tasks in one well-structured place. It is especially useful for organizing study subjects and tracking completed assignments, which makes my work more clear and manageable.

Notion can sometimes feel slow or overly complex when managing larger pages and databases. It also takes time to set up an efficient structure, especially for users who want something simple and quick to use.

Notion solves the problem of scattered notes, tasks, and study materials by bringing everything into one organized workspace. This benefits me by helping me structure my study subjects, track completed work, and manage information more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Notion keeps all of our documents organized neatly. The dropdown feature makes it easy to find things and how it’s organized for the company is really helpful. The initial setup was very easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the search bar could be improved. It doesn’t direct to the thing I type in easily.

There's so much possibility with what you can do in it, large or small.

Sometimes there are little things that I wish you could do, but it would violate the simple design philosophy they are going for.
I think it may benefit from providing less tech savvy users best practices for organizing the infrastructure. The structure is a shift from how most people use typically google/ms suite and will fall back on their current ways.

The user interface is very user-friendly, and it offers multiple ways to input information.

When you delete something, there is no way to recover it

I use it to collaborate on files with other people. I can attach links and photos, and I’m also able to assign tasks, which helps keep everything organized.

One downside is that Notion can feel overwhelming for new users, particularly when trying to set up more advanced databases or workflows. The flexibility is powerful, but it can take time to learn how everything works effectively.

Notion helps me to easily make and store my every notes . And also it is very comfortable to use because of its UI.

I have found that performance on mobile is so less than in desktop.

Effective Agent Creation, But Lags Impact Consistency
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to make proposal outlines and scope features. I really like that it provides an ecosystem where I can leverage Gen AI and documentation, along with creating and automating agents for my day-to-day activities. The easy creation of agents is a big plus for me. I can write in simple language, which Notion then transforms into prompts that are industry standard and appropriate. This feature, along with Notion's good updating feature, helps me keep making these agents better for the right output. The initial setup of Notion was also easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The agents are not behaving the same on the pages as they don't pick the latest changes in real-time. There is a lag. When I update an existing agent and save it, and then run it on any page, it does not give the output based on the latest changes. However, when I run it on the AI chat window or the Agent window itself, it shows the correct result. So, agents are not behaving consistently across the platforms.

I can't think of anything negative about Notion's virtual work features and capabilities, my user experience has been very favorable and positive and I can recommend using this platform for all types of digital environments.

Thanks to the use of Notion's virtual services and functions, I have managed to improve the organization and management of all my work processes, accessing better virtual work methods that allow me to be a much more productive and useful employee for the professional interests of my business.
