Streamlined Documentation and Workflow Management

  • March 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Notion allows you to create different segments and go more in detail on these individual segments. Sharing links is easy, and having everything in one place is great. I also appreciate how it allows you to create different workflow checks for different repositories. The ease of setup is a plus; it's just plug and play, and you can log in through SSO, which is quite convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to document everything, making it easy for employees, especially new ones, to access all information and run in a self-serve mode.

Intuitive and Productive Tool with Room for UI Improvement

  • March 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like a lot the fact that Notion is very intuitive and easy to use. This is important to me because I don't have to waste time trying to understand everything or watching so many tutorials. I can just select the option I want and start doing. I also like that I can use artificial intelligence to help with tasks, which makes it more valuable. I appreciate how it helps me organize my daily routine and increases my productivity by optimizing my time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the interface or the UI can be improved a little bit to be more beautiful, I guess. But in general, it's very minimalistic and is good so far. So maybe other kind of options in UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me organize my daily routine and increase productivity by allowing me to track habits and optimize my time.

Notion is For Your Teams

  • March 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is incredibly flexible and works well as an all-in-one workspace. I use it to organize notes, project plans, documentation, and lightweight databases all in one place. The block-based editing makes it easy to structure information exactly how you want, and the ability to connect databases and pages helps keep everything organized without needing multiple tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion's greatest asset, its flexibility in use - also makes it the most challenging to use. It is challenging to find documents as there is no clear folder structure or clarity in organization. It makes a poor project management tool as its impossible to track work outside of a specific project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is easy and accessible.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the number of functions and the customization that Notion offers. The artificial intelligence is also a strong point, as it helps me perform tasks much better, even without being an expert in the tool. Additionally, the initial setup process was very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves project management problems due to high volume, allowing me to input the information I need.

Customizable, Efficient, Yet Needs a Visual Refresh

  • March 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion keeps everything accessible in one place, organized into subcategories. The quick access to these subcategories is invaluable, saving time with clicks and searches. I appreciate the simplified UI and the endless ways you can customize it to your needs. I also like the integrations available with other productivity apps, as they allow Notion to aggregate information from various records, appointments, to-do lists, and communications into one easy-to-find location. Furthermore, I love the AI assistant as it enhances the overall functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The visual design of the pages could be improved. The application looks dated and unprofessional. I hate the emojis. Also, a specific submenu location to list all available databases would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion keeps everything accessible in one place, organized into subcategories, saving time on clicks and searches. Its integrations aggregate records, appointments, to-do lists, and communications into one tool, streamlining my workflow.

Customizable Powerhouse with a Learning Curve

  • March 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for general knowledge storage and searching, meeting notes, and task management. It makes referencing meeting notes easier and serves as a searchable memory bank, which is way better than flipping through pages. I really like that it's very customizable and that the latest LLMs are included. I don’t have to have subscriptions to half a dozen LLMs because with just one Notion subscription, I’m all set. Although some features are missing, as I'm not a programmer, I don't need the coding stuff anyway. I used to rely on a paper tablet for notes, but now I use Notion and AI meetings instead. Even though there's a learning curve because of how customizable it is, I still feel it's great. I've even recommended it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems very complicated. It's hard to know exactly what Notion can do. I would like also the ability to edit Excel files with Notion using the LLMs. The file formats are limited to really only PDF. The all meetings page seems to not let you reference it. It's hard to ask general questions and have multiple pages referenced. I'd like to be able to reference my whole space, not just specific pages. If you ask generally without specific references, then you get off answers. I connected it to Slack but only using public channels, not the entire history of all conversations, which is very limiting. There was a pretty steep learning curve due to how customizable it is. I still feel like I am just scratching the surface a month in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion makes it easy to reference meeting notes and acts as a searchable memory bank instead of flipping through pages.

Notion’s Flexible, Clean Workspace for Organizing Everything in One Place

  • March 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is its flexibility. It allows me to organize notes, documents, and knowledge in one place. The interface is clean and easy to use, and features like pages, databases, and templates make it simple to structure information. It’s very helpful for keeping everything organized and accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first because of the many customization options. New users may need some time to understand how to structure pages and databases effectively. Also, performance can sometimes slow down when working with very large pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps organize information, documentation, and tasks in a single platform. It works well as a knowledge base and note-taking tool, which makes it easier to manage project information and keep track of important details. This improves productivity and keeps everything centralized instead of using multiple tools.
