Highly Customizable, Yet Needs Better Data Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the aesthetics of Notion and how everything is customizable. I love that I can put my own pictures in, make everything colorful, and use emojis. It feels very personal, like it's truly mine. The organizational structure is something I use every day, and I find it very specific to Notion. Unlike Google Docs, which has a very set structure, Notion serves as my all-in-one landing page, integrated with everything else I need. I also appreciate how easy it was to set up Notion. It's really discoverable with the slash commands, and I didn't need much training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the data integration is not very good. I've been trying to create a running tracker that tells me how many miles I've run per week. And I don't like that very much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organizing with unique ways to present ideas not found in other tools. It acts as an all-in-one landing page, unlike Google Docs, which requires flipping between documents.
Redundant if You Already Use Google Workspace

Notebook-Like Collaboration with a Clean, User-Friendly UI
What do you like best about the product?
Great for collaboration, with a user-friendly UI/UX. The graphics are minimal, so it’s easy on the eyes and feels natural to use—almost like working in a notebook.
What do you dislike about the product?
The premium AI features are useful, but they could be improved, and the admin page UX could also be smoother and more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration and centralized documentation.
Streamlined Documentation and Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion helps us with process documentation, internal knowledge sharing, and task tracking within our team. It keeps our documentation organized and gives us a central place where our team members can easily access and update information. I appreciate the template reuse and easy page sharing features because they save time, keep our documentation consistent, and make it easier for the team to access and share information. The initial setup of Notion was very easy, and overall, I'm really pleased with how it helps manage tasks and documentation in one central workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for process documentation, internal knowledge sharing, and task tracking, solving problems with simultaneous task tracking and centralizing team documentation.
Essential Tool for Remote Collaboration and Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion really nice because I can easily collaborate with people on my team and cross-functional teams. I'm able to comment and tag them if I need their input, and it goes directly to their email or even connects with Slack. Collaborating in Notion is really helpful, especially since I work remotely, and so does everyone on my team. It's a great way to collaborate easily and simply. The integration with Slack is especially beneficial for me because I use Slack for everything every day, so being able to get notified of things in Slack helps me better organize my tasks and things that need to get done. Additionally, I find Notion very intuitive and a great place for collaboration, and creating new pages is very easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features that I don't really use, like the AI, or I don't know necessarily where to find things sometimes. Also, moving pages around within Notion to be nestled under other pages can be a bit challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for writing SOPs, policy documents, project management, and collaborating with my team remotely. It simplifies tagging, commenting, and integration with Slack, which helps me better organize tasks.

Ideal for Documentation, Needs Simplified UI
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for documenting the progress of my projects, and writing roadmaps and informative docs about projects. I really appreciate how it makes design docs simple and interactive, with an engaging format that doesn't bore the reader. Notion is really simple to use; adding headings to tables—with everything feeling very easy and interactive—is seamless. The format is clearly readable and doesn't intimidate the reader.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion can be felt too much at first, making the UI simple can be great for new users.

Notion makes design docs simple and engaging, ensuring readers stay interested. It's easy to use, with intuitive formatting, making my project documentation tasks straightforward and interactive.
Notion’s Infinite Nesting Keeps My Life Organized and on Track
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can organize every aspect of my life with infinite nesting capabilities in Notion. It has made things so much easier for me and each day that I use it, I appreciate it even more. Having the ability to view data anyway I see fit has made analyzing things much easier than before and I feel like with this software I can finally get my life back on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside for me is having everything stored on the cloud. I know you can mark pages to be viewable offline but having to do that for every single page is a huge pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to finally get organized and be more productive than ever before.
AI Everywhere: Effortless Tables and Smart Summaries
What do you like best about the product?
AI is integrated everywhere to create tables, summarize text, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion feels a bit too "open". You can do almost anything with it, but that flexibility also makes it harder to manage projects compared with tools that are more structured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation with AI help
Notion’s Easy, Intuitive UI with Unmatched Customizability and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion for its ease of use, easy to understand/navigate user interface, ultimate customizability, ease of integration into pre-existing systems and workflows, and ease of implementation into one's routine. Even when I'm not using it everyday, I still frequently encounter and use it from the customizability of others Notion templates or systems, which Notion makes it easy to share and collaborate with others on.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit overwhelming and option/choice overload if you are new to the platform, and can take some trial/error to figure out. Not as optimized for those prone to option overload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Systems mapping, systems setup, and integration into projects. It makes it easy to create shared docs/templates to share with others too.
