Notion AI Makes a Powerful, Searchable Knowledge Hub
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is an extraordinary tool for creating a knowledge hub, where we can use Notion AI to retrieve relevant data. Notion AI analyzes the knowledge we’ve created, which means there’s less distraction from the IOT.
Notion AI also helps in other ways, like updating multiple pages at once. It’s also good for summarizing pages and creating transcriptions.

What do you dislike about the product?
Like other AI chatbots, Notion can sometimes distract from the actual content, so I feel we need to review each line of its suggestions carefully. At times, Notion AI updates pages even when I only asked it to summarize. If the prompt isn’t clear, we may end up losing data from a Notion page, although luckily we’re able to undo the changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion can be easily customized for any part of our project, whether it’s project updates, calendar, meeting notes instructions, time tracking, handling customer reviews and delivery, or creating a knowledge hub. This makes a one stop solution for all our project requirements.
Versatile Platform with Powerful AI, But Needs Performance Boost
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for a lot of things, including managing projects, tracking my tasks, note-taking, designing portfolio and design briefs, and keeping my personal database all in one place. It helps me keep everything very organized and brings everything I'm working on into one place, allowing me to prioritize effectively. What I like most now is the new Notion AI, which is a lifesaver! It helps me work faster without losing control, and I often use it to brainstorm ideas, ideate solutions, summarize notes, and generate templates for my projects. I love the built-in templates, which are very useful when I need to quickly jot down a project. There's always a starting point I can easily customize, which is perfect for saving time and effort. Combining those templates with Notion AI is just pure magic! The initial setup of Notion for my team was very easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed how it can get really slow when working on pages that are very large. I also sometimes experience some crashes, and would need to reload my page just to be able to work again.

I use Notion to keep everything organized, prioritizing tasks and storing everything in one place. It helps me track tasks, design projects, and manage my personal database efficiently.
Powerful Micro-Organization That Keeps Everything in Order
What do you like best about the product?
it's ability to micro-organize and it's powerful AI chat feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really think of anything I dislike about it. Maybe how some tables stretch past the screen and you have horizontal scrolling but not sure what could be done about that.

Keeps All Our Business Organized in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
I can organize all my business stuff to keep an eye on everything we do.
What do you dislike about the product?
so far nothing else than Notion Calendar being irresponsive on 2 different systems. I know this maybe shouldn't be part of this review.

Keeping eveything organized and easy to use and find.
Excellent AI Note-Taking
What do you like best about the product?
DI note-taking is really good. I find the synopses and action items that it takes for meetings to be excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
$20 a month is a little pricey for what I use it for. Think something like $12 or $15 is more appropriate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use this for taking notes during meetings. It's worked really well for that purpose and allows me to focus in on what's being said rather than trying to keep track and take notes at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is how it brings everything—notes, documents, tasks, and databases—into one flexible workspace. It makes it easy to organize information, collaborate with others, and quickly turn ideas into structured plans without switching between multiple tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can become slow and cluttered as workspaces grow. It’s very flexible, but that flexibility can also make it harder to maintain consistent structure and find things quickly without strong organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of scattered information across multiple tools. It centralizes notes, documentation, tasks, and project tracking in one place, which makes it easier for me to stay organized, collaborate with teammates, and quickly find the information I need.
Simplicity and Versatility with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Notion's UX and its ease of use. What I like the most is that it allows you to do a lot of things while providing access to numerous interfaces and layouts for my content. This makes it easier to present and organize my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it is difficult to know where to start, which interface will work best with the project one is trying to accomplish. The initial setup of Notion was difficult, and I had to watch many tutorials and use templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to organize myself, break down my projects into tasks, and track their progress. It also allows me to store documents and keep documentation on how things work.
My “Second Brain” for Organizing Thoughts and Clearing Mental Clutter
What do you like best about the product?
It's my "second brain" and helps me offload the clutter in my mind. I'm able to tackle things much more quickly because I don't have to hold on to it all myself. It organizes my thoughts much more quickly than I could.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was better at actively reminding me of things, rather than having to check on everything myself.

Catching all my tasks, prioritization, keeping me focused on tasks and projects that directly support my goals.

Innovative AI, Minor Navigation Hurdle
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion AI. It's so intuitive, fast, iterable, and innovative. Notion allows me to put things all in one spot in a connected tool with integrations across different systems and products. The AI tool is super valuable and helps me get my job done quickly. Notion AI lets me build something I may not have been able to envision on my own and helps me get to where I want to be without even realizing how I got there. It's pretty amazing. The templates are really awesome too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think it's a little bit difficult to navigate team spaces. Like, it's not as intuitive as Confluence in terms of where things live and how things are nested, and that's something I'm still getting used to.

Notion allows me to centralize everything in one spot with its integrations and AI tool, making my job easier and faster.
