Flexible and User-Friendly for Research

  • March 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion as a database of research and find it easy to continuously update entries with more information for tasks that I repeat frequently. I love building dashboards to easily check changes in my views. It's very easy to pick up and also very flexible to needs. I've been using it for just one week and have already been able to build a tool that I can update weekly. I really like the LaTeX style syntax; it makes documents really clean and more flexible than Word. The initial setup of Notion was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be a feature that allows me to ask for help if I want to do something but don't know how. As of now I use an external LLM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to update research entries continuously, repeat tasks efficiently, and create dashboards for easy view changes. It’s easy to learn, flexible, and enhances document cleanliness with LaTeX style syntax.

Streamlined Organization with Some AI Hiccups

  • March 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is easy to navigate and helps me stay organized. It's great for finding documents mentioning topics I'm interested in. I appreciate that I can have a table with all my ongoing tickets and essentially have a Google document within the ticket – no need to leave Notion to access a brief or project details. It's also easy to share with collaborators, sync with the team, and keep everything in one place for a manager to review or for someone else to take over.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion AI doesn't always understand what you're asking for when trying to change or revamp existing copy or sections within a page. Hard to adjust images and sizing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to keep everything in one place, stay organized, and easily get context across documents and teams. It allows me to stay on top of work and share with collaborators, integrating documents within tickets without needing to leave Notion.

Streamlined Documentation with AI Assists

  • March 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for documentation in my company and appreciate how it centralizes all company documents in one structured and easily accessible place. This reduces dependency on scattered documents and multiple tools. I like that it combines documentation, task tracking, and knowledge sharing into a single platform, eliminating the need to switch between tools. The reformat feature using AI, or the 'ask AI' feature, is the best as it helps in documenting things more beautifully and faster. The initial setup of Notion was quite easy, which is also a positive aspect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 'Ask AI' feature is limited for now. For more usage, it asks us for purchasing the plan, and plans are costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps centralize all our company documents into one structured, easily accessible place and combines documentation, task tracking, and knowledge sharing in a single platform. The AI features help document things beautifully and faster.

Polished UI, Strong Features, and AI Improvements That Help Me Learn

  • March 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It has most of the features I require, I am a visual person and like the polish of the UI and the quality of the materials I am able to produce. They are making lots of improvements, especially with AI, which is helping me to learn. I love the calendar and email apps and am excited to see where they go to in future - I genuinely think they will be game changers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks some of the fundamentals of the other tools I use, eg. CODA lets me use formulas to create relationships between databases whereas Notion only allows these to be manually entered (or via the API). If this existed, I could extend the use of Notion for my budgeting. Similarly, tana's use of super tags is an incredibly powerful concept. I chose Notion because I can achieve similar results with databases and Notion's UI is far better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personal organisation - ensuring I have access to the required info when required, delivering projects without things falling between the cracks. Managing my personal business. Calendar & email integration

Flexible, Clean, and Easy—Notion Keeps Everything Organized in One Place

  • March 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is how flexible it is. You can turn it into notes, a project tracker, a wiki, or even a lightweight CRM. The UI is clean and easy to use, and it does not take long to get started. It brings everything into one place, which reduces switching between tools and keeps work organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel overwhelming at the beginning because there are many features and ways to structure things. Performance can slow down with large databases or heavy pages. Offline support is limited, and collaboration is not always as smooth as some dedicated tools. Customer support is okay but not very fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me keep notes, tasks, documents, and project plans in one place. It replaces multiple tools and simplifies my workflow. This saves time, improves organization, and makes it easier to collaborate and find information quickly.
