Simplified Note Organization with AI-Powered Features

  • March 18, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Notion's organization of notes, especially the toggle feature that I use a lot. The AI chat is very helpful in arranging my messy notes from ward rounds, and the AI feature further assists me by extracting information from images. I appreciate the simplicity of navigating Notion. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The color options in Notion are too limited. I really hope Notion can have a color palette like Google Docs, which would be really helpful. Also, when copying notes to another page, it would be nice if we could copy the comments as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps organize my study notes using toggles and AI, arranging messy handwritten notes from ward rounds easily. It's also very easy to set up.

Easy Filing and Clean Formatting for a Smooth Workflow

  • March 18, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to find and file things. It doesn't have the weird formatting issues that I find with Word. I also like the AI features and template suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use it online and sometimes, I cannot get to a place in the document with the cursor. I'm not sure how to explain this, but it's a glitch involving internal document navigation. It's frustrating and I need to close out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a ton of issues with Sharepoint and finding previously stored content. Our team has found it much easier to locate documents and create a logical information flow.

Organize teamwork with ease and simplify the workflow

  • March 18, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease with which I can organize my work; the workflow becomes simpler, especially when there are teams of collaborators that need to align to perform the same task. In my team, we use it every day. Although the team was not familiar with it, it was very easy for everyone to adapt and integrate into this work methodology.
What do you dislike about the product?
The truth is that in general it is very useful. In my particular case, the only problem is that some chart options that are part of the paid plan could be free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the problem of tasks scattered across different platforms: email, notes, WhatsApp, calendar... etc. Notion came to solve the major inconvenience of having the team's tasks scattered.

Intuitive UI, Enhances Organization

  • March 18, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for work and recording meetings, and it keeps me organized. I love the UI and the seamless experience. It's very intuitive and pleasing to the eye. The AI assistant is fantastic; the summaries it provides are very helpful. It's very easy to start recording meetings, and I find the summaries very valuable and concise. I also like the action items section. Initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the formatting of the pages and creating tables isn't as seamless as I'd like. I have to spend a lot of time manually adjusting layout and alignment when I have multiple tables or want to create a columned page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves my organization issues with its simple hierarchy, helps transcribe and summarize meetings, and improves collaboration.

Effortlessly Organizes and Enhances Collaboration

  • March 18, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for planning and documentation. I appreciate that it doesn't require non-tech teams to install anything, making it user-friendly for everyone. I like the collapsible elements that allow me to hide and reveal sections during presentations or let others customize their view when reviewing. This feature, along with the overall layout, makes it easier than using Google Docs or Word Doc. I find it easy to create formatted pages and link them together. The Markdown support is great, as it's faster than using keyboard shortcuts for headings, and the editor has fewer formatting issues compared to HTML editors. Setting up Notion was easy for my team, and with over 200 people in the company, it's been a valuable tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to use [[]] reference to headings not just the page. Also the ability to change the text displayed. For example we use [[]] to reference an entry in a database but it only shows the name. It would be nice if we can show any of the fields in the row. Copying and pasting from CSV into Notion table doesn't always work well. Copying and pasting rows in databases to another database often results in some rows becoming out of order which is painful because doing over 100 columns one has to reorder manually or I found pasting them 2 at a time will work but is time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for planning, documenting ideas, and presenting data without requiring team installations. Its collapsible elements and layout are more effective than Google Docs for presentations.

Versatile tool for managing projects, documents, and team collaboration

  • March 18, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of the tool, which allows managing projects, documents, activities, notes, team collaboration, and sharing with externals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve for advanced use. At first, it's simple, but to use more advanced features, I don't find it to be so intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I make notes on team management and project sharing with external areas.

Versatile for Assignments, But Room for Improvement

  • March 18, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion very good at responding well to all instructions. It helps me with assignment work by breaking everything down and explaining why. I really like how I can create tables and diagrams easily, and it's useful that I can upload my assignment and it forms everything from that. The initial setup was easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't upload PowerPoint files, or they are too big. It takes effort to save as PDF. A read-aloud function would be good, and a chat version where we can have a conversation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to break everything down and explain things, creating tables and diagrams easily from my assignments.

Notion: total flexibility to centralize and organize the team's documentation

  • March 18, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is its flexibility and how easily it adapts to different needs. It is a very versatile tool, ideal for my case, because I use it as a documentation center for my internal processes. It allows me to organize everything in a structured way without losing the ability to customize each space according to what I need at any given moment. Moreover, having everything centralized on a single platform means my team always knows what to do and how to do it. The templates and the option to add different types of content (tables, lists, notes, images, etc.) make both project management and documentation much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least about Notion is that, at times, its performance can be affected when handling very large documents or databases. Although the platform is generally quite agile, there are moments when accessing files or loading certain pages can be a bit slow, especially if there is a lot of accumulated information. Also, sometimes the learning curve for new users can be a bit steep, due to the large number of features and customization options. This can mean that new team members need some time to adapt to the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves several key problems in my workflow. One of the main ones is the centralization of information. Before using Notion, documentation and tasks were scattered across different tools and documents, making it difficult to quickly access and update processes. Now, everything is organized in one place: internal processes, manuals, task lists, projects, and any other resources my team needs.

This benefits me greatly because it improves communication and collaboration within the team. Everyone can easily access the most up-to-date information, which reduces confusion and improves efficiency. Additionally, by having everything centralized, I can more effectively track projects and tasks, ensuring that everyone knows exactly what to do and how to do it without wasting time searching for information in multiple places.
