Powerful, flexible, and accessible tool, with AI and easy integrations
What do you like best about the product?
A very powerful and flexible tool with an easy-to-use user interface, integrations, use of artificial intelligence, and super affordable prices. Also, its monthly development brings new super useful and user-friendly features for anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
It cannot handle large databases like other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of general company information, projects, and teams
Versatile, User-Friendly, Yet Lacks Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I think that Notion is a really user-friendly platform. It's super simple, and whenever you want to build something, you're not aware of the great amount of possibilities they offer. You can do everything in Notion. Whenever you start using it, maybe you're not familiar with the different tools and possibilities, but once you dig in, you realize how easy it is to create everything. I would describe it as a blank paper where you can create everything you want. I really like the ability to have different pages and link them if you want. You can start with something simple like a main page and then go further to create more specific things, which means you can go as deep as you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that integrations maybe, as I'm, like, the marketing manager from my company, I would like it to be, like, more integrated to different social media management tools or maybe, like, another CRMs. So right now, we're using Customer IO, but we're also using, like, Sprout Social to schedule everything. So it would be ideal to have everything centralized. So it means that whatever we write in Notion, it gets directly scheduled into these other platforms. Because right now, we're using more, like, as a brief. If we could already have it, like, everything centralized and bring everything through Notion, that would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves our problem of clear workflow management, ensuring everyone knows their tasks and centralizing everything so we use one platform where everyone is aware of all activities.
Customizable Yet Needs Better Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the personalization and freedom to customize that Notion offers. It works well for collaboration and allows multiple people to view documents. The automation and ability to link with other tools/apps enhance its utility.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notion could improve its automation with other tools and apps. For example, it should be able to better put information into CRMs like Salesforce and update the ticket status automatically. Also, while the initial setup is easy, Notion lacks most of the fields we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for documentation, bug, and feature request reporting. It solves collaboration issues and allows multiple people to view. The customization and automation features enhance my workflow by changing ticket statuses once resolved.
Visually Appealing, Flexible, and Great for Team Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is very visually appealing and easy to use, which makes it great for organizing information in a clear and structured way. It’s especially helpful for creating one-pagers, documentation, and internal resources that are both functional and easy to navigate. The flexibility to customize pages, embed different types of content, and collaborate with team members in real time makes it a very versatile tool for both individual and team workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features require a level of technical understanding that isn’t very intuitive, especially when it comes to more advanced setups or customizations. It can feel a bit like coding at times, which makes it less accessible for users who are looking for simpler, more straightforward solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps centralize information and eliminate the need to use multiple tools for documentation, notes, and project tracking. It allows us to keep everything in one place, processes, resources, and team knowledge, making it easier to stay organized and aligned. This improves efficiency, reduces time spent searching for information, and helps teams collaborate more effectively.
Flexible, Powerful, But Pricey AI Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to help plan my day-to-day work, especially for administrative tasks. It helps me keep everything organized in one place, which is crucial as I work across six different jobs. Notion is great for combining complex tasks, calendars, and notes into one easily managed and easy-to-use system. I particularly love how it allows me to switch contexts seamlessly between different roles and keep all my information in one place. The ability to tailor the platform to my specific needs is fantastic, as I can modify how things are captured, viewed, or sorted, and even link different databases together. The AI component is also really cool, allowing me to ask questions and retrieve information quickly without having to dig through everything myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only other thing is the cost; it's not cheap to get the plan of AI that I think is useful. The free tool of AI is relatively restricted, so that's not so good. There's also a steep learning curve, but I managed to work out a way to customize the software to meet the way I work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me manage complex tasks across six jobs by combining my calendar and notes into one place. It keeps everything organized and easy to access. Notion AI allows me to pull out information quickly, switch contexts easily, and customize databases for better data management.
Versatile But Overwhelming Organizational Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the multiple options for pages and different commands that Notion offers. Note-taking is smooth, and it syncs well through Windows and iOS, which is super convenient. Hyperlinks make navigating much easier, and being able to open a page within a project I'm working on helps declutter my workspace. The voice-transcribing feature is also nice. Setting it up was easy, and even though the $25 a month might not feel justified to me right now, I find its free features valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout can be a bit confusing and frustrating until you get familiar with it. There can also be information/options overload with all the tools it provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion keeps me organized with its multiple options for pages, commands, and note-taking. It declutters projects, syncs well between Windows and iOS, and supports hyperlinks. Voice-transcribing is a nice feature, though its AI doesn’t always align with my needs.
All-in-One Productivity Tool That Boosts Daily Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is how it keeps everything organised in one place. The drag-and-drop blocks and flexible databases make it easy to manage notes, tasks, and projects. The interface is clean and intuitive, which makes it simple to use every day and improves my workflow by reducing the need for multiple tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Notion is that it can become slow when pages contain large databases or a lot of content. This sometimes affects productivity when navigating between pages. Integrations with other tools are also somewhat limited, and stronger native integrations with email, calendars, and task platforms would improve the overall workflow experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Notion, my notes and tasks were scattered across multiple apps, making it hard to stay organised. Now, everything is in one place, and I can track projects, tasks, and ideas efficiently, saving time and improving productivity every day.
Intuitive, Powerful UI That Connects Projects, Tasks, and Workflows Seamlessly
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the UI’s visual layout and how seamlessly everything can be connected, from creating projects to linking tasks and setting up daily workflows. It makes it easy to organize everything in one place, while still feeling simple to use and very powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the team that tried to train us on Notion had done a better job, either by running smaller sessions or by structuring the training differently. For larger enterprises, it would make more sense to lean on the YouTube videos that explain how the tool works, and then use live time for questions or deeper guidance. I also felt like the sessions were led by SMEs rather than a dedicated trainer, and that a bit of a “curse of knowledge” made it harder to follow and fully understand the material.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps me far more organized than any other tool I’ve used in the past. I can make quick updates, and it also lets me create things quickly when I need to.
Great Resource for Company Policies, Needs Better Query Handling
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion helpful because most of the time I can get an answer or more information when I am looking for solutions, like asking where to submit vendors' invoices. I also appreciate that it can refer me to my company policy, which is very useful. It provides some explanation and shows me the company SOP, which adds to its value for my work tasks. Aside from some issues, I'm happy with Notion so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to ask the right questions or think about how to ask a better question. This morning I was searching for tax credit student rule, it kept running but did not come out with any feedback or information. Maybe the system did not update. Sometimes it shows me company policy or SOP but the attachments are blank. I would say it will be really helpful if I can find annual recertification forms in Notion, instead of looking over many different places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get answers or more information quickly, like where to submit invoices. It refers me to company policy and provides explanations and SOPs.

What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, its very good, nothing springs to mind
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to resolve billing issues by checking SOPs and internal resources, and it helps me solve tickets by pulling data from multiple sources, like Slack.
