Streamlines Onboarding, Needs Analytics Feature

  • March 21, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use that Notion offers, making it straightforward to access necessary information daily. The ability to edit content and see where progress has been made is very beneficial. It's particularly helpful for onboarding new hires, allowing them to easily understand their daily or weekly expectations and simply check off tasks. As a manager, I appreciate being able to review their completed tasks and see their progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notion would be really great if it had the ability to send out links to customers and then have analytics behind those links, like if they opened it and how long they stayed on that information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for easy access to daily information for territory managers and to onboard new hires effectively, letting them track tasks and progress.

Efficient Documentation with Notion's User-Friendly Interface

  • March 21, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for its ease of use, which is essential when I'm handling documentation and planning. The feature I appreciate the most is the AI bot that can summarize long documents and key points, which helps me save time. I also found that the initial setup was easy enough to calibrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could use a bit more flashiness. Right now it looks very basic, almost like a notepad-style design from 2005. So if the UI UX could be revamped to meet today's standards of excellence, Notion would take a big leap for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me with documentation and planning, keeping everyone aligned on goals. The AI bot saves much time by summarizing long documents and extracting key points.

Notion as a Powerful “Second Brain” for Databases, Projects, and Notes

  • March 21, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is how it combines powerful databases, note-taking, and project management into one fully customizable system. I regularly use relational databases to connect tasks, content pipelines, and long-term goals, which gives me both a high-level overview and detailed control without needing multiple apps. This alone has streamlined my workflow more than any other tool I’ve used.
The performance has been reliable, even as my workspace has grown more complex with multiple dashboards, linked databases, and embedded content. I can manage large amounts of information without noticeable slowdowns, and everything stays organized and accessible when I need it. The drag-and-drop functionality and quick editing tools also make it easy to adjust systems on the fly, saving me hours each week.
From a value standpoint, Notion delivers a strong return on investment. Instead of paying for separate tools for notes, task management, and knowledge organization, I can do everything in one platform. The time saved from having a centralized system and reusable templates directly translates into increased productivity and better execution across my projects.
Getting started with Notion was smoother than expected. The templates, tutorials, and community resources made onboarding easy, and I was able to build out functional systems quickly. As I’ve grown more advanced, I’ve appreciated how scalable the platform is—it works just as well for simple notes as it does for complex workflows.
The AI features have also added real value. I use them to help draft content, summarize notes, and organize ideas faster, which reduces mental load and speeds up my creative process. It feels like having an assistant built directly into my workspace.
Another standout aspect is integration. I frequently use Notion alongside tools like Google Drive, embedding documents directly into my pages so everything stays centralized. This reduces context-switching and keeps my workflow efficient.
Overall, Notion has become more than just a productivity tool—it functions as a true “second brain” that supports both my creative and operational work at scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is that while it’s incredibly powerful, there’s definitely a learning curve when building more advanced systems. Setting up relational databases, automations, and structured workflows can take time to fully understand, especially for new users.
Performance can also slow down slightly when working with very large databases or heavily loaded pages with multiple embeds and linked views. While it’s not a dealbreaker, it’s something I’ve noticed as my workspace has grown more complex.
Another limitation is offline functionality. Notion works best when connected, and the offline experience isn’t as reliable as I’d like, which can be inconvenient if I need to access or update information without internet access.
I also wish integrations were a bit deeper and more seamless across all tools. While embedding works well, more advanced native integrations or automations would make workflows even more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Notion, I struggled with having my work scattered across multiple apps—notes in one place, tasks in another, and project planning somewhere else. This made it difficult to stay organized, track progress, and actually follow through on ideas. I was constantly switching between tools, which slowed me down and caused things to fall through the cracks.
Now, I use Notion as a centralized system where everything lives in one place. I’ve built connected databases for tasks, content planning, and long-term goals, which allows me to manage everything from a single dashboard. Instead of juggling multiple platforms, I can see my entire workflow at a glance and move from planning to execution seamlessly.
As a result, I’ve significantly improved my productivity and consistency. I save several hours each week by not having to reorganize information or rebuild systems. My ability to execute projects has increased because everything is structured, trackable, and easy to access. I’ve also reduced the need for other paid tools, which has lowered my overall software costs.
Overall, Notion has solved the problem of fragmentation and inefficiency by giving me a fully customizable, all-in-one workspace that keeps me focused, organized, and able to execute at a much higher level.

I like how easy the UI is and how it can also integrate AI into the system. The closed aspect of everything makes it appealing. I'm trying to see if I can use it more to enable other teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be nice to figure out how to create more dynamic content that's relevant to the person using it. It would also help if it was easier to create visual imagery so that I can better serve internal stakeholders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm trying to use Notion to create a knowledge base and a source of truth, helping the sales team with enablement materials.

All-in-One Platform That Integrates Seamlessly with Google Suite

  • March 20, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I can keep everything in one platform, and it easily integrates with the other things I use. I use google suite for a lot of things and notion has integrated into it easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very overwhelming at first. It took me a little while to start my notion account because whenever I looked into it, it felt daunting. Once i'm in it, it is easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me stay organized. I'm a solopreuner and keeping all my tasks organized, all my client information and brainstorming in one place has been huge. Plus the ability to connect different pages on notion helps me find things really easily.

It's been really helpful staying on track with my to-do list.
