Organising my data, my life. it is better than a spread sheet like excel due to databases. Using it as a 2nd brain
Streamlined Project Management, Needs Better Notifications
What do you like best about the product?
I manage my marketing projects with my team using Notion, and it's been great for centralizing everything in one place, which reduces friction in collaboration. I love its ergonomy, flexibility, and intuitive interface, which fits well with my daily routine. It helps a lot when managing projects because my work usually involves different types of information at the same time. The intuitive interface is a big advantage because it keeps complex setups easy to use. I use Notion as a central workspace where each project has its own page with everything in one place. Performance works very well, and the initial setup was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications and task tracking could be improved. It's not always as strong as dedicated task management tools when it comes to reminders and follow ups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I centralize information with Notion, reducing tool switching and collaboration friction. Its intuitive interface makes handling diverse data easy.
Notion’s Flexible, Powerful Databases Make Work and Life Organization Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Notion to manage my work and life organization. First, it can link with my calendar, so I don’t have to bother with inserting everything manually. Another advantage is its flexibility. I can design my own customized pages using a block-based system. And the database function is very powerful with multiple views options. And the multi-device sync performances smoothily, which allows me to access my data wherever I am.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it could be a little hard to use, because its rich features can be overwhelming. And when the databases are really large, they can't be shown fully and the performance may slow down. Also, AI tools are a little bit expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me cowork with my team better.
Great Collaboration Tool with Speed Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can generate a live website to share with others. This feature is particularly useful when I often share a business plan with a client, as I can share a live site rather than using email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequently it is super slow - long time baking or thinking etc. It is still a bit complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organizing relevant content and meetings. It helps me by allowing me to generate a live website to share business plans with clients rather than using email.

Perfect for Document Creation, Tricky UI for Newcomers
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for creating documents for our internal knowledge base and onboarding. The clean UI is something I really appreciate. I also like the create documents feature because I can create documents and send them to peers. Additionally, the initial setup of Notion was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is kinda not user intuitive since I never used Notion before
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

A Versatile, Essential Tool for Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can personalize Notion and use multiple integrations, which lets me keep everything in just one place. Notion is like a blank canvas where I can personalize all the features and add pictures, videos, documents, and interactive apps. I can use multiple resources to organize everything like a call out, buttons, databases, and trackers. It really helps my mind flow easily between tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not that it's not working well. it's more related to my absence of knowledge with workflows and automations. I would love if they could suggest the usage of templates, or even include the Notion Academy in their resources, since multiple users start their knowledge there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion keeps everything in one place, organizes my projects, and helps my mind flow easily between tasks. I love personalizing it and using multiple integrations like pictures, videos, and trackers.
Streamlines Workflows with Seamless Claude Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can connect Notion to Claude, allowing me to do things faster and more seamlessly. This integration helps me accomplish tasks that would take a lot of time to do manually, making it a very efficient tool in my workflows. Additionally, the initial setup of Notion was very straightforward, which I appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think you need to know about the architecture and setup that works best on Notion before you start building. Making sure you know that first is an important step before you start building, especially with the cloud connectivity which can obviously do things quite quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really good at knowledge management and project management, helping me with both.
Hobonichi Calendar for all - work, travel, content, to-dos
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion keeps hold of everything— UX case studies, mood boards, Japan trip plans, and daily to-dos without 10 apps open. just purely dedicative to work and no distractions
What do you dislike about the product?
Offline mode little because edits vanish if WiFi drops mid-Figma link.
also, mobile feels cramped for wireframes sometimes
also, mobile feels cramped for wireframes sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scattered files—prototypes, case study, itineraries, skincare routines all lived in different apps earlier. not now, :)

Saves Time with AI, But Setup Can Be Confusing
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of Notion and its AI component that actually builds out boards and systems that I can modify to fit our needs perfectly. The AI saves me significant time by creating boards and setups in minutes, allowing me to get to work right away. This time-saving feature means I can focus on things that need my attention, which I previously didn't have adequate time for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like all systems, Notion can be a bit confusing and it can be tricky finding solutions to some things. I think Business plan users should have more than a 30-min complementary session to get setup for success. After my 30-min session, I was left with more questions because the person who helped me was quick and efficient, but a little too fast, so I had a hard time replicating what he showed me. Honestly, the initial setup was confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for project management and document tracking. It solves organization issues between teams and includes an AI component that saves time by building boards quickly, letting me focus on tasks needing attention.
