Endless Possibilities in One Powerful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of options that I am able to use for both personal and business.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, the only issue I have with Notion is that I cannot transcribe while on a Teams meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is making it easier for our teams to work together and stay consistent. I am able to use Notion boards for both personal and professional use on a daily basis. This has made organizing tasks and events much easier.
Intuitive and Efficient, Perfect for Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is very simple to work with and that it doesn't take much time to learn new features. It offers many updates and is very helpful for creating various tasks and collaborating within the team. Notion is quick to work with different team members, allowing asynchronous collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a bit annoying with many updates, and also, sometimes there are technical glitches between different forms and pages. So these are a few things that can bother, but usually, these are not the main problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is easy to maintain, simple, and quick to work with team members. It allows asynchronous work and simplifies task management and collaboration.
Versatile Company OS, but UI Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's integration with the cloud. The file database is cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I very much dislike the massive left side border. It takes up way too much of my screen. Why is that there by default? And I tried to turn it off, but I can't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organizing all my data and thoughts, and it allows Claude to pull from it to be relevant with my prompts.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI has revolutionized note-taking. As a student, this is INVALUABLE. I love this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides, except having to have a subscription. But I get it.

Note-taking during meetings and creating tables/databases.
Visual Delight and Organization Powerhouse
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion for project and knowledge management because it keeps my contacts organized with all their associated info, background, and call notes in one place. It's also great for managing my podcast guests. For project management, Notion helps me keep things really organized; I love having one page to access anything I want related to a project. It's super smart and makes project and knowledge management better than what I could do on my own. Most of all, I love how visually pleasing it is. The visual cues help me know what workspace or page I'm in, and it's just fun! It makes working with it a pleasurable experience, unlike other tools. Setting it up was SUPER easy. Plus, I recently connected it to Claude Work, and that's epic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still sometimes have trouble connecting databases. If I have one database of contacts, say, but want to use a subset of them in another database, I haven't figured out how to connect that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion keeps my contacts and project info organized in one place. It visually guides me through projects, making it a pleasure to work with. I love having one page to access everything related to a project.

Essential Tool for Team Efficiency and Resource Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion for task management and resource pooling across my teams. It does the heavy lifting for crucial but often overlooked tasks like setting actions from calls, and allows easy access to historical docs. I love the standard search feature; it's used almost hourly throughout my day. The ability to directly ask questions and its ability to suggest the best solution is fantastic. It allows me to avoid searching through the vast number of teamspaces I'm in. Notion's integration with Google Meets for call notes and Slack for task management is really helpful. After getting great training from the Notion team, it was easy to set up!
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting recurring tasks would be a great feature to add across task trackers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion does the heavy lifting for neglected tasks like note-taking, provides easy access to historical documents, and its search feature saves time by avoiding tedious navigation through many team spaces.
Effortless Real Estate CRM with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how I can organize my platform in Notion to keep all my buyers and leads separated and well-managed. The Notion AI is super helpful because I just upload my documents, and it organizes everything for me without any extra work. Once I upload my leads to Notion's database, it automatically organizes everything, like the property details and phone numbers I need. It has everything there for me, making it much easier to manage my buyers and sellers. Additionally, I love that I can choose different options, like categorizing leads, which really helps in managing deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want more like email automation o. For example, I'd like to be able to send out deals automatically. When I upload my files, I want the automation where Notion AI can send all the leads I have to my buyers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as a CRM for real estate, where I manage and organize my leads. With Notion's AI, I can easily separate and organize documents, keeping my buyers and leads well-organized without doing extra work.
Fantastic Note-Taking and Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion's AI meeting notes honestly fantastic, especially for summarizing lengthy conversations. As a student, it's really helpful for summarizing and making my in-depth notes easier to digest and understand. The AI writing assistant is also very helpful for polishing drafts or coming up with outlines and giving me a spark of creativity. I think the customization features are great, especially the added headings with the fourth heading now. Everything I've worked on in Notion has been really well. The initial setup was really good, and while it can be difficult to learn initially, once you learn it and the correct ways to phrase certain commands, it's really simple to use and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not dislike anything about Notion. It can be tricky to learn, but once you put in the effort, you will be rewarded.

I use Notion for summarizing lengthy conversations and organizing in-depth notes, making them easier to digest and understand. The AI writing assistant is great for polishing drafts and sparking creativity.
Intuitive Flexibility for Team Management
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease and freedom of creating views and pages in Notion. Additionally, the ability to easily embed code and export to PDF is very convenient. Using the API to create pages and automate processes is also a major advantage. During the initial setup, I found that Notion was very simple and intuitive, even for personal projects or small teams during my studies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Notion API is quite complex and the data is poorly nested.
