Intuitive for Organization, Needs Documentation Boost
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's clean UI, which makes it easy to navigate and manage tasks. The editing tools are also good, providing flexibility in how I handle documents. It's fast, which helps me complete tasks efficiently, and the search feature is particularly valuable for organizing project documents, even when they're ad hoc. I've found the initial setup very easy, which made getting started a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
documentation could be improved; demos of complex use cases like a powerful database, cross references, and automations could be more detailed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organizing work documents and project management. Its clean UI, good editing tools, speed, and search features help organize project documents even when they're ad hoc.
Powerful Databases With a Catch
What do you like best about the product?
What stands out most to me about Notion is its balance between simplicity and power. The interface is clean and intuitive, so getting started is easy even without prior experience. At the same time, it allows you to build quite complex systems once you dive deeper.
The database feature is especially valuable in my daily use. I rely on it to manage projects, and organize information across different areas. Being able to link databases, filter views, and customize layouts helps me create a system that feels tailored to how I think and work. It genuinely feels like I’m organizing my thoughts in a structured, visual way.
I also appreciate the continuous improvements and updates. Notion has been consistently adding features that improve usability and performance, which shows they actively listen to users.

What do you dislike about the product?
While databases are powerful, they can sometimes feel limiting when you need more advanced functionality or automation. Certain workflows require workarounds, especially compared to more specialized project management tools.
That said, many of these issues are gradually improving with updates, so it’s not a dealbreaker.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me organize both my professional and personal workflows. I use it to manage projects, document ideas, and maintain structured records like software releases and travel history.
Instead of switching between multiple tools, I can keep everything in one place. It essentially acts as a second brain, allowing me to structure and retrieve information.

AI-Driven Insights with Room for Navigation Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to get Product Marketing information and find the AI portion really helpful. Sometimes when I'm looking to answer a specific question, instead of searching all over, Notion brings all relevant information to the forefront for me. It's very easy to collaborate with my team in Notion, and I rely on it to get to the valuable information I need for writing campaign briefs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things can be hard to find, even with the search function. If I type specific boards for certain industries into the search bar, the relevant boards don't always appear. Notion AI seems to work better for this, but regular navigation could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion centralizes Product Marketing information, making it accessible for my campaigns. The AI feature surfaces relevant details quickly, aiding in writing campaign briefs with precise audience insights, and it's easy to collaborate with my team.

Notion Makes Team Collaboration and Planning Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a great place to collaborate with coworkers and team members on tasks, to-dos, projects. It's also a great place to keep your goals and plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be improved to have less clutter. A more modern UI would be easy to navigate along with the text editing features. You can't use shortcuts like CMD+8 to create bullet points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is a great place for us to centralize all of our projects, status updates, meeting notes.
Centralized Knowledge Hub with Template Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that Notion holds our internal knowledge and processes in one place, which allows me to refer back to previous training, processes, internal communications, knowledge management and templates we created for feature releases. I like being able to check the status of a process or release, know who's responsible for what, and have a one-page view of information and updates. This makes it easy to reflect back on previous cases and see how that knowledge can be applied to current situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a hard time finding the right layout, the right template to use for the guide that I'm trying to create. The layout and the template take me a while to find the best solution for what I'm trying to create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to keep all the knowledge management and project management in one place, going back to check previous cases, training, and internal processes. It helps me reflect back and use that information for my current needs.
Intuitive UI for Effortless Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Notion's UI. It's very clean and easy to use, and I like the ability to customize my pages, have subpages, databases, and dashboards. There's so much functionality that makes seeing my tasks and data a lot easier. Everything looks really pretty and clean without me having to put too much effort into it, which is, funnily enough, very important to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the capabilities are a little overwhelming. I think a lot of the old functionalities that I really liked with certain plugins or add-ons don't really hold true anymore. I don't actually like Notion Calendar that well; I still prefer my Google and Apple Calendar. I also don't like that it's formatting when I copy it over to other programs. Like, if I wanna copy a page from Notion over to OneNote or Word, it doesn't copy as well, and vice versa also formats poorly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves my organization issues. It keeps everything in one place, making it easier to track tasks and reduces the clutter from using multiple tools. The dashboard helps me access everything easily.
Versatile and User-Friendly, But a Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use that Notion provides. It's been incredibly helpful for organizing work and projects, allowing us to track progress, create resource hubs, and manage workloads effectively. I enjoy creating databases and content hubs for our internal teams, and I really appreciate the variety of formats available, like timelines, calendars, and lists. These features keep us organized without needing to handle any of the design work ourselves. I also find the capability to leverage recurring tasks valuable, especially for tracking weekly projects with reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think using the AI agent to prompt when something isn't working for you or have it do something for you would be great. I would also love to make it more visually appealing but that will come in time. I would love pre-made templates for teams to use. For me, it was a steep learning curve but great after 2-3 weeks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to track progress, create resource hubs, and manage workloads. It keeps everyone organized without design work and consolidates information from multiple platforms into one spot.

Highly Customizable Dashboard for Solopreneurs
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion for tracking my daily tasks, business, and appointments due to its high customization. I can design the databases exactly to my needs, which really helps me keep track of everything easily. Customizing my business dashboard was a major plus. The initial setup of Notion was super easy, especially with the Notion AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest I think the reminders could be better. Right now the max I can put is to remind me 2 days early. It would be better if we can remind ourselves at least 4 days before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves me having to remember things and helps me keep track of everything for my business super easy.
