Effortless Collaboration and Note-Taking
What do you like best about the product?
I like that with Notion, our cross-functional team can collaborate efficiently. One of the features I really enjoy is that it automatically takes the notes during meetings, which reduces the hassle of having to record or note down discussion points separately. Another feature I like the most is how Notion merges very well with the ecosystem, and I don't need to set it up separately, which saves me time. We can tag various activities across different teams, and if any work is going on, it can simply be put down on one page for all teams to access and collaborate. All the meeting notes, links, including videos and documents, can be accessed in one clean place. Overall, Notion helps me save time and ensures efficient information management.

Highly Customizable with Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable Notion is and its intuitive interface. It's great that it's web-based too. I can use it for homeschool, my consulting business, my regular job as chief of staff, and my hobby groups. Each requires different setups like databases, tables, calendars, or to-do lists, and Notion lets me design these to fit each specific category in my life, making each experience feel unique. The initial setup was super easy, which was a big plus.

I really like Notion's flexibility. It's so open, allowing me to put things anywhere, which makes it pretty flexible for all sorts of tasks. I found it really cool that you can get different templates from their little marketplace. Recently, I downloaded a financial template, even though I didn't think I'd use Notion for finances at first. There's so much you can do with it; it's really unlimited.
