What do you like best about the product?
I use it to organize different projects, create lists, and set reminders that get sent to my inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
My knowledge of Notion is still limited, and I know it’s much more powerful than what I’m currently using it for. It seems like it can help with a lot more—I just need to take the time to learn all of its features and functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has helped me a lot with staying organized, and it also prompts me to follow up on tasks whenever I have a reminder set.

Notion Makes Databases and Dashboards Easy for Everyone

What do you like best about the product?
As a Notion expert, there are many things I like. I especially appreciate how Notion simplifies databases and charts. As a machine learning engineer, I already know these concepts well, but Notion presents them in a way that makes databases easier for anyone to understand, build, and manage.

Notion now provides more options, like map charts and dashboard charts, which adds a lot of value. Looking ahead, I hope Notion will develop an even stronger analysis module and offer more insights directly in the product, without needing to rely on third-party integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the many updates. I remember getting three updates in less than one week. I understand that they provide more features, and that features require maintenance or adjustments over time, but not on this kind of schedule.

There are also problems with the Notion database itself that I don’t like, and I reported them to the community. Over time, redundancy will become a problem in the Notion database, especially if you connect the database to receive real-time records or any text. You then need to check whether a record already exists before you make adjustments, and that becomes exhausting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To me, the main problem Notion solves is the digital clutter that piles up when you’re bouncing between a bunch of different apps for instance, writing notes in Evernote while managing work in Jira. Notion brings everything into one workspace, which cuts down on context switching, saves time, and makes it easier to jump in and get started right away.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion daily to keep track of patient-related notes, follow-ups, and teaching materials. Having separate pages for different types of work makes it easier to stay organized. I especially like how flexible the pages are, because I can structure notes the way I need. It also helps me manage daily reminders and keep important information in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when many pages are added over time, it takes a bit of effort to keep everything arranged properly. In the beginning, setting up the structure also takes some time. However, once everything is organized, it works well for regular use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, notes and reminders were spread across different places, which made it harder to find details quickly. Now with Notion, I keep everything in one system, so checking previous notes or planning upcoming work is much faster. It helps reduce confusion and keeps my daily workflow more structured.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for my business, and it's become an integral tool for us. Our entire business is built inside Notion, and I couldn't imagine running things without it. It helps us with business planning, mapping out ideas, organizing projects, and keeping everything aligned in one place, which used to be a scattered mess across many documents and tabs. Notion's flexibility really stands out; we can create what we need, whether it's a dashboard, a client workspace, or a full product experience, and it adapts to us instead of forcing us into a rigid system. The AI features are a bonus that speeds things up, helps us think through ideas, and makes content creation and organization smoother. The platform allows us to create custom resources for our digital products, providing interactive, living spaces our clients can always return to. I also like how Notion adapts to my personal needs as a business owner.

I'd like to see more resources for teaching and tutorials on how to maximize using the tools and other creative Notion use cases.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to organize professional and personal projects, and it helps me a lot. I really like the reminders, the tags, and the way I can organize and segment each stage of my tasks. The organization and layout of the platform are big positives for me, as I used to use Trello, which I found very disorganized. Additionally, the platform is very intuitive, which makes the usage process easier and more practical. I switched to Notion because it is a more efficient tool, full of features, and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only function that needs improvement is the issue of saving attached files. I see that some files do not allow saving, and I often need to save the photo in the field, which causes a slight loss in image quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize my day-to-day and remember important tasks that I might forget with the busy routine. I can organize and segment each step using tags and categories, while the platform is intuitive and organized.

What do you like best about the product?
I mostly like Notion's UI because for my notes, it's easier to navigate and get the relevant information. I find Notion very effective in storing and presenting a lot of working notes, like commands and log output. The initial setup was very easy, though it did take some time to build a custom visualization template for my notes.

I see that it takes lots of time to load. Which I did not like
