Easy, Robust Knowledge Base with AI Cleanup That’s Hard to Beat

  • April 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It’s an easy-to-use tool for hosting my company’s knowledge base and quickly spinning up project documentation. The sharing features are straightforward and robust. I’ve also connected it to my Claude account to create a central hub for QA feedback, and I really appreciate how simple the AI writing cleanup is. I use it as well to put together progress docs when onboarding a class of new hires, and for the money, it’s pretty unbeatable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn’t easy to index large amounts of related pages, or to quickly identify outdated pages that need to be deleted or updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It serves as an easy-to-understand, quick-to-access universal source of truth for a variety of departments. The information is formatted in a way that makes it simple to update and modify when changes need to be made on the fly, and the access levels are also easy to adjust. It performs well for speed to creation and volume of information that can be easily added, which is helpful when creating multiple pages for each individual new hire we onboard and tracking their progress through the training classes.

Powerful Collaboration Tool with Steep Learning Curve

  • April 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion's auto meeting transcriptions which make it easy for me to pay active attention in meetings while still having notes taken. I also appreciate the ability to ask the AI agent questions, as it provides contextual replies from both my personal notes and the larger studio context. The integration with Claude is another aspect I enjoy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it hard to use - big learning curve - especially the data tables. I'm not sure how to best use them to my advantage. I feel like I am underutilizing it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion takes meeting notes, creates sharable files, and serves as an information hub for our studio. The auto-transcription helps maintain focus during meetings, and the AI agent provides contextual replies from my notes and the studio's documents.

Notion: A Flexible All-in-One Workspace That Scales with Your Workflow

  • April 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is how it consolidates documentation, project tracking, and knowledge management into a single, flexible workspace that actually scales with how you work. I use it to keep technical notes, architecture decisions, and ongoing project context in one place, which reduces context switching and lost information. The AI Writing Assistant is especially helpful for quickly summarizing notes and refining ideas, and the database system makes it easy to organize things in a way that evolves over time without needing to switch tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is that its flexibility can become a downside as things scale, especially when structures aren’t well-defined upfront. It can get messy or inconsistent across teams, and performance can slow down with large or complex pages. Search and navigation, while improved, can still feel a bit limited when trying to quickly find deeply nested or loosely structured content, and the AI features, while useful, can sometimes be hit or miss depending on the context.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of fragmented information and tool sprawl by giving me a single place to manage documentation, project context, and ongoing work. Instead of bouncing between docs, notes, and task trackers, I can keep everything centralized and structured in a way that’s easy to maintain. This reduces context switching, makes it easier to onboard or revisit past work, and ultimately helps me move faster and stay more organized.

Powerful Knowledge Management with Room for Improvement

  • April 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Notion for its clean UI, making it easy to navigate and manage tasks effectively. The AI chatbot is really helpful for building new workflows and linking databases, which simplifies tracking my work and updating my bosses. I also appreciate that the initial setup was fairly seamless and intuitive. Using the AI notetaker in Notion adds to its value for my team's knowledge management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the chatbot is still a work in progress. It doesn't remember context from prior asks, so I have to reexplain all context every time I want to repeat a task on different days. I have daily to-do lists tagged to a broader list of tasks. I usually have to iterate a few times each time to make sure everything links right just to add more days to my to-do list tracker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for knowledge management, as a source of truth for documentation and work planning. The AI chatbot helps create custom workflows and link tabs, making it easier to track tasks and update my bosses. I also appreciate the clean UI.

Streamlined Management, Instant AI Customization

  • April 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Notion is to use once you are familiar with it, and there are endless possibilities of things that can be built out. I appreciate the AI tool that helps you build whatever you want and customize it to your needs and preferences, making everything happen almost instantly. It's great for project management, team coordination, documentation, and as a business hub, providing a one-stop place for projects and tasks and keeping the team on the same page, reducing siloed conversations, and moving projects forward faster. The AI tool also made the initial setup fast and easy for me. Additionally, I have it linked to my Google Calendar and am in the process of linking it to Stripe, Zapier, Typeform, and our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have training accessible for my team on how to use it. Although it's easy for me to use because I am in it and creating in it and have used it for years, it's more challenging for others who have never used it before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion provides a central place for projects and tasks, ensures everyone is on the same page, reduces siloed conversations, and helps move projects forward faster.

Centralized Platform, Excellent for Workflow Management, AI Writing Assistant

  • April 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for managing my workflows, and it's been really helpful for automating and tracking my internship applications as well as my daily tasks. I like how centralized it makes things, allowing me to have everything in one place instead of scattered across multiple areas. I find it good for tracking things like books I'm reading. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the note-taking part I just am not used to taking notes somewhere outside Google Docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for automating tracking my internship applications and daily tasks. It centralizes everything I need, avoiding multiple areas and making it easier to track activities like reading.

Empowers Knowledge Management with Ease

  • April 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Notion is really clean and intuitive to use. I watched a few training videos, but actually, once I got the hang of it, it was really super easy to set up. I like the cross reference functions and I really like the new AI agents. The databases are something I absolutely adore, allowing me to put in up-to-date reports and forms. Notion is fantastic at scanning, using, applying, and creating all different types of documents from my knowledge. It's just such a helpful thing, which is brilliant. The cross referencing between pages allows me to pull information from different sources and make sense of things in a way I cannot do in any other tool. The AI agents have been really impressive, creating a whole training curriculum for me, saving so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the main thing that I would like to make a little bit easier would be to have a folder-type structure. You don't have folders as such, so I would say that that's probably the area that I'm getting used to. It could be a little bit easier to design the architecture sidebar. I suppose that would be my top preference. I think the other thing I'd say is sometimes I struggle to find the right place where I can import documents. Once you've got it, then it's quite easy to do. But those two bits don't seem quite as intuitive as some of the other things that I've been using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love how Notion safely stores all my knowledge and helps me create various documents. It's fantastic for scanning, using, and applying information. Plus, I can rely on Notion's AI for crafting training curriculum, saving me the need for external help.
