Customizable Power with AI, Challenging Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion serves as the foundational context window as AI continues to evolve. It's an operational hub for my small team, and I use it as a personal CRM and task tracker. Notion is highly customizable, allowing me to infinitely customize information. I appreciate the AI integration throughout Notion, with the AI Writing Assistant being particularly helpful. Organizing everything with Notion is a powerful tool, and it benefits from hosting all the same information and displaying it in a similar way to Trello and Salesforce, but all housed under one roof.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need custom fonts! It definitely has a high skill barrier, I wish there was an easy way to onboard members and guests. The initial setup was very difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as a foundational context window to customize information, operate my small team, and manage personal tasks. It integrates AI for adapting to our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is that I can manage everything in one place. I mainly use it for notes and daily tasks, and it helps me stay organized without switching between different apps. It’s easy to customize based on how I want to work, which makes it really useful for day-to-day use.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don’t like about Notion is that it can feel a bit slow sometimes, especially when pages get heavy. Also, in the beginning it was a little confusing to understand all the features, so there’s a small learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of using multiple apps for notes and tasks. I used to manage things in different places, which was confusing. Now everything is in one place, so it’s easier to track my work and stay organized. It saves time and makes my daily workflow much smoother.
Intuitive and Integrative with Minor Customization Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Notion helps me organize all of my information in a way that is easy to read and use for myself and my colleagues. The ease of use and availability of integrations are big pluses for me. The initial setup was very easy, and the sharing and development possibilities are very flexible. I also use it with Zapier, which works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not as many ways to customize my dashboard as I would have hoped. I would like to see more ability to change things like colors and fonts.

Effortlessly Summarizes Meetings, High Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I really love that Notion can listen to everything that's being discussed in any meetings and give a high-level overview and summarization, including highly important details in those meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think just understanding how the platform works as a whole, there's a lot of different things that can be done within the platform, and it's not super user friendly in that way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me by summarizing long conversations and meetings, providing a high-level overview of action items and essential details, solving issues with information getting convoluted.
Very Powerful Platform That Boosts Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very powerful. It amazes me how much this thing can do. I love that you can link via databases ideas from one area to the other. Action items to To Do lists or Meeting notes to Action items. ITs a big step up for me from using Note pad or Google Keep to keep my Running TO DO list.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much it can do that it’s a little overwhelming. I find myself using it like a notepad or Excel at first, and then I end up having to go back and redo things because I’ve learned (through outside resources) how to use it properly. I just wish the help were better built in, or that it were more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organized specially with notes, meetings and calles

It can be very all in your face. Sometimes too accessible, especially to those who only need to be able to do certain things.

It is making it easier to track certain things and have a group workspace. it means i am not sending and using many different forms and websites

Organizational and recordkeeping. It is allowing myself and my team to share information in real time and keep records updated
A Solid Evernote Replacement for Keeping Everything in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
I use it as a replacement for Evernote. It helps me keep all my personal information in one place, including my recipes, small writing projects, shopping lists, packing lists, and an extended calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's honestly pretty solid. I do wish that there was a bit more home screen customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am forgetful. Notion is cross platform accessible, which is useful to me. Also, the fact that I can have it on multiple devices is pretty great. Some of the competitors don't do that.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the flexibility of Notion, particularly how easy it is to write markup and organize in folders. The AI tool is impressive, as it builds pages based on prompts, making it much easier to parse through resources and spin up new ones with ease. Notion serves as a very navigable repository of company documentation and helps crowdsourcing administrative data. The initial setup of Notion was very easy, especially with the slash commands.

I wish it could be integrated with Github and other tools

Notion makes it significantly easier to organize and build resources, creating a navigable repository of company documentation and improving administrative data handling with AI.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the AI features and the ability to pretty much create anything you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's definitely a learning curve to figuring out how to use it because it's quite sophisticated.
