Streamlined Workflow, Impressive Flexibility

  • April 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for project management, note-taking, and team collaboration. It helps me organize tasks, wikis, meeting notes, and content calendars. Notion solves the problem of having information scattered across multiple tools. It consolidates everything into one place, reducing context switching and saving time. What I like most is the flexibility. You can build almost anything with it using blocks, databases, and templates. The clean interface and the ability to nest pages are also great. Blocks let me structure pages exactly how I want, whether that's a simple to-do list or a complex project tracker. Databases help me track tasks and projects with custom fields like status, priority, and due dates. I also appreciate that the setup was relatively easy. We started with a template and customized it from there. There is a learning curve initially, but once you understand the blocks system, it becomes very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the loading speed. Pages can be slow to load, especially larger workspaces. Also, the offline mode could be better. The pricing can also feel high for small teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of scattered information across multiple tools by consolidating everything into one place, saving time and reducing context switching.

Efficient Note and Task Management with AI Boost

  • April 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the database that can be interconnected, which really helps with managing my tasks and notes. The AI assistant is also a big plus for me as it helps build pages and databases and efficiently retrieves important information when I need it. The initial setup of Notion was very easy, which made the transition smoother for me. Overall, I'm really pleased with how these features work together, making it an effective tool for my personal task and note management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't justify the cost of paying for the business tier every month just to use the AI. Maybe add a tier that just has the functions of the plus tier but with AI and is cheaper than the business tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to build a note system and manage daily tasks to avoid things falling through the cracks. The interconnected databases and AI assistant help me retrieve important information efficiently.

I find organizing pages within pages in Notion can be improved with better use of headers. Also, I'm not a fan of the automated AI now costing credits.

Notion Transformed Our Team Collaboration With an Intuitive All-in-One Workspace

  • April 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has completely transformed how our team collaborates and manages projects. The all-in-one workspace concept is brilliant — we replaced several tools (Google Docs, Trello, Confluence) with just Notion. The drag-and-drop interface makes it incredibly intuitive to organize pages, databases, and wikis. I especially love the flexibility of databases with multiple views (Kanban, calendar, table, gallery), which lets each team member visualize work in the way that suits them best. The template system saves us hours every week, and the ability to nest pages infinitely means our documentation is always well-structured and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is very little to dislike. If I had to nitpick, the mobile app experience could be slightly more polished — editing complex databases on a phone can feel a bit cramped. Also, the search functionality, while decent, could be faster when dealing with a very large workspace with thousands of pages. Occasionally, loading times for heavily embedded pages can be a bit slow. But these are truly minor issues compared to the enormous value Notion provides. The team is also constantly shipping improvements, so I'm confident these small pain points will continue to get better over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Notion, our team's knowledge was scattered across multiple tools like Google Docs, Trello, Slack, and spreadsheets. This caused constant context-switching, lost information, and duplicated effort. Notion solved this by centralizing everything in one platform. Our onboarding time for new hires dropped significantly because all documentation lives in a single organized workspace. Project visibility improved dramatically with linked databases and status tracking. We save about 5-8 hours per week per team member from reduced context-switching and better information discoverability.

Effortless Organization & Powerful Customization with Notion

  • April 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate having a place to track all my projects in an organized way in Notion. The database feature is incredibly useful for managing all my electronics and various components that I need to track. Notion's ability to modify entries with AI is pretty great, allowing me to easily make adjustments to my database pages. I also find the way I can quickly turn lists into tables or databases very efficient. The feature that allows me to instantly turn a page into a webpage is really powerful, making it easy to share information with others. The initial setup was very easy for me, which is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I start creating a bunch of content, it can be hard to find some of the stuff I've made. I think that's more of an organization thing on my part, but I'm still trying to figure out what best practices are to organize pages inside of pages. If you start having a bunch of nested things, it can get really granular and confusing. But, again, I don't think that's Notion as much as just general entropy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize big projects with subpages and for its database feature, which lets me track lots of items efficiently. It's also handy for turning my notes into sharable web pages.

Customizable and Flexible, Perfect for Project Management

  • April 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's flexibility and its ability to create whatever environment we need. It's really like a blank slate, and it can pretty much do everything or anything we've needed so far. There are a lot of tools that let us make custom workspaces or team spaces. You can create multiple databases, have them talk to each other, and create different views off those databases. It's really, really helpful to get different insights. The customizability allows us to get as close to perfect as we can get for our team, since no out-of-the-box solution fit us exactly. The ability to track many different things at different levels with different viewership for internal and external users is incredibly powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe additional layers of permission. It's not something we're relatively new users of Notion, so I don't wanna misspeak, but I think there could be more granular permission levels for both internal users within our organization as well as external users who workspaces or pages are shared with. So that's one thing. Another thing is potentially the certification or the training. Several team members gave the feedback that they didn't find it very intuitive, the self-guided certification or training courses we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps manage project deadlines and accountability. Its flexibility lets us create tailored environments and connect multiple databases for insights, enhancing team collaboration.

Potential Unlocked, But Needs AI Enhancements

  • April 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Notion offers so much potential with its capability to build a variety of things. I find it easy to access pages and tables, which makes utilizing these features convenient. The setup was pretty simple, which was a pleasant surprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Notion AI isn't quite advanced, so I usually have to use ChatGPT to help with it. I wish it could be faster and smarter. Also, most of the integrated apps with Notion are US-based, which makes them less useful for certain things here in Australia.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for creating tables and pages. It's easy to access these features, and it has a lot of potential for building things.

Notion + AI Takes My Knowledge Library to the Next Level

  • April 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Performance: Notion gives me the ability to save articles, notes, and create a "Knowledge Management" library for reference and learning in design, business, marketing and branding. Combined with the AI capabilities it's gone to higher level. The latter facilitates the management of my knowledge library while saving me time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the tool had a better way to surface content that can get lost in the mountain of pages that I've saved over the course of weeks, months and years. I currently have to remind myself that I have gems of knowledge that I've saved that global search can't effectively pinpoint. Performance on this end would be a needed welcome; imagine a dashboard that surfaces content that you as a user in trending in or a wild card list. AI could be used to add more value to the hundreds of pages saved. Lastly, I'd love to have the ability to see a running list of pages saved, edited or referenced that's organized by topic/category.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the web clipper a lot and reference content in my databases and AI injects extra speed and efficiency.
