Game-Changing Integrations and AI Chat Assistant in Notion

What do you like best about the product?
I love the integrations available in Notion, and the AI Chat Assistant was a game changer for my Customer Service team. It was really easy to use and simple to incorporate into our everyday reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have a way to fully build out a dashboard that automatically pulls in the data, rather than having to import it every month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small business, it can be difficult to answer all the questions new hires may have, and the Q&A Assistant has really freed up a lot of time. It’s easy to train, and it does a great job pulling from what’s already been shared so we don’t have to retype or repeat the same information we’ve previously provided.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a simplistic feel too it. It's much easier to use and get around than Confluence or Teams Wikis.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing. It's incredibly straight forward to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for a lot of organization level documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Notion makes day-to-day work more efficient. The templates are amazing and make it easy to plug and play super quickly. I also find the AI features helpful for reporting and using databases. Setting up Notion was VERY easy, which was a big plus for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly it is, and how easily our team can use it together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it’s hard to find specific documents when you have a lot of them in one long list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our team to share information in real time, so we can access it and stay aligned no matter which office we’re in.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the 'what you see is what you get' aspects are pretty clean, making formatting really easy. Editing documents and folders is also pretty easy, which means there's not a lot of friction for my team in getting their jobs done and making sure things are documented properly. It's also super easy for my team to get on board with Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The publishing and licensing is a little weird. We'd like to create microsites, but you have to pay for a license to see them, which adds friction for people viewing public documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion gives visibility into our roadmap for our sales team. It's easy for my team to get on board and there's not a lot of friction in getting their job done, making sure that things are documented properly.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Notion's design and simplicity. The built-in database is fantastic because it powers so many things within the platform. This truly stands out to me. I'm able to run a CRM built into Notion without needing an additional software subscription or a dedicated CRM, and it connects to all my documents and knowledge hub, enriching the CRM. This makes for a great experience. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's small, but sometimes it's just really hard to drag certain line items above or below one another when you're editing a page. Specifically when trying to use, like, tables or database tables, and trying to move headings or pages on that specific document, or page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to manage my personal life, including CRM, diary, tracking to-dos, viewing goals on a calendar, and generating ideas safely.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for managing my company's customer complaints and concerns, and it effectively solves issues I might not be aware of, helping us improve our customer service. I love that Notion has an app, allowing me to receive updates wherever I go, which helps me react to customer needs in real-time, eliminating wait times and the hassle of tracking down the right person. The ticket creator in Notion works well for me, and I found the initial setup to be super simple, taking only a few minutes. I would recommend Notion to a friend or colleague, and I would rate it a 10, as the software is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think a possible easier route to my team's Notions and possibly a dashboard specific.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to solve issues I may not know about, which helps me react better in customer service. The app provides updates wherever I go, allowing me to address customer needs in real time and eliminating wait times.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the simplicity of use that Notion offers. It's easy to get a hang of how to use it, especially for the basic use cases. Notion does a great job serving as a central repository for everything work-related, acting as a one-stop destination so I don't have to juggle multiple links or resources. Its diverse range of capabilities means I can document, create campaign boards, manage a task list, or even establish a CRM kind of tracker for the accounts I'm handling. I love the integration with cloud and AI tools, like being able to ask Claude to build something directly within Notion. Also, the integrations with other platforms, like Slack for notifications, work seamlessly. Notion's ability to assist with collaboration with teammates and stakeholders is also something I find really valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think probably it can be a little faster. If it can be a little more intuitive with respect to some resources. For example, if I would like to build some complex cases, there is a learning curve. So if I can get access to those resources easily. Although I did see some videos, but I don't think it was that extensive. Probably I'd have to refer to a documentation and all that. Which is still okay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as a central repository for all work-related tasks. It consolidates resources, improves collaboration, and is simple to use. I can create campaign boards, track actions, and receive notifications via email and Slack. It handles diverse use cases without needing multiple tools.
