Flexible and all-in-one tool with a bit of learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use Notion to keep track of my work tasks, think of ideas, and note-taking. It's really flexible and helpful. I like that Notion helps me avoid having multiple apps, keeping everything in one place, and makes me happy once a big project is finished. Notion is very customizable, allowing me to build my own system, and templates are a game-changer whether they're from Notion or the community. The initial setup was easy, guided with onboarding. I give it an easy 10/10.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that doesn't always work for me is the learning curve. It is sometimes a bit overwhelming if you dig deep into the power of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to consolidate tasks, notes, and project management in one place, avoiding multiple apps. It's flexible, helps me keep track of work tasks, and makes me happy when big projects are completed.
Flexible Workspace, Needs Better Maintenance
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of each page in Notion, allowing me to configure it however we like. I really like the AI meeting notes functionality. Notion's doing a very good job of summarizing transcripts and actions. I've started to use Notion AI recently to take those transcripts and actually create documentation from them. These are the features that I'm really enjoying at the moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the road mapping is a little bit clunky. And I think, generally, it's the difficulty to keep it up to date. We do have a lot of orphaned pages. It's not that easy to keep up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to manage projects with Kanban, document our work, and keep our team aligned with a central hub.

Making some databases can sometimes feel confusing, especially when I need to add formulas and rollups, since I end up getting a lot of errors.

Incredibly Flexible All-in-One Workspace and Single Source of Truth
What do you like best about the product?
If I had to pick one thing it would be how flexible Notion is. You are enabled to shape it around how you actually work rather than forcing you into any form of structure. Having the ability to combine tasks, notes, databases and various documentation all in one place truly makes it a single source of truth.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you do not take clear ownership it can become quite messy and fast. Consistency is the key with Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it solves is having all my notes/documents in one place without searching everywhere for them. It also makes my life easier in terms of tracking my deals, the various different stages without losing any context.

What do you like best about the product?
I like its all-in-one flexibility, it replaces multiple apps by housing notes, tasks and project trackers in one clean, centralised space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion can feel slow when you're working with large workspace, which is quite frustrating when you are in the middle of focused work

Before Notion I struggled with having notes in one app, tasks in another and documents scattered everywhere, now I manage everything in one place which saves me at least 30 min a day
Streamlined Note Management, Effortless Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion very easy to use, especially when I just open the app on my Windows and click on what I need to add. I made my reporting system on Notion, and with Notion AI, it provides formats for my radiology reports like CT thorax, CT brain, and MRI abdomen, which I find useful. I also appreciate that it's linked to my Google Drive, so I don't have to pay to use it, and it doesn't cause any issues even with multiple files. Notion makes arranging notes and linking small word files a breeze, and it's handy to access it from anywhere via a short link. I love that it's easy, free for most functions, and allows me to arrange everything with drop-down menus. Setting it up was also a breeze since I just installed the app and logged in, plus it was very helpful because of prior Notion courses I completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Notion, something that could be improved is the ability to play larger video files directly from Google Drive or YouTube. If I try this, Notion takes too much load. Embedding YouTube videos directly into my website would be very helpful. I faced problems during embedding when I tried it earlier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to arrange notes easily without searching through Google Drive. It's free, handy, and offers linked access from anywhere. It helps create websites and organize reports with AI-supported formatting for my radiology work, without consuming much storage space.
Master Collaboration Tool with Robust Tagging & helpful AI writing assistant
What do you like best about the product?
I love the tagging feature in Notion as it helps me compile lists of key projects and break them down into subheadings, checklists, and tasks for others to be tagged in. The ability to have one main board and link loads of other mini Notion boards to it is great because it allows me to create a master deck. I also really enjoy being able to work coherently alongside my team. The transcription feature is one of my favorite things, as it transcribes everything going on during calls and provides a checklist of actions and follow-ups for the next call. I like how expansive Notion is; you can basically do everything on it. The checklist feature is a massive plus since I'm big on making lists. The initial setup was really easy, thanks to a team walkthrough that showed us things we didn't even know could be done with Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find the website itself easier to use than the app. But I am usually using it on my browser anyway. It's just when I'm using Notion on the go on my phone or on my desktop application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize projects with lists, checklists, and tagging for team collaboration. The linking of mini boards to a master board enhances project management. Its transcription feature is great for capturing meeting notes and actions, keeping my team cohesive.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to store my notes and create them with AI. It helps me save time and offers solutions to problems I encounter. I particularly like how it creates beautiful notes.

Its UI is not smooth and very buggy. It gets stuck when there is a lot of information on the screen. The initial setup was confusing, though it became easier once I got the hang of it.
