Keeps Everything Organized with AI Meeting Transcription & Notes
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it keeps track of everything we need. I especially love how it transcribes meetings and then has AI make its own notes on the content of the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing yet that I don't like. I have enjoyed all it has to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of how to stay organized. That is benefiting me by allowing my give my time to other matters.
Feature-Rich and Easy to Set Up
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to track all my knowledge and link my applications with Notion. It gives me more features compared to Trello, which prompted my team to switch. Also, the initial setup was very easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still learning about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me manage all company knowledge and processes efficiently. I love tracking all my knowledge and linking applications effortlessly.
Effortless Task Management with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is fast and snappy. I love the drop-down menus that I can nest inside other folders, creating a large network of conversations or pages that make sense how I want them to. It allows me to nest knowledge, information, or tasks, so I can handle chunks of information at a time or just close them up if I don't want to deal with them at the moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have a synced block, I can't drag things out on mobile. That drives me crazy. Maybe the fact that if I pay for Notion AI through one account, like a personal account, I can't apply those credits to a work account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for device inventory management, task tracking, and deep project management with layered pages. Its AI helps me organize large data sets, extract data from Excel, and make large text threads actionable.
Highly Customizable, Perfect for Real Estate
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Notion to build custom pages and documents for my real estate business as it has saved me countless hours and allowed me to do things I didn't know I was capable of. It's great for developing and linking all my business documents like Google Docs and PDFs within Notion. I appreciate how it keeps everything in one place, solving time issues and making it easy to remember where everything is kept, which is invaluable for linking tenant and unit data to properties. This central database is a huge benefit, especially with a growing team, as they can access all necessary information without having to ask me. I love the ability to customize Notion; anything can be tailored to my specific needs, and it helps me avoid paying for unnecessary features. It's easy to set up, though there's a learning curve, and overall, I haven't found anything else quite like it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options of viewing things that aren't just in set tables. I know you can do cards and other things, but I wish there was more ability to customize the interface or design aspect of it to be more user-friendly and customizable from a design standpoint. Just a learning curve to get used to how Notion operates.

I use Notion to keep everything in one place, saving time and effort. It holds all tenant data, links properties and units, and makes information readily accessible to my team.
Customizable Yet Slightly Cluttered
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customization of the interface in Notion. I love how you can really make it your own and apply it to whatever scenario you're trying to accomplish. There's so much customization available, like adding tables, AI note-taking, and bullet lists, and it links with my cloud. I also appreciate how very easy the initial setup was compared to other software, even though there's a bit of a learning curve with the UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, it's really the left pane taskbar that has all the pages seems a little cluttered and disorganized. It seems like it's harder for me to figure out where I wanna go immediately. I can always get there, but it just seems a little cluttered right now. I will also say too, when I'm creating tables, the highlighting feature of the table to highlight what specific cells in the table I wanna edit can be a little clunky as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me stay organized during onboarding by tracking pages and organizing tasks. The AI note-taking feature is great for summarizing meetings and creating action item checklists.

Notion is an amazing all in one workspace and it's very user friendly

Sometimes the accuracy is not there and it performs slow with large data base

I like the AI Writing Assistant and the AI Transcribe feature for meetings

The UI/UX can be improved and how the pages are organized can be improved. The subscription is also too expensive.

I like being able to collaborate with my team members. It also helps me keep track of tasks with all the necessary details, and I can connect other documents directly to each task.

I use Notion to organize both my work and personal tasks in one place, mostly for project planning. I really like how it helps me keep everything in one place instead of juggling multiple tools. What I appreciate most about Notion is its flexibility, which allows me to use it the way I want, whether that's for simple notes or more structured planning. It's great that I'm not forced into a rigid system; I can start with something simple and adjust it as my workflow changes. It's simple to get started with basic pages and templates, which makes it easier to dive right in.

Intuitive Layout, Boosts Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for its intuitive layout, which makes it easy to create meaningful and efficient pages for meetings and drafts for brainstorming sessions. The Notion AI features are powerful and enhance the overall experience. Setting it up was very simple; I just watched a couple of how-to videos, and I felt comfortable using it. Another thing I appreciate is how it helps me translate multiple languages during meetings into English and keeps me on task to improve my productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really value total integration of the Notion Calendar with my work MS Outlook calendar as well as my family (home) Apple calendars.
