Flexible, Customizable, and Easy to Use

  • January 31, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion's ease of use and flexibility. It's great for managing notes, tasks, and projects all in one place. The interface is clean and easy to customize, and it works smoothly on both desktop and mobile. I really like how customizable Notion is, with the ready-to-use templates saving me a lot of time, and I can design pages exactly how I need for study or work. Collaboration works well too, making it easy to work with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Notion feels slow when loading large pages or databases. It can also take time to understand all the features at first. Offline access is limited, and some advanced features require a paid plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize my daily tasks, notes, and project planning. It solves the problem of having notes, tasks, and documents scattered across different apps by keeping everything in one workspace.

A great CRM and Project planning and task delegation tool

  • January 31, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is highly customisable and flexible, and it offers a wide range of templates that make it easy to get started quickly. It lets teams create workflows that match their exact needs, whether they’re using it for documentation, project management, or building a knowledge base. Having everything in a single workspace also helps keep information well organised and easy to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Notion is highly flexible, it would benefit from more native workflow integrations and additional built-in features. Some more advanced setups still require third-party tools or manual workarounds, and there can be a noticeable learning curve when you’re trying to build more complex systems from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding new staff, tracking historical performance, and consolidating all info with workflows

Clear Interface, Versatile Collaborations

  • January 31, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find the clarity of Notion's platform really useful, as it makes the teamwork more easily. I love that you can create boards and pages right within Notion without needing to switch to another platform. It's an all-in-one solution for everything I need. The initial setup was the easiest thing I have ever thought; it's so simple and clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Notion cannot be connected with Outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for managing my marketing team and graphic design department, assigning tasks and users. It streamlines content management, customer relationship management, and project management.

Organized All-in-One Platform with a Steep Learning Curve

  • January 31, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is a one-stop shop for everything. I appreciate the AI addition because it helps me organize everything beautifully without needing to build individual databases or tables. The AI organizes everything, putting things in the right place even when I tend to scatter them sporadically. It definitely helps me organize and saves my time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit of a hassle to navigate, and it's also hard to learn it as a first-time user. It wasn't easy and was confusing what to do with it at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organizing everything I need for my content strategy, business strategy, and personal life.

AI-Enhanced Meeting Management with Notion

  • January 31, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion because it starts recording meetings as soon as I open any platform and transcribes in real-time. The AI summaries are concise yet informative, and they help me review weekly meetings the next week and send to-do lists to my students. The fact that it provides an overview of all my meetings on one page is incredibly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI summaries generally assign the wrong names to people. It mostly swaps exactly the two people who are talking and assigns to-do tasks to the wrong person. It's pretty complicated. There is an insane amount of options on any page. It also keeps telling me "you ran out of AI minutes, switch to the paid version" while I already am on the paid version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion records meetings, provides AI summaries, and offers an overview on one page. The summaries help with reviewing meetings and generating to-do lists for students.

Adaptable, Notebook-Like Tool with Powerful Folders, Subfolders, and Calendar Mode

  • January 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
At first glance, it looks very similar to a notebook, but it includes a glossary with seemingly endless folders and subfolders to classify the information you need. It can also adapt that same information into schedules through its calendar mode, and it offers plenty more beyond that. Overall, it’s quite adaptable and broad in its uses, but it feels best suited for someone who already has experience with at least three management tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It offers a variety of uses, which can sometimes be confusing when you’re trying to figure out how to proceed or what to select. It also doesn’t provide recommendations based on the information you’re entering, so you’re often left to decide on your own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s one of the best note-taking tools I’ve used. It offers a great variety of options and feels well thought out. It also helps me refine ideas for posts and notifies me when they’re ready to be published.

Efficient and Integrative, Ideal for AI Workflows

  • January 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the chat can stay open with my kind of AI assistant, and I can change things in the background, and it automatically updates to the right context. Notion keeps everything connected, especially since I can call on certain files and use them to reference other things without having to go download them from my Google Drive, put it on my desktop, upload it, things like that, which helps with efficiency. The initial setup of Notion was very easy for me. I also think for people who work in centralized areas for workflow, it's a great product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were ways to integrate things without being a workspace user. I am a deep Google user, but Google Workspace isn't something that I'm part of, and I wish there was a way to do all the integrations they have available without requiring that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion keeps everything connected, allowing me to reference files without downloading from Google Drive, enhancing efficiency.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is bit complex to use. Needs external tools to get real insights. It is good for small projects only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clear context behind campaigns. Everyone knows who is responsible for particular task. It is good for long term planning.

Customizable but Lacks Essential Features

  • January 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is very customizable, letting me create whatever I want with a lot of different options and templates I can use. It's helpful because I can bring my ideas to life, whether it's making notes in a flash card format or setting up a visually friendly planner or dashboard layout. I appreciate the templates, saving me time when I need something that I can just plug and chug. The fact that Notion has many different purposes and is constantly getting new features is great. I think it's very user-friendly, and I enjoy using it because it helps keep me organized, which is especially nice for people who like to be organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is really user-friendly, but at the same time, sometimes there are basic features that are lacking. Sometimes I feel like something should be possible, and it's not. For example, you can't do multiple columns unless you establish those columns first and then put it under a toggle heading. Some basic things need to be added for sure. The calendar feature is great that it's coming into play, but it needs to be tuned a little bit more because it's not the most integrative friendly. I think if there was maybe different fonts, that would be nice. Notion can definitely be a little overwhelming at first due to the lot of customizability features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize all my thoughts and class notes in one place, providing a user-friendly landing page that's easy to access. It's highly customizable, allowing me to create whatever I need, and with templates, it saves me time.
