What do you like best about the product?
1. Notion brings together notes, documents, tasks, calendars, databases, and wikis in a single platform, which helps cut down on the need to juggle multiple separate tools.
2. I also like its simple, elegant design—it’s easy on the eyes and makes it much easier to organize and navigate large amounts of information.
3. On top of that, there’s a huge community and plenty of ready-made templates for productivity, planning, course notes, CRM, and more, which makes it quick to get started and stay consistent.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Very large databases or especially heavy pages with lots of blocks and content can slow down performance.
2. Also, as with any cloud-based tool, storing sensitive information means you have to place trust in Notion’s server security.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion works similarly to Jira. Although I use Jira, I even use Notion to manage personal and internal project-related tasks. I have a team that works with me on certain projects, so I create different project tasks and assign them to various members. It’s very easy to track and manage tasks, and to monitor the project’s overall progress level.

I can easy create dashboards as well as task sheets which can be shared with the respective team members

No dislikes as of now as it fulfills all of my requirements.

I is helping me in creating the team dashboards, as well as task sheets for day wise or week wise targets to be acconplished.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is very well organized and helps a lot with structuring ideas and tasks clearly. I especially like the AI features, which are very helpful for writing, reorganizing thoughts, and rephrasing content. It makes planning and idea management much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t really dislike anything about Notion itself, but the pricing can be a downside. For my current needs, using tools like Google Keep with Gemini gives similar results at a lower cost, so I don’t feel the need to pay for Notion right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me solve the problem of scattered ideas and unorganized information. It allows me to keep projects, notes, and tasks in one place, which saves time and improves focus. The AI also helps speed up writing, structuring ideas, and refining content, making my workflow more efficient.

clear and fast to use like remider, to do list, and quick notes options are very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for notes documentation and team collaboration on my projects. I like that it's a complete package of services in a single platform and integrated with AI. It's easy to customize and summarize documents. The database is really good for planning, summarizing, and analyzing. I also appreciate the cross-platform access, whether it's web or desktop, and the large number of templates with customization options. My favorite feature is the real-time collaboration with team members, including live comments and screen sharing with permission controls. Notion provides flexibility for collaborating and making discussions in one platform, and we can store SOPs as a database.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion should improve its permission management system. If there is a large team, sometimes it becomes complex to provide access and track who has what kind of access. The other area that needs improvement is how Notion works and displays on mobile screens. Large and complex datasets are not displayed with the same clarity as they are on desktop.

Sometimes Notion feels slow when loading large pages or databases. It can also take time to understand all the features at first. Offline access is limited, and some advanced features require a paid plan.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the clarity of Notion's platform really useful, as it makes the teamwork more easily. I love that you can create boards and pages right within Notion without needing to switch to another platform. It's an all-in-one solution for everything I need. The initial setup was the easiest thing I have ever thought; it's so simple and clear.

I don't like that Notion cannot be connected with Outlook.

I use Notion for managing my marketing team and graphic design department, assigning tasks and users. It streamlines content management, customer relationship management, and project management.

I like that Notion is a one-stop shop for everything. I appreciate the AI addition because it helps me organize everything beautifully without needing to build individual databases or tables. The AI organizes everything, putting things in the right place even when I tend to scatter them sporadically. It definitely helps me organize and saves my time.

It's a bit of a hassle to navigate, and it's also hard to learn it as a first-time user. It wasn't easy and was confusing what to do with it at the beginning.
