Flexible All-in-One Workspace That Keeps Everything Centralized

  • February 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is its flexibility and all-in-one approach. It combines notes, documents, databases, and task management in a single platform, which makes it easy to organize work exactly the way you want. You can customize pages, workflows, and templates to match your personal or team needs without feeling restricted.

Notion is also great for collaboration. Multiple people can work on the same page in real time, leave comments, and track updates easily. Overall, it helps keep everything centralized, organized, and accessible, reducing the need to switch between multiple tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is that it can feel overwhelming at first, especially for new users. With so many customization options, the initial setup and learning curve can take time. Performance can also slow down when working with very large databases or complex pages.

Additionally, Notion relies heavily on an internet connection, and offline functionality is still limited. While it’s a powerful tool, these issues can affect the experience for users who need speed, simplicity, or reliable offline access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of scattered information and tool overload by bringing notes, documents, tasks, and databases into one centralized workspace. Instead of switching between multiple apps for documentation, project tracking, and knowledge management, everything can be organized and accessed in a single place.

This benefits me by improving productivity and clarity. Information is easier to find, collaboration is smoother, and workflows are more structured. It saves time, reduces confusion, and helps keep both individual work and team projects well organized.

Optimizes Project Management with Ease

  • February 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a great tool for my notes on projects, with calendars, tables, and databases all in one place. It makes collaboration with colleagues on the same data convenient and helps keep everything organized without needing multiple apps. I like how you can efficiently access different things in a project, enhancing capability. The simple and sweet UI ensures I never feel exhausted doing my work, and the tools provided are very useful. It's also very easy to set up, so much so that even an 8-year-old child could do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search and navigation can be made better, sometimes it takes time to load when data is too much or heavy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion lets me keep all project notes, calendars, tables, and databases in one place, enhancing understanding and collaboration. It eliminates the need for multiple apps, enabling colleagues to access project details conveniently, improving productivity by reducing scattered data across platforms.

Notion’s Flexible, All-in-One Workspace for Organized, Real-Time Collaboration

  • February 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is very flexible and can be used for many different things—documentation, project tracking, a knowledge base, and meeting notes—all in one place. The ability to customize pages and databases to fit our team’s needs is especially helpful. It’s also easy to keep information organized with folders, tags, and links between pages, which makes it simple to find what I need quickly. The collaboration features are solid as well, since multiple people can edit and comment on the same page in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Notion feels a bit slow, especially when loading pages with a lot of content or larger databases. The learning curve is also fairly steep for new users, and it can take time to understand how to set up databases, relations, and formulas correctly. The mobile app isn’t as smooth as the desktop version either, and trying to edit more complex pages on a phone can be frustrating. On top of that, offline mode is limited, so if your internet connection is unstable, it becomes difficult to access documents or get work done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps solve the problem of having information scattered across multiple tools. Previously, we kept documentation in Google Docs, tracked projects in spreadsheets, and stored meeting notes in various other places. Now everything is centralized in one platform, which makes information easier to find and reduces the time wasted searching across different apps. It also improves collaboration, since the team can access and update the same content in real time. On top of that, being able to create templates for recurring processes—such as project documentation or meeting notes—saves time and helps maintain consistency across the team.

Notion bill jumped? Brief collaboration can quietly add seats and get expensive

  • February 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
You can use it to organize information and notes
What do you dislike about the product?
With a business account, if you invite someone for a short collaboration, Notion will automatically add that person to your plan without any warning or pre-approval process. When I informed Notion that this was only a short collaboration and that I did not intend to add them to my plan, they refused to refund the additional $3,800 charge because it was past their “three-day grace period.” I do not recommend Notion’s service for any SME. You really have to be extremely careful when using their product, or you may end up with a ridiculous annual bill that cannot be refunded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I found that their service could easily be replaced by other free or cheaper services offered by Google or other companies.

Comprehensive Workspace, But Overwhelmed by Features

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that Notion keeps everything together in one place, which is great for our work tasks and notes. The fact that there’s an entire ecosystem now, including the calendar and mail, being integrated into Notion databases makes it even more appealing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably most of the improvements just have to do with the newer features. Like, I think there's a lot of things in the mail that I feel like I'm missing. I don't know that I can necessarily articulate all of them, which isn't very helpful to you. But something's really small annoyance is that I can't right-click in my Notion mail but that's something really small. A lot of the AI features, I'm a little bit confused on, but I think I just need to use them a bit more to understand them better. There's just a lot of them. And so I'm a little bit overwhelmed. The labels also give me a hard time, especially with the AI labels and mail. I can't seem to figure out how to have it try again. I don't like the categories that it came up with initially. And when I first tried Notion Mail and had a free trial to the AI features, it created some auto categories. But then I stopped using it. And now that I have an upgraded account again, have Notion AI, and I've been using Notion mail for a little while I can't seem to create new labels that I think would better represent my inbox. I wish I could get the AI model to understand the labels I already have because I have a lot of labels. Or maybe I'm not using labels the way they're meant to be used. I don't know. This all might be a me problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to keep everything in one place for work. All our notes and tasks are organized together, consolidating what used to be spread across documents and spreadsheets.

Intuitive UI for Seamless Documentation

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to set up and fits naturally into our workflow. We use it for internal documentation, SOPs, and for storing data and reports, which helps us keep everything in one place rather than having it scattered across multiple tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve found that the AI features sometimes hallucinate and can be laggy, which makes the experience feel less reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me bring all my documentation and scattered data into one organised, easy-to-manage space. It makes it much simpler to structure, access, and maintain information, which keeps my work more streamlined, efficient, and easier to stay on top of.
