The Ultimate Hub for Team Collaboration

  • February 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion as a daily hub for my staff to record meeting notes, track deadlines, and project progress, which really helps us keep everything in one location. I like how user-friendly and customizable it is, and the more I use it, the more useful features I discover. Notion helps us streamline processes, be more structured, and have better communication. I also like how easy it is to communicate with other team members who use it. We switched from Basecamp because Notion offers better customization. The initial setup was extremely easy. Overall, I think it's a great tool, which is why I'd rate it a perfect 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much depth to Notion that I often feel like we are just scratching the surface with it. I wish there was a better demo upfront of the capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to keep everything centralized, preventing things from falling through the cracks. It streamlines processes, enhances structure, and improves communication, serving as a daily hub for my staff.

Perfect for Personal and Team Management

  • February 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the global search in Notion. It's gotten way better over the years, although it's still not perfect, but I find it really easy to find stuff across different databases and whatnot. I also really like the way Notion has implemented database variations as one of the lowest level things. I think, for example, the list database is really underrated and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search in Notion can always be better and faster. I find Notion AI particularly is not fantastic, especially for tasks like finding a document that mentions a specific thing. This would make things a lot more flexible AI-wise. It's also a little bit tough for people who don't habitually work with modern software to use. For example, when I use it for trip planning, most of my friends hate it, so maybe there's a way to make it more accessible to non-power users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to keep track of ongoing lists, manage small team projects, organize research freely, and take meeting notes. It's better than maintaining files, offering a searchable document web. Notion serves as a more reasonable database tool than Google Sheets.

  • February 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Notion simplifies work and creates visibility in my schedule. I really like sharing docs, intuitive AI models, and the knowledge base for my company's workspace docs. It helps centralize data, eases the ramp process for sales, and improves collaboration with my teammates on projects while searching for leads. Setting up Notion was great as we were given training, and playing around with features helped me catch on quickly through trial and error.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find platform overwhelm when first adjusting to the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion simplifies work, creates visibility in my schedule, centralizes data, eases the ramp process for sales, and fosters collaboration with teammates on projects.

Intuitive, Feature-Rich Knowledge Management Tool

  • February 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is easy to get started with, but also offers advanced capabilities as I become more familiar with it. Creating content from templates is quick, and I find the databases and tabular data helpful for efficiently capturing information while keeping the overview clean and organized. It's great that many people can collaborate simultaneously. Notion's advanced and flexible features, along with its integrations with other tools, make it very appealing compared to other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Real time collaboration on the same documents can sometimes get out of sync. This can lead to duplicated effort eg two people adding the same notes during a meeting and not seeing the other was also doing it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organizing and sharing company information, solving knowledge and project management issues. Its templates, databases, and collaboration features streamline content creation and teamwork without overwhelming presentations.

Notion Keeps Everything Organized in One Place with Powerful Databases & Search

  • February 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion offers detailed organization and many features that let you keep everything in one place. It is easily searchable and very versatile. The database function and ability for it to integrate pdfs are two of my favorite features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do find there to be a bit of a learning curve. I wish there were an interactive, walk-through tutorial option that introduces you to all the features (maybe basic and advanced options). I still feel like I dont know how to use Notion to its full capacity. The only thing missing to make Notion complete for me is the ability to store PDFs and mark them up. I think Notion integrates with RemNote, but right now, uploading documents and lecture notes is pointless because I can't mark them up with notes. I also wish the calendar allowed you to make recurring events where they would all show up on the calendar, rather than a few days ahead or however it works. I can't remember what the issue is but there is something funky about the calendar in general.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me keep track of tasts and organize my notes very well

All-in-One Workspace That Centralizes Notes, Tasks, and Projects

  • February 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion combines note-taking, task management, databases, calendars, Kanban boards, wikis, and more into a single app. Instead of using separate tools for notes, to-dos, and project pages, you can centralize everything in Notion’s workspace. This reduces app fatigue and simplifies workspaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion’s flexibility is powerful — but that also makes it complex for new users. Getting comfortable with databases, relations, and customizing pages can take time, especially if you’re coming from simpler note apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most people and teams use multiple apps — notes in one place, tasks in another, docs somewhere else. This leads to fragmented information, lost context, and extra time switching between tools. Notion solves this by offering one unified workspace where you can take notes, manage projects, build databases, write docs, and track tasks all in one place.

I like how quickly I can organize information and search for specific details.
What do you dislike about the product?

Notion is solving several challenges with a remote working culture because it helps various teams stay in close contact and communicate more cohesively.

Advanced Capabilities with Room for Improvement

  • February 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the user interface and the integration with AI in Notion. It's really great that the AI is native to the platform, so you can ask it direct questions to solve problems quickly. I like that Notion has a lot of capabilities and can be customizable to fit a lot of different use cases. I appreciate that when I need to build a new function, like a sales pipeline or tasks, I can ask Notion how it's built.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm used to task management within ClickUp, and I haven't been able to find the same strong hierarchy structure in Notion. With ClickUp, you can create a parent task with subtasks, which I haven't been able to replicate in Notion. It feels more like a spreadsheet or table task list, which doesn't work as well for me. The adoption experience has been rocky, and I feel the onboarding experience could be improved to ease the transition from platforms like Basecamp. Also, there's no index or table of contents in Notion to easily navigate, and I find Notion less intuitive than ClickUp. The access feels limiting, and I prefer how ClickUp separates and organizes tasks and docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to centralize our information, keeping everything organized and accessible. It serves as a central hub for training resources and policy documentation, easing the rollout of new initiatives.

Notion AI Keeps Our Work Organized and Easy to Track

  • February 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion AI and other tools, such as recording. They help me find and understand documents and meetings faster. It also helps keep work from different teams very organized and visible, so it’s easy to see who is working on what. We can also tag items, which makes everything easier to track. Overall, it helps people build interactive tables and keep information structured in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s difficult to navigate and find what I need because the product is so robust. I usually use the search bar bc it's hard to find the documents I need otherwise
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows different teams to interact and view documents in a single place. It also has AI features that aren’t available in other document platforms.
