Notion Makes Sharing Meeting Notes Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
There’s a long list of things I like about Notion, so I’ll focus on the part I share most often when I’m showing it to others: meeting notes. I can share a link to the notes and, beyond just taking them, I can also give people either editing or viewing access, depending on how I’m working with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t found any issues so far. The Help button has been able to resolve every problem I’ve had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of having to put everything in a chat when I’m working with different businesses and clients. It’s so easy to use that I’m also using it for my America 250 Celebrating Veteran Inventors, Entrepreneurs, and Businesses project. I was able to upload my Excel document quickly and turn it into a beautiful gallery.
Intuitive Databases, Aesthetic Excellence, Information Management
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Notion for creating databases and managing information. The AI feature is a huge help for me, setting up databases and often filling in gaps of information I need to collect. It feels like a little spark or helper that does the hard part of crafting the shape of the database. I also like the aesthetic and the overall vibe of Notion. The initial setup was relatively easy, and I find the product valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be nice to figure out how to transfer other databases or notes I have made in Apple Notes or Google Sheets more easily or organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI in Notion helps me set up databases and fill information gaps. It's like a little spark that handles the hard part of crafting the database structure.

Love the data base, the AI reviews that are automatically added to my client's notes.
I like that I can share a folder or a document with collaborators.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like the way I need to export datas in my Notion coming from my newsletter for example its quite complicated.
I think its not user friendly in the beginning to understand that there are themes, you can buy themes depending on what you like, I started using it when somebody actually showed me how.

Having datas on my social media, my newsletter, what to write to who, understanding my personas.
Helping me keep track of the time I spend with clients, analyzing client's notes and tracking their progress.
I dont use a lot of templates so I would say its quite mechanical not really creative.

Incredibly Helpful Meeting Transcriptions, Notes, and Summaries
What do you like best about the product?
The meeting transcription and notes! The summary and notation of where in the transcript that info came from is so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may be user error, but I don't like that information doesn't seem to line up in different sections for me even though I have tagged the right page or account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all my meeting notes in one place is helpful so that I don't have to store this info in multiply places.
Clear Answers and Helpful Features That Boost My Learning
What do you like best about the product?
Notion delivers clear cut answers and is able to advance my understanding of certain topics. I use Notion roughly 2 times per day depending on the assignments I have to fulfill, and I appreciate all of the features Notion has to help me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not using notion for business purposes, so some of the features are slightly unnecessary for me. Regardless, the app is useful

They are solving writing inefficiency and my ability to communicate
Empowering Drag-and-Drop Pages with Seamless Live Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful is how empowering it feels to be able to drag and drop features into what are essentially web pages—things that would have otherwise required coding knowledge. It’s also great being able to collaborate live with teammates. Having everything in one place helps us organize our thoughts and plan out our week more clearly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI tool takes a while to think and doesn’t always return what we’re looking for. I also think it’s hard to integrate an AI tool into something like Notion, because people are often trying to accomplish a very specific task in a particular way—sometimes in ways Notion simply wasn’t built for—and the AI ends up trying to fill that gap. I expect some of this will resolve itself over time as Notion continues to roll out more and more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of how we store notes that the whole team would otherwise send by email, which isn’t conducive to making small edits and then resending. Instead, we can simply edit a Notion page together.
Highly Customizable but Needs Better Mobile Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is so customizable. There's a steep learning curve, but once you get it, it opens many doors to manage all of your work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the mobile experience really needs to be worked on, and be less clunky and just more manageable from the phone if some if you're somebody who's on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for task management and project management, effectively managing my UGC partnerships, social media strategy, and overall business operations.
Streamlined Organization, Almost Perfect
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Notion keeps us organized and allows us to share documents. It's super clean and easy to use with shortcuts, which make note-taking faster. Plus, the interface is really pretty. The initial setup of Notion was super easy and it only took a few days to get used to.

When I copy and paste, it doesn't format properly. I would like integration with email so I can send out my notes in email format.

A Second Brain for Remote Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion great for managing remote teams and it's amazing for any type of team. I love that it allows my team to go to a single source of information, which is the best that could have ever happened. I think Notion is easy to use and the interface is something I love. It's really a great product. The AI note taker option and the AI assistant for creating new databases are impressive and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the loading times could be better. The interface could potentially improve a little bit, like maybe the fonts could be a little bit bigger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves most of my organizational problems, providing a dashboard for tasks, documentation, and SOPs. It's a second brain for my companies, with a great AI note taker and database assistant. It's ideal for managing remote teams, centralizing information for global access.
