Essential, Customizable Tool for Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion daily for work because it's incredibly flexible and customizable. I love how it lets me build systems that fit our workflows, instead of forcing us into a rigid structure. It makes it easy to centralize information, collaborate in real time, and maintain visibility without overwhelming users. Notion has become essential for managing projects, onboarding, and documentation. The setup was smooth, easy, and straightforward, and despite being very busy, it solves my productivity and efficiency issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notion could work on improving simplicity, scalability, and automation for better daily operations. Advanced features should be easier for non-technical users, maybe through more guided setup and built-in templates. Also, strengthening performance and management tools for large databases would help teams that are scaling. Plus, expanding native automation, integrations, and approval workflows would reduce the reliance on third-party tools and boost efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion daily to track tasks and projects. It boosts my productivity and efficiency, helping me stay on top of my work. What I like most is its flexibility and customization for building systems that fit our workflows, making it easy to centralize information and collaborate.
Friendly Interface, Essential Daily Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Notion has a very user-friendly interface and its AI is very useful. I also appreciate that it is intuitive, making the initial setup very easy. It is an excellent place to share and store important documents that we can have on hand at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the search, I believe there could be much room for improvement, to make it easier to filter and find documents related to the search. Let the results be automatically divided into categories and separated in that way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion every day at my job to share and store important documents, and to have an interface that contains all the company's information, in addition to being able to add and modify important notes.
AI-Powered Organization Powerhouse
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the AI assistant in Notion. Just being able to do an idea dump and then talk with the AI to expand on my idea is great. It helps me get a clearer picture of what I'm thinking by using the AI feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed little bugs here and there where buttons don't work or it won't paste something. I'm not sure why, and it may not even be a Notion thing. This is just the only thing I could think of recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize and compartmentalize my thoughts and ideas, helping me make sense of them and keep them progressing towards fruition.
Great for Organizing Freelance Clients, Though Still New to Me
What do you like best about the product?
I just started using Notion for my freelance clients, and I like that I can have information for each client organized and in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes large excel files don't upload into document hubs.

Stylish and Efficient, But Setup Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I love how aesthetically pleasing Notion is. The app itself is something I really appreciate. I'm also able to make sure all tasks, even in small conversations, are getting done without missing anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think that the permissions could be a little tighter. It'd be nice to have maybe permissions for a specific page or a specific database for people. So that would be nice. And then as well as because of how many functions it can be a little confusing how to build certain things. It definitely was a little confusing setting it up and building it. Again, that's something that could potentially be helpful with maybe some more resources on how to set it up for our team the best. I think what made it difficult was being able to program if I created a specific task list or something, being able to filter it to their specific pages, it was a little confusing on the best way to set up team spaces. So those were some of the things that just were a little confusing on how to set up, and I had to watch a bunch of different videos from different people on how to set that up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to communicate with my staff and assign projects efficiently. Notion AI is huge for taking notes during meetings, ensuring I don't miss anything and all tasks are getting done.
Accessible, Easy to Navigate, and a Lifesaving AI Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
It is so accessible and easy to navigate through. The AI assistant has been a life saver while trying to figure out the best ways to organize work and life.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have had has been trying to organize things into a group database

For our business we are easily able to communicate with eachother and organize all of our projects
Mixed Feelings: Aesthetic but Complex
What do you like best about the product?
I think Notion is pretty nice aesthetically. It's pretty easy to use, which I appreciate. I like using pages in Notion pretty normally and mostly on its own. I've also been using a lot of the Notion AI, which is nice even though it has its issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really like using a lot of the databases, feel like they're a little too much at times. There's a lot of nesting in the pages, and I don't particularly enjoy that. I also find that the Notion AI hallucinates, which is frustrating. For example, I've had to go back into my version history to find something that the AI deleted, which is absolutely stupid.

I use Notion to put everything in one place, making organization easier for me.
Notion Is Amazing: Tons of Templates, Features, and Personalization
What do you like best about the product?
Many templates, features, you can personalize, it's amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything i dislike about Notion
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I started a new job where they previously used Asana. However, I believe Asana is a paid tool that doesn't offer all the features that Notion does. I prefer using Notion for project management, wikis, and resource pages, as it significantly enhances my work.
Versatile Organizer with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion helps me customize the way I manage different projects and organize information. It's really helpful for general organization, planning my wedding, and managing travel itineraries. I appreciate that I can share information and collaborate with others smoothly, like when I interact with my fiance on the Notion board. I also find it useful to keep everything in one place in a format that is visually and functionally helpful. The flexibility to create checkboxes for tasks and customize elements together is something I value. Notion feels a lot like Microsoft Excel to me, which I have experience with, making the initial setup pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working with Notion AI, I feel like it has a lot of bugs and places placeholder information when I ask it to do something. It would be better if it were more intuitive. I often have to use another AI to make it work properly with Notion AI. Also, having a simple undo button would be really helpful. Sometimes I've messed up the whole sheet and can't easily go back, which makes things messy. There are some little things in the settings that are really silly and complicated.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Notion creates itemized lists of actions and tracks the person involved. The AI-generated summaries are very concise, which is helpful. It integrates well with the environment we are using and all our existing data. It's very important in a busy environment, especially when there's not enough time to follow up after meetings. Notion automates this, which saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the software is not very friendly, and it takes a learning curve. It can be a bit overwhelming knowing all these patterns and functions, and the learning curve takes a while.
