Intuitive and Efficient, a Perfect Tool for Daily Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I like the page feature in Notion; it's simple and easy to use. Notion AI helps me summarize the content, and the page feature helps me build the content. Initial setup was also easy, which made getting started a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use the calendar feature.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion incredibly valuable, especially the AI assistant. I really appreciate how flexible and well-designed the tools are. They scale nicely with our team, which is a huge plus.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the new AI assistant in Notion. It truly feels like an assistant, and I can tell it the tasks I need to move from one pipeline to the next. I also appreciate how everything can be kept streamlined, and I can have different pages for various parts of my business or aspects of my life.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just the implementation of Gmail or Google Calendar and really just kind of helping that streamline everything in my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion keeps my pipeline clean and helps in figuring out the next steps, tracking who’s where, and managing daily tasks.
Versatile with Templates, UI Can Be Overwhelming
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's multiplayer support and the commenting feature, which make collaboration easier. I also appreciate the plethora of existing templates and the customizability of Notion, which allow me to get started and dive into writing my content much more quickly without worrying about setup and screen organization. The initial setup of Notion was pretty simple too, and the gradual exposure to more complex features and desires was nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot going on in the UI - it isn't very clear to navigate and move around. Understanding the things that have changed on the pages and documents is difficult. Also, on the desktop app, I hate how it just keeps creating more and more tabs. It's difficult to see all my pages in a meaningful way because it's just a tree structure, with no other way of visualizing the nesting.

I use Notion for documentation, issue tracking, and collaborating on ideas. It helps with project management, knowledge management, and has an AI writing assistant.
Flexible Note-Taking with a Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Notion for organizing notes because it's unrestricted and provides a systematic way of arranging them. I appreciate the AI assistant feature, which stands out for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need something like GoodNotes for handwritten notes in Notion. I should be able to take handwritten notes, convert them to text, and summarize when needed. There's a bit of a learning curve, and I'm still learning.

Notion helps me summarize meetings and organize notes systematically, with unrestricted note organization.
Easy to Use and Highly Expandable—As Simple or Advanced as You Need

Easy to use and possibility to expand the program a ton. You can have it as basic or as complex as you want.
It's really easy to onboard new user and get used to the program, even if you have never used it before.

A Versatile Tool That Feels Like an Extension of My Brain
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to run my entire business, and it covers everything from project management and knowledge management to inventory tracking and even a sales CRM. I love how it creates a singular source of truth for many things, allowing the team to collaborate in real time. The AI Writing Assistant is a game-changer, taking Notion from a 9 out of 10 to a 100 out of 10. It's incredibly powerful, creating and populating databases for me in seconds, and setting them up used to take me 15 to 20 minutes. I adore how Notion feels like an extension of my brain, letting it run free. Notion integrates seamlessly with our existing tools like our website, Slack, Google Suite, and Quickbooks Online, among others.
What do you dislike about the product?
If our company grows a lot more I think we would need to migrate to a more feature rich CRM but for our current size and lead volume it works great. Also Notion Calendar only allows for a max 3 day view in the mobile device which is insane making it unusable for our team.

I like the AI integrated into Notion because it helps me organize and write my texts better. Also, I find that the initial registration was easy, I just had to sign up.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibilty to manage information and share with team mates and clients

Maybe it’s a little “flat” or too simple when it comes to presenting and deploying information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can share information with my clients through an interface that’s exactly the same as the one my team uses, and I can also give them editor access.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use of Notion. It's very flexible, allowing us to design it in a way that works best for different team members and aligns with the way we think. I also like that we can easily access it on mobile through the app. The AI aspect is great because it records key tasks and deliverables from our meetings, which takes a load off my mental space. Notion is highly customizable, especially for our business and clients, which is something I really appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to create pages within databases so that each project can have its own specific page, set up like our dashboard. I also feel there is room for improvement in the app, so I can do everything on the app that I can do on the dashboard. The initial setup was a little bit more challenging, and I would like to learn more about it and have a specialist guide us on using it to the best of its ability.

Notion solves the problem of having everything scattered by providing a single source of truth for my team. Its accessibility from anywhere and flexible design make it easy to adapt to our needs. It's more than a project management tool, covering all business functions.
