Life saver for a new joiner!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, connecting to other applications and giving me the answers that would take me a long time to find otherwise

Im new to notion and so far find the spaces and organisation of items difficult to follow but could also be just how its been set up

All of my problems! from understanding the code to finding history of a problem to educating me on everything and fixing my SQL query.

Notion AI Notetaker: Needs a More User-Friendly Experience and Less Manual Recording
What do you like best about the product?
I like that notion web pages are easy to use and have a good number of design features built in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find the Notion AI notetaker easy to use or particularly helpful. I don't like having to manually record the calls. Other tools, like Circleback AI, are much more user friendly

Keeping our documents all in once place and making resources that we can share in a public-only view.
Versatile Tool with Intuitive Setup and Timeline Restrictions
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the versatility of Notion and how it allows me to tailor it to our set of databases. The initial setup was pretty intuitive for me, and although it was a bit time-consuming, it goes a lot faster with Notion AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some restrictions to the timeline views and certain visualizations tools. I can't connect my Google Suite due to company restrictions. I know certain coworkers found the initial setup overwhelming, which deterred them from using the tool.

I use Notion to visualize tasks and timelines, helping me manage a large number of tasks across concurrent projects effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Database hub for the business. I bought a template so it’s very organized and helpful to have one central location with everything we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve. Some things are not really intuitive to do, the UI could be improved to help have an easier experience setting things up. It’s very overwhelming to start and that’s why I thought templates because there’s no way I would have been able to figure out our setup without it

I use Notion for work to hold important information on topics and notes, and it provides a central place for my team and me to reference, which helps everyone stay on track and reduces any confusion. I like the organizational features and the search features. The initial setup is also very easy.

I find the editing features when creating a page could be more user-friendly and accommodating. It's challenging to scale pictures and text proportionately, making it hard to add more images or text.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the sleek UI of Notion. I've never encountered any sort of bug, and I think it has just the right amount of features. It's not too simple and not too complicated. It's a great tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for its organization capabilities, which help speed up everything by allowing me to effortlessly throw in tasks, random notes, and ideas from Slack. The AI feature is great too, as it helps to summarize information and turn it into actionable plans or tasks. I enjoy the customizable dashboards that can be built from scratch for tracking performance and projects. The customization aspect is different from any other tool I've used, and I appreciate that everything is interconnected, from databases to templates and recurrent checklists. I can build and reuse different workflows, which I find super useful. Overall, I really like Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's just the pricing. It's getting a bit too expensive, especially for me as I am a solo or freelance marketing person. So if it could be cheaper, or maybe a reasonable price, it would be better. Because I am in Canada, the price increases a lot. And also, when you work with other person teams, it increases a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When juggling multiple projects, Notion helps me work faster and smarter, especially with its AI tools. It organizes everything in one place, from managing projects and content calendars to tracking performance and influencers. I can work live with my team, manage client deliverables, and even keep personal to-do lists.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Notion is very user-friendly and easy on the eyes. It doesn't feel like I could do anything wrong in the program. I'm able to use it piece by piece with subpages, which is great for making changes to specific sections of the handbook without needing to alter the entire document. This capability makes it much easier to find and update information. Additionally, organizing my handbook in Notion helps me keep everything in view, so I can easily see what's missing. The initial setup of Notion was extremely easy for me.
