Visually Stunning and Easy Setup, Lacks Undo Prominence
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for both work and personal use because it helps me with organization and sharing. I like that it's visually pleasing, and I find the databases feature particularly valuable. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion feels very touchy when I add new features or tools to my page. It's easy to mess things up in my doc, and it needs a more prominent undo button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organization and sharing in both work and personal contexts.
Flexible, Powerful, but Integration Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's very flexible formatting, which helps me keep all the information for my projects in one place. I appreciate having the option for consistency across different product teams using database fields. The open page space underneath also offers flexibility, allowing us to have less detail for smaller projects and more linked documents for complex ones. I love how it easily allows us to share resources across teams, so I can effortlessly share with marketing or customer support without needing to produce things in their specific spaces because we're all in Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I create a relationship between my product road map and another database that has all of our design tasks, I can't choose for it to inherit specific fields. So I have to fill out both fields in both places, like who the PM is, who the dev lead is, and where the Figma link is. I wish I could share particular things, but not be forced into sharing everything. There's not a good solution for that. Also, the Figma and Mixpanel embeddings never show up when I try to use them; they're always broken.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to consolidate information in one place for a roadmap with multiple views, track design tasks, maintain formatting consistency across product teams, and easily share resources with other teams.
Structured Collaboration, Although Improvable in Analysis
What do you like best about the product?
I think I really like that Notion is very organized and structured, which allows me a lot of flexibility when structuring a document. It also allows me to collaborate with other people who can access my documents, work right there, and have everything quite organized. I can attach images, calendars, and documents in the same space. And several other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think something that doesn't work so well for me is the issue with tables. When I want to work and do more Sprout Said type analysis or an Excel where there are tables to analyze information, it doesn't work so well for me there and I have to go out and do it in SpriteSit instead of Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me work collaboratively, allowing me to document projects and easily access information through tags and share documents. I enjoy its organization and flexibility to structure documents, and it facilitates collaboration by allowing simultaneous work in the same space.

I like the different components and how easy it is to structure data. We have a lot of data, and Notion makes it easy to manage it. The integrations are amazing, and the initial setup was very easy and seamless.

Easy Collaboration, Expensive AI
What do you like best about the product?
I think the ease of collaboration is incredibly nice, especially because you get notifications when someone else has added something. I personally find the building blocks and the integration with Clods very nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, I think the AI agent works very well, but I find it ridiculously expensive in terms of price, and because of that, we, being a large company, do not choose it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion so we can easily share information with colleagues. The ease of collaboration, where you get notifications when someone else adds something, I find very nice.
Clean, Intuitive UI with Solid AI Automations and Task Tracking But Not For Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
AI features, automations, and task tracking are all solid. The search functionality works well, and the UI is excellent—clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The meeting transcripts aren’t great—they’re often inaccurate and, unfortunately, they can’t reliably tell who’s speaking. I also wish I could automate the transcript so it creates relevant tasks directly in my task tracker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently task tracking, document management, the AI helps with proposals, commission tracking, sales goals tracking, etc.
Essential for Centralized Knowledge, Yet More Automation Needed
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to set up a new page in Notion, plus the availability of templates which I can set up and run quickly if needed. I also like how ChatGPT can now scan my Notion and assist with client interactions, which definitely makes life easier. The initial setup was very easy, taking just a few minutes. Notion serves as one source of truth, eliminating any guessing, and allows everyone to seek the info for themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more robust automations. It would be nice if things could be more date specific or even have some conditional logic added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as a playbook database, serving as one source of truth. It eliminates guessing and allows everyone to access info independently. Creating new pages is easy, and templates help me set things up quickly.
