Efficient Knowledge Base with User-Friendly Features

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion's crisp and easy-to-use interface really helpful. Formatting documents is quite easy, which makes things quicker compared to writing in Word, where you end up spending more time formatting than actually writing. Additionally, the databases in Notion are great, offering a lot of nice use cases like managing a product backlog.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the navigation in Notion app for Mac could be a bit more fluid. Also on Notion Calendar, there's some bugs when blocking calendars. I have already raised this before with support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Notion as a knowledge base. It's crisp, easy to use, and makes document formatting faster. The databases have a lot of nice use cases, like handling product backlogs.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Notion's nice UX and how easy it is to use, especially for creating pages and organizing my work. It helps me visually organize all my things, and I find the integration with Zapier really useful. It lets me maintain all my notes, meeting notes, and interview notes in one space, which is incredibly convenient. I also found the initial setup to be very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notion could improve with more capabilities for Excel, tables, diagrams, etc. It would be nice to have better table functionalities and the ability to create great visualizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organization and documentation. It helps me maintain all my notes in one space, with a nice UX that is very easy to use. The integration with Zapier is also helpful.

Effortless Document Collaboration, Lightning-Fast Editing

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The primary reason I use Notion is because the text editor is really fast and sharp, making it great for both work and personal use. I find the slash commands for adding blocks very good, and I like the integrations with tools that make it easy to pull in sources. The linking feature is great, and the comment feature allows me to maintain a historical record of everyone's feedback, which I think is great. I think many of the UI elements, like checkboxes, are very easy to use. The integrated table and color formatting make everything feel very fast. From an ergonomics perspective, it's the best text editor, allowing me to really focus on the content and move quickly. I like the GitHub integration where I can link GitHub easily by just pasting an issue or PR link, and it shows the number. Also, it is connected to Renewal by, so it uploads my call notes, which I really like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using it in the browser, there's often slow load times. The command K sometimes switches to my Chrome search rather than my Notion search. I wish the key binds would be more consistent. Sometimes it's easy to lose documents, and the search doesn't always take me to the exact document I want. It feels like there's a lack of strict idling or something. The notification system is so spammy that I must never use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion enhances collaboration and organization, allowing me to create, edit, and review documents with my team easily. It integrates well with GitHub, making technical work smoother.

Seamless Ticketing Integration with Notion

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's ease of access and automation. It's easy to transfer from Slack to Notion, and I can just click buttons to move from one location to the next. The initial setup was also pretty straightforward since I could import a .csv file and create a new template. Cost was a significant factor for switching from Asana to Notion and makes it appealing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish changing the colors to make things more color coded was better in Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for ease of access and storage in our ticketing system. Its automation features make transferring information from Slack easy and efficient.

Streamlined Doc Writing, Needs Better Integration

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to build pages and track roadmap management in Notion. I also appreciate the database feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to link databases to each other so I could split out sub-team roadmaps easier but still have them connected to one source of truth. I also faced pain points today with the Notion <> Slack integration. I want to be able to connect a Slack form to Notion and have it create a new entry in a database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion provides a central source of truth, making it easy to build pages and manage roadmaps with its database feature.

Unlimited Possibilities in a Single Platform

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that with Notion, you can literally build anything you can think of. If you've got a SaaS product in mind, you could probably handle it all directly within Notion without having to get something else. We're trying to make the entire team use it now. The ability to create databases for literally anything and have them cross-reference additional databases is fantastic. I also like how you can have pages customized exactly the way you want them. There's an infinite possibility, and the templates in the community really help make that happen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is one of those things that is easy to get to grips with but very difficult to master. Like, there is so much under the hood that you can do. So, like, an academy or some kind of real deep lessons would be appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to centralize all our docs, eliminating the need for multiple repositories like Google Drive. I love that I can build anything in Notion, from managing a SaaS product to creative databases, with infinite possibilities and community templates supporting my needs.
