Visuals Shine, But Search Needs Improvement

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for creating user manuals, tasks tracking, meetings agenda, external facing manuals, and FAQs. I appreciate its easy formatting and the importing of data from different formats. I like the visuals, the ease of creating different types of text formats, uploading files, and organizing them inside documents. I also find the different ways of showing the same information particularly useful. The initial setup was rather simple and a company effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find the search bar very useful if I don't remember exactly the name of the file. It would be better if it could find a document by recognizing a phrase within it, instead of needing the exact title.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for tasks tracking and creating manuals. It solves easy formatting and data importing challenges, and makes file organization simple.

Easy Setup, Boosts Team Collaboration

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy Notion is to use—it's very user-friendly and not rocket science. I love that it's visual, making it simple to get the needed information at a glance without having to dig into things. The collaborative nature of the platform is fantastic, allowing us to work together in the same place with real-time updates, so there's no need to find different documents or ask each other for updates. It really helps my team work transparently and in parallel, which is a big improvement over working in silos. We also found the setup process to be very easy because we used templates that were readily available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really love Notion AI, but it's a bit annoying that you have to buy credits for it. It would be amazing if that just comes sort of included in the package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of team visibility, reducing siloed work and enhancing collaboration. It provides a single place for project planning and document storage, helping us work collaboratively and efficiently.

Clunky Navigation, Needs Improved Search

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I guess the thing that I like the most about Notion is just the real-time updates, that Google Docs element.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not the biggest fan of Notion because it's a little clunky, especially when it comes to navigation. Diving into subpages gets really confusing, and finding the things I want in a bigger organization is hard. I'd want better search functionality. Also, setting it up initially was kind of clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for collaborating with friends, coworkers, and myself. It's like Google Docs but more organized, ideal for managing beyond single files.

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion AI very good for technical RFCs, and I especially like how quick it is to summarize or create flowcharts and other diagrams. The calendar is also helpful in organizing my tasks. Switching from Confluence, I appreciate Notion's ease of use. The initial setup for my team was pretty quick and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel Notion's task management isn't as mature or organized as tools like Linear, especially in terms of simplicity and how it handles epics, tasks, subtasks, and milestones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for project management and meeting notes. It helps with sprint planning and ticketing. Notion AI quickly summarizes and creates diagrams, and the calendar organizes tasks effectively.

I use Notion for work purposes to organize all the different campaigns that are live, as well as personally to organize my day-to-day to-do list. I appreciate how much I can personalize it, allowing me to make things laid out the exact way I want them to look. It's also very easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no undo button, and often I've accidentally deleted something, and it's gone forever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion organizes my campaigns and daily to-do lists digitally, replacing sticky notes with a neat system.

Effortless Organization with Collaborative Power

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion helps me stay organized, and it's super user-friendly. I appreciate being able to access a lot of features quickly without needing to be super technical. I enjoy the backslash feature for easily typing in anything I want. The collaborative space in Notion is great, allowing me to work with others and make things happen. The duplicating feature for templates is something I really love. Also, the initial setup was really easy and straightforward, without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have more colors; I think that'd be nice. I think in some ways, it could make things a little unorganized. Like, I like the idea of the blank sheet, but sometimes, I want that consolidated just to one space. I think just, like, some more AI stuff, AI automation would be good. Notion doesn't have a ton of AI built-in features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to stay organized and monitor clients easily. It's user-friendly, quick, and helps with collaboration. I like the backslash feature to access functions quickly and having templates to manage different clients efficiently.

Centralizes Documentation, Excellent Integration

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's UI/UX and the template language, which makes it intuitive to use. The integration with Slack is really cool, and the databases are super useful. We can store all our information in one place, and accessing or updating it is super easy. The initial setup of Notion was very easy, and it has been instrumental in centralizing all our team documentation and policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price point is too expensive for a large company, notably if you have employees not requiring anything but read access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion centralizes all our team documentation and policies, making access and updates easy. It combines information storage and integration with Slack, enhancing productivity.
