What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for many aspects such as life, creative work, planning, and writing. It solves the need for a clean, easy-to-intake tool that allows my mind to scatter in complex directions. It serves well in writing, organizing, and tracking execution, which is vital to me. I like the clean design and the ease of building interconnections and structures. I appreciate being able to hone the workspace from scratch to what my own mind needs. It works very well as a large-scale tool with focused attention for specific pieces. Setting it up was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think momentary action, speed of recording could be improved. It is harder to use in a snappy way, or for immediate list. The mobile app needs work to refine this workflow, to be easier. I think the formatting options could be expanded a little to accommodate different kinds of brains and attentions too.

Notion solves the need for a clean, easy-to-use tool that supports complex thinking, writing, organizing, and tracking execution, which is vital for me.

Some forms of UI can be enhanced. One example is probably when used in task assigning, the Kanban board method can be followed, like drag and drop method. Also, it could be more colorful.
