Great for Meeting Notes, Needs Better Voice Differentiation
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion connects to my calendar. It allows me to join meetings and transcribe pretty seamlessly. It also lets me share notes with other team members. This saves me time, so I don't have to open multiple windows to be able to move through my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Notion does not differentiate voices as well and assigns to dos to the wrong people. I have to read through the to dos to make sure that it's capturing them the right way. The initial setup was a little tricky and glitchy, so things didn't connect well. I had to connect the calendar three times before it actually did connect. It didn't seem to be as seamless as it could have been. Also, I didn't realize I had to manually move everything from my trial into the corporate one. Having an easy button to move everything over would have been nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to focus on discussions during meetings and connect with my calendar, which allows for seamless transcription and note-sharing with my team, saving me time and avoiding multiple windows.
All-in-One Organizational Powerhouse
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Notion is easy to use. The design and template are extremely intuitive, which is great. I can easily organize it into private spaces, team spaces, and shared spaces, which is one of my favorite features. It keeps all my different things tracked separately, and I can star and mark them as favorites. This really helps me out on a daily basis because I don't have to scroll to search for the document I was working on. I appreciate how I can have all things in one place now, rather than using Google Docs, Google Sheets, or different tool trackers, which reduces my task of switching tabs. Additionally, it provides a lot of variance in one place without restricting me to a particular type of platform design or software. Any kind of work I need to get done, I can easily do it here.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the calendar could be improved a little bit. I would like to have a calendar where I can write in specific for the day, and I can see it as well instead of it being just put down as a task and then have to go ahead and open the task. A really good feature would be to have a calendar where I can see every single task listed under the date or in the blog instead of having to go in and open the whole task sheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me consolidate everything in one place. It reduces the need to switch between tools like Google Docs and Sheets, and supports versatility for different tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the AI credits are limited.

Notion’s Flexibility and AI Make My Workflow Scalable and Organized
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is an extremely flexible system that lets me manage the companies I’ve worked at and my personal life. On top of that, its newer AI capabilities, integrations, calendar and email support, and MCP with tools like Claude make my setup feel much more scalable at every stage.
It also works smoothly across multiple devices, and the price feels reasonable for the value it provides. The interface is very helpful, too, and makes it easy to stay organised.
It also works smoothly across multiple devices, and the price feels reasonable for the value it provides. The interface is very helpful, too, and makes it easy to stay organised.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email and calendar systems could get better to potentially replace other tools and increase the overall value proposition. Also, the learning curve to do things besides note-taking can be a bit steep for an average users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to manage notes, integrate different systems together to have a central system to manage projects and my personal life. The note-taker is also great and the ability to bring person, professional and multiple other projects together in a scalable and functional way is great for someone trying to be more organised in life.

Easy to Use on iPad and Phone, Makes Work Simple to Follow
What do you like best about the product?
The application on my iPad and my cellphone is really good. It’s also easy to follow the work and understand what I need to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it’s hard to figure out what to use and what to do, because there are so many tabs and they’re very detailed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main issue is communication between departments, and it helps solve that. If everyone uses Notion properly, you don’t have to keep asking for information that other teams already have.
AI-Powered Notion Simplifies Documentation Effortlessly
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to make notes and track my work. I find it easy to track data and create good notes and documentation for our product. I also like Notion's new AI feature, which allows me to create detailed descriptions and text by easily passing a prompt. This feature saves me time as I no longer need to add details one by one. Now, I can simply put everything in one place, and it creates a table of contents and details neatly.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Notion, there are some integrations that are not good. I would like more direct integrations, like connecting directly to Google Docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to easily track data and create comprehensive notes and documentation. The new AI feature saves time by organizing content and details in one place efficiently.
If You Can Think It, You Can Build It in Notion
What do you like best about the product?
Notion: If you can think of it, you can build it in Notion!
What do you dislike about the product?
They roll out so many upgrades and new tools that it can be hard to stay on top of them all and learn them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an organization, task tracking, notes, and password keeper.
Comprehensive Yet Flexible, Minor Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of Notion. I appreciate that we can create whatever artifact we want using Notion's features. I love being able to create a document from scratch and add so many different elements to it. As a product designer, I sometimes include Figma links into a document, and it's amazing because Notion shows a preview for the reader. The user can actually read right there in Notion without needing to go to Figma to view that specific file.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it gives you a playground for exploring and building using the blocks that Notion provides, it also leads to a lot of ambiguity of what to use when. Initially, when I started using Notion, there was a learning curve where I did not know how to get started. With time, I was able to understand, but what ends up happening is if there's one certain document like a PRD, because there's no specific format, every single PM is writing PRD in a different format, different way. It takes a lot of time for me to collate, understand every single document because there's no specific format that is being followed by, let's just say, the PMs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize projects, track progress for visibility, craft proposals, and create feature documentation, streamlining team collaboration and idea management.
