Easy to use, very good for team working, good UI
What do you dislike about the product?
not really good system to make sure all docs are up to date and also when we have million documents it's hard to find the ones we need

What do you like best about the product?
That conflicts are less likely to occur even when multiple people are editing the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
The database feature has great potential, but it is too difficult for people who are not familiar with systems to use.
At the very least, it would be helpful if long, multi-line text could be entered more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of requiring users to build the database structure first, it would be helpful to have a feature where the AI automatically determines the structure after a single row is entered (a capability that has already existed in tools like Excel for several years).

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for workflow and managing clients. It's simple to use, and the AI feature helps us build everything, saving me time and ensuring I don't miss anything. The initial setup was very easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the interface and how easy the AI agents are to use, I am excited to get them working for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps us keep track of our clients and their property investment stage while managing my to-do list, saving me time and ensuring I don't miss anything.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of forming databases to create to do lists and spreadsheets. I also like the meeting minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to relate two databases together and calculating could be easier (sums etc)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a detailed to do list so I can stay on top of everything. And the databases help me weigh out decisions too

What do you like best about the product?
I love how organized I can become with Notion. I use it to organize all my personal stuff like daily trackers and to-do lists. I also appreciate that there's a way to rewrite things using AI, which helps make my content more correct in English or other languages. I can organize my writing very nicely with different features like heading one to six and using markdown language on my tabs. The ability to create multiple folders, different boards, and even pages within pages inside my projects is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel in Notion if you allow more of the features in pro on the free tier, that might be useful for a new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize personal tasks like daily tracker and to-do list. It lets me create projects to share as websites and organize writing with markdown, headings, and AI tools for rewriting content accurately.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's flexibility and the fact that it's halfway between writing commands and using shortcuts. It's very intuitive, and the user interaction is clear. I find it quite easy to set up, and I'm pretty much satisfied with the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more easy collaboration with AI. I know that Notion is working on AI now, but I don't find it that intuitive to use, and it's not fully blending into the workflow to provide the highest product producibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me deliver ideas and reports across teams by providing a good platform to write and share documents. It has clear structures, unlike isolated documents in Google Docs, allowing us to create more structured documents.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the structure of the pages in Notion and the AI search feature. These tools are super helpful because there's a ton of content, and I often need to find specific information quickly. Also, Notion is quite easy to use, which makes it useful for creating an internal knowledge base, communication, alignment, and onboarding. The initial setup seemed quite intuitive for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels a bit advanced, I was used to Google Docs and Confluence - I am not sure about how to build those pages because I've been mostly filling some info, not creating new ones yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as an internal knowledge base, for communication and alignment, and onboarding. The AI search and page structure help me find specific information fast in a ton of content.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the the block system the ability to turn a simple note into a complex relational database. I love the AI-powered thread summaries, Slack Huddles, the Workflow Builder, the new Lists and Canvas features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup fatigue is a recurring pain point; I often find myself spending more time tinkering with the perfect dashboard layout or database property than actually doing the high-impact work I set out to do.
Apart from that Its a great platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This setup solves the problem of information fragmentation by creating a bridge between my real-time discussions in Slack and my long-term documentation in Notion, ensuring that important decisions never get lost in a busy chat thread. It eliminates manual context switching and the need for constant status updates, as my Notion database changes automatically ping the right Slack channels to keep my team in India aligned. The primary benefit to me is a massive gain in operational efficiency; by using AI to summarize Slack threads and turn them into structured Notion tasks, I can manage the high-level strategy for my various engagements with the confidence that nothing is slipping through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion extremely user-friendly, which makes interacting with it a breeze. It's very easy for me to find information on Notion, especially when it comes to anything related to clients. The AI search mode is something I really like, as it helps me find information quickly, which is crucial for providing good customer service. Additionally, I appreciate the ease of setup, as it was very easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be really helpful if an update is shared on Notion telling when the last time the information was updated. The pages should have a small detail confirmation date of when the information was last updated.
