Great UI with Powerful AI Features

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's user interface because it makes it easier to follow compared to Microsoft OneNote. The AI feature that automatically cleans up my notes is fantastic since my notes are super messy after a call, and it expedites the clean-up process, which is great for getting key takeaways for my project memos. I also appreciate the ability to create dynamic tables and organize workplans and timelines all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still exploring all the features of Notion, but I do think when first starting to learn how to optimize it, it would be helpful to have some type of very fast tutorial or tips on how to optimize for the task I am doing. The initial setup was somewhat easy but it was challenging to figure out how to optimize, for instance, how to set up an easy workplan without seeing someone set it up first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organizing work projects, call notes, and market research. It solves project organization problems.

Clean Interface and Dynamic Functionality, but Heavy on Windows

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I think the interface of Notion is quite clean, which I like. It's not just like simple tables, but you can do calculations within them and link them, which makes it much more dynamic. I love how this tool is used in the office to organize, serve as a database and tracking dashboard, in addition to task lists. It offers organization and visibility by having everything in a single dashboard, both personal and company-related.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Windows application is very heavy and consumes too much RAM. Additionally, it updates every day. Although the interface is clean, there are so many options that it becomes a bit confusing, especially when using the slash command where it now presents you with too many options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize and have visibility of everything in a single dashboard, covering both personal and company matters. Its clean interface and dynamic tables allow for calculations and links, which makes my work more dynamic and efficient.

Highly Customizable and User-Friendly Notion

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable Notion is. You can add in different rules, views and automations to help keep you on track. I find it to be user-friendly, which was clear when we switched from Smartsheet and Loop Component. It's great for creating multiple views based on the type of information I quickly need to grab. It's also a fantastic way to keep everything in one space, solving the problem of having too many places for storing different things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything bad to say about Notion :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion organizes information in one space, reducing clutter. Its customizability with rules, views, and automations helps manage projects and personal tasks. It offers solutions for many scenarios and supports creating different views to access needed information quickly.

Freedom and Customization in One Place

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to customize workspaces and, above all, databases in Notion. This has truly been the best thing I have been able to discover and exploit. Now, with the integration of artificial intelligence, it's even better. I also value the ability to create different views. Although it may seem obvious, I also enjoy being able to format pages, and I find it great to be able to publish the pages. The centralization of information in Notion has replaced Google Drive for me, as it allows me to better structure my professional knowledge and organize aspects of my personal life.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that quickly so much freedom can also lack structure, especially if you're like me, not very methodical with my workspaces. Sometimes I write notes in places that are not appropriate. I'm torn, because freedom is what allows me to shape things to my liking, but at the same time, sometimes I would like to have a dashboard or something more rigid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion centralizes my information, replacing Google Drive, and allows me to customize workspaces and databases. I love the ability to create different views and now with AI it's even better.

Intuitive and Effective, But Sensitive to Touch

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion because it's easy to navigate and clean. I appreciate how it includes AI options to summarize meetings or rewrite things. I also enjoy using emojis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it very touch sensitive. Sometimes it deletes sentences by accident because I swipe out accidentally and lose my notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize workflows, providing visibility into project tracking across teams.

User-Friendly Design, Powerful for Goal Setting

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's user interface, which has a really clean design and is easy to understand. I also appreciate that there are many things you can build upon, making it beneficial even with basic knowledge. Setting up Notion was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think with so many things that are different ways to do things, it can definitely get confusing sometimes. I think I'm getting the hang of it every time that I use it more and more. But it can be pretty complex for people like me that are just consulting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me organize meetings with different customers and plan for my personal goals.

The Second Brain for Efficient Organization

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion as a system and a second brain for my work life, helping me with cognitive overload and organizing my documents, materials, to-dos, and calendar. It's a one-stop shop for all my information, allowing me to organize things by specific projects and create to-dos and follow-ups, which I can track later in the Notion database. This eases stress and overload from to-do items. I can also add tags, TLDRs, and other interesting details to documents to better understand them. I find the databases really cool and helpful for organization, and the search is pretty good and fast. The new Notion AI is really helpful for doing tasks and setting up mini agents, although there's still room for improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely, the Notion AI. I think if you could build out OpenAI codex within Notion AI, that would be great. Confluence integration and MCP server support would be really cool. I think the AI blocks would be great if you could inject variables into them. So if I have a meeting note and I wanna do a one on one agenda, it would know be able to get the context of the page and throw it into the AI block and then generate it. Also, it'd be cool if the AI blocks would be able to regenerate on a schedule. So let's just say on my home page, I have a daily summary I'd love to have that be prepopulated with today's daily summary and not for me to trigger it every single time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps reduce cognitive overload and organize my documents, to-dos, and calendar. It's a one-stop shop where I can manage everything by project, add tags, TLDRs, and follow up later, which streamlines my workflow and reduces stress.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the organization that Notion offers. It is very easy to use and has an aesthetic design that I find very attractive. Additionally, it allows me to create pages with images and boards similar to those of Trello, which is very useful for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need more templates, especially dashboards and things that are more pre-made and curated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as an organizer, keeping all the team manuals in one place.
