Notion’s Easy, Feature-Rich Workspace with Excellent AI Knowledge Management
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the number of features that Notion has, is a great way for a small business to get started organizing the buisiness and database.
Using their AI for knowledge management is very good.
You can just ask the AI anything - It will even return searchs from inside your database, folder or email. This makes it very easy to find things!!

What do you dislike about the product?
If you have more than one database - it is a little hard for Notion to communicate between the two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing a database to keep information all in one place.
Intuitive and Collaborative with a Few Limitations
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion incredibly easy to use and learn, with an easy learning curve. I like that it essentially combines a Google Doc and an Excel page, making it easy to write and store information while keeping things organized. The platform is great for collaboration, giving the team all access, which I appreciate. It also keeps things organized and offers automations if needed, making it easy to find and update information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything works how I want it to. The automations could be better as the triggers are limited. The AI is cool but I wish it wasn't an add on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion keeps things organized, offers easy access and updates, and helps with collaboration by combining Google Doc and Excel features. It's easy to use and learn, making info storage and organization simple.
Efficient Task Management, Needs Better Database Handling
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to link anything to Notion, like Google Sheets, Loom videos, and screenshots. The initial setup was good, and I rate it a 10 because I really like it. It's nice when new users, who often come from a company that used Notion before, know what and where to find info.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think the databases could be improved and sometimes the formatting is weird when making a page. I would like seeing it all on one page vs redirecting you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for tracking my tasks and creating guides, ensuring monthly close tasks are done. It's handy for sharing guides to answer questions, providing a structured walkthrough.
Easy to use, simple to learn, and with a very active community
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, simple to learn any new features, and also has a very active community, which makes it easier to discover new apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wanted to have a "notebook" like in Evernote, I was a loyal user there but the price discouraged me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to share with others, I like to organize my notes about college and at work.
Powerful Collaboration, but Challenging Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to make dynamic to-do lists to manage all tasks from my jobs and look at previous things I have done. I love being able to search through all notes very quickly to find answers. I like using Notion as a project management tool to collaborate with teammates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve to use the program compared to basic Windows tools and shortcuts was cumbersome and took an adjustment period. Having to memorize specific functionality and shortcuts was not ideal. I would match the shortcuts to what can be used in other programs and make the command prompt more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize personal notes, collaborate on projects, and manage tasks with dynamic to-do lists. It helps me search through information quickly, making it an effective project management tool.

Customizable Tables but Lacks Key Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion allows me to create tables that make sense for me. It's great that I can design data tables and color code them in a way that makes it easier to see the progress of each client on a grander scale. The initial setup was also very easy.

Versatile Dashboard UX, Excellent for Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for project management across marketing, social, PR, and creative tasks. It allows us to track our workload and organize projects on a shared dashboard. I like the dashboard UX and the ease of creating workspaces for different projects or marketing tasks. The sharing capabilities with outside stakeholders are great, as it provides them visibility into our workload. I also integrate it with fill-out forms and Google, making things smoother. Switching from Trello and another old tool to Notion, the initial setup was fairly easy, and the platform has grown significantly since.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost to add on the AI upgrade seems steep, but would like to have access to more AI tools within the dashboard without the spend.
