I like the ease and simplicity of Notion. The initial setup was very easy for me, it was like plug and play.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Notion had more customizable templates. Exporting documents, especially charts or tables created in Notion into Excel, would be incredibly helpful.

I use Notion for memos, which keeps my team organized and informed.

The rigid formatting. Sometimes, trying to align blocks or images exactly where I want them feels like a puzzle I can't quite solve.

I love it's versatility. It's ability to be used for anything from documents to forms, pick lists, task trackers and databases is so helpful in organizing all things in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes I have trouble setting up pages and formulas, but usually can use NotionAI to set it up or refine it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is organizing multiple areas of my life. Task tracking, instance tracking, work projects like marketing, social media campaigns, as well as documenting policies and protocols. It's benefitting me by keeping everything in one easy-to-use application. No more jumping back and forth between apps.

Great UI and easy to navigate, great mobile app as well.

Too may layers dive into, the mac version app is buggy.

I love the synchronized links between pages in Notion, which is very useful for linking different tasks and missions. Notion allows me to manage the teams on their tasks and to review the results of everyone's work. The initial setup was very easy.

I find that the ability to link elements should be improved. Being able to link everything, regardless of the command used, and linking a table with a page or a dashboard could really enhance the experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion offers a streamlined platform where all of the information is easily accessible by different team members, which makes things easier. I also appreciate its organizational features that we use extensively for creating SOPs, databases for dashboards, product knowledge bases, and internal communication. It's especially helpful for dealing with a complicated product as it makes organizing information into a unified document easy, which can be subdivided into specific features or troubleshooting flows. Additionally, the initial setup was quite intuitive and easy for our team to get things sorted, with no hiccups or issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think maybe we could have a better optimized mobile version that would make things better. It makes it easier for us to work, especially when you're working with async teams across the world who may not always be on their laptop. Having a better mobile version of the app would be incredibly helpful. I also think that some of the customization features on Notion could be better, especially for the free model.

I use Notion to organize work, create SOPs, databases for dashboards, and product knowledge bases. It provides a streamlined platform with accessible information and extensive organizational features, making it easier for my team.

I love the ease of connecting databases in Notion. It allows me to easily find information across different databases in a single view.

I would say that the approach that resembles a site or a tree structure can be confusing because it doesn't actually work like that. Initially, it's a bit confusing.
