What do you like best about the product?
Notion helps our team coordinate tasks, calendars, and information in a more organized, easy-to-store, and shareable way than Google Docs and Google Calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
The configuration features can be complicated, and there’s a steep learning curve to get comfortable with them.

Highly Customizable and Feature-Packed—Notion You’ll Grow to Love

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion is highly customizable and has a ton of features. I can find a solution for any use case I have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding. Truly when I joined my current company it was hard to learn how to use Notion. Its so bad that we all joke we have Stockholm syndrome with Notion. You hate it when you start using it but learn to love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized location for anything and everything

Effortlessly Streamlined Workflows with Notion

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion easy to use and appreciate its great integration with other tools like Slack, ClickUp, and GitHub. It's easy for senior data integration engineers to work with and leverage the automations. Plus, it’s simple for non-techy people to build basic pages that look great. I really value the flexibility to automate workflows, integrate with other tools, and handle document retention efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see some more AI tooling to improve workflow, use the mirroring functionality, and create more easily digestible data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data is available in a single source, easy to share and publish to a website compared to Google Docs, and offers lots of great integrations.

Not just simple and cute! Multifunctional and efficient.

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and yet the pop and cute aspects, like being able to use emojis, and also the really easy-to-understand timeline view and the ability to adjust things yourself to avoid plans falling through, and features like roll-up, I think are really great features.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the issues with Notion is that while the AI initially responds to inquiries, there are questions that the AI cannot handle, necessitating direct consultation with someone. Additionally, I think the system where consulting with Notion consultants or ambassadors incurs a fee is not very good. Furthermore, recently Notion AI and chat-based services have become paid, which is somewhat disappointing for free users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of plans falling through and losing sight of what you're currently doing, making it clear how your studies are connected.

The initial setup of Notion was simple for my team, and I would highly recommend it to others.

I love using Notion to save my notes, manage my day-to-day, and jot down my work meetings. It allows me to have everything in one place: my days, my notes, and my meetings all in one spot. I also have Notion connected with my Google tools, which is very convenient.

Clean, Organized, and Stress-Free Experience

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for notes, task tracking, and planning. It keeps me organized and feeling good with my work. I like how clean it looks and feels while using it. It's valuable because when things are too messy and look crammed, it's hard for me to work, but when I use Notion, I feel organized, clutter-free, and stress-free. The initial setup was awesome and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search bar could be better, needs some updates when searching for specific things. I think by being more up to date with what you type, it could work better.

Streamlines Information Management, Needs Desktop App Improvement

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion to be user-friendly, which makes it easier to save a lot of information and keep track of stuff that really helps with our company's daily activities. It also allows me to access information quickly and organize it in different types of folders, which I feel is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the desktop app doesn't open, but it freezes on my computer and some of my coworkers' computers too. So we rather use it on the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to record meetings, create and share SOPs, and structure our company processes. It helps save and organize information, making it accessible and easy to track daily activities, which benefits our team's efficiency.
