Makes Documentation Clean and Effortless

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I document test cases and results using Notion. It simplifies the documentation process and makes it look cleaner than other tools. I like how Notion can create a table just by prompt and edit it with context-aware suggestions. If I need to build a complex table, I can describe my problem, and Notion's AI either fixes it or shows me how to, which is super helpful. The initial setup took some time, but after a few YouTube videos and AI prompts, it became clear how valuable Notion is, and we wondered how we missed it before.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, it can create tables well, but it can't perfectly split the body area and add separate sections to it. When I asked it to add some content to the body text and separate them by a header2, it failed and tried to fill all the text in a cell, which made it unreadable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion simplifies documenting test cases and looks cleaner than other tools. It can create and edit tables using context-aware prompts, making setup easier. However, it struggles to split sections within tables, making some content unreadable.

A Powerful Tool, But a Disappointing Mobile Application

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love databases and the simplicity of the application on PC and Mac, as well as its smoothness. The design is super clean and simple. I used to love the AI in Notion, even though I had to stop because of the price increase. The structure of the databases is very powerful, much more so than an Excel spreadsheet, which I really like.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app, especially on Android, is really bad. It bugs, it lags, even the keyboard has issues. It makes the mobile experience horrible. Also, the AI subscription is very expensive now. Before, it was competitive at 10 euros per month, but now at twenty-five euros, that's no longer the case. Finally, Notion lacks the ability to print pages with nice formatting, which forces me to use Google Docs for tasks like printing invoices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to synchronize everything in one place and store an impressive amount of information. It's easy to understand and share live with the team, which is great.

Powerful Command Center with Notion

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, I like that I can process any information within Notion through Notion AI. It's like an intelligent and evolving knowledge base. Additionally, the fact of having all the information in a single repository is very valuable as it allows us to adjust prompts, document, and strategize without the need for scattered documents. This is combined with the statuses of what we have active in the Pipeline, which is very powerful for us as a small team. Notion turns all the information and data into actionable insights through AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I may not have learned to set it up well yet, but the graphs and the part about having a sort of dashboard could work better. Also, at first, I had issues with certain interactions with Notion AI, but it has improved since the partnership with ChatGPT. The initial setup was not easy, I would rate it a 5 or 6 on a scale of 1 to 10.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to monitor daily business activities, process information with artificial intelligence, and centralize methodology and learnings in one place. It allows me to turn data into actionable insights, without the need for a CRM.

Versatile Platform, Perfect for Personal and Professional Use

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to mold Notion into a system that's tailored to what I need. I can set it up as simple or as complex as I like. I also appreciate the sharability because I can collaborate with others to get work done. It's really great that I've been able to build a career and business around Notion as a consultant and creator, earning a living from it since 2023.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I'm a power user, I hit limits now and then. I don't like that it has a limit of relating items only up to 10,000 records. And it doesn't have per field security, also that you cannot change the layout of property sections individually during custom layouts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I rely on Notion to avoid forgetting things, by easily checking notes, dates, events, and tasks. AI and automations improve my productivity, helping manage both personal and professional aspects of my life.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This urban development project involved a three-way collaboration between the local government, citizens, and an intermediary support organization. There was no system in place for knowledge sharing or information management, but by introducing Notion, they were able to make it fun and easy to understand, resulting in more accurate decision-making.

The Backbone of Our Team's Organization

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility that Notion offers, especially its ability to create templates which makes it easy to standardize workflows and scale processes across teams. I really value how well it handles databases, allowing us to keep information structured while being adaptable to different needs. The centralization of knowledge and the collaborative environment are strong advantages, particularly for cross-functional work. Notion remains simple and intuitive, making adoption easier and reducing the learning curve for new members. It strikes a balance between powerful functionality and ease of use. Notion is a very complete platform that fits naturally into our company's workflow, meeting our needs well today.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Notion is very feature-rich, it can sometimes create small moments of doubt when structuring templates or deciding how to simplify additional elements. However, this doesn't impact productivity and overall the experience remains positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to centralize team management, documentation, and task organization. It solves challenges of scattered information, misalignment, and lack of transparency by creating a shared workspace. It enhances project execution, structures workflows, and simplifies follow-ups, making knowledge accessible and reducing the learning curve.
