Notion AI is a total life-saver for ours

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Notion for a while now, and it has completely transformed the way I manage my life and work. What makes it stand out is that it’s a true all-in-one workspace. Before Notion, I had to jump between different apps for note-taking, task management, and databases. Now, everything is seamlessly integrated into a single platform, which has significantly boosted my productivity.

The biggest draw for me is its incredible flexibility. Using its "block" system, I can build and customize my pages exactly the way I want. Whether I need a simple to-do list or a complex project management dashboard, Notion scales effortlessly to meet my needs. Despite its deep functionality, the interface remains clean and intuitive, making it easy for anyone to dive in and start creating.

If you’re looking for a tool that combines power with ease of use, I can’t recommend Notion enough. It’s more than just a productivity app; it’s a canvas for your ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve been using Notion and I love how intuitive it is, but there is one specific feature I’m missing: the ability to lock primary keys in a database. Currently, there’s no way to prevent the values in the "Name" or primary property from being accidentally edited. I really wish Notion would implement a feature to disable editing for specific key values once they are set. Having a "read-only" toggle for unique identifiers would make the database much more reliable and prevent human error when managing large sets of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has been a game-changer for our team by solving the problem of scattered information. Previously, our knowledge was fragmented across various tools, making it difficult to stay aligned. By centralizing everything into one workspace, we’ve regained focus and clarity.

The real breakthrough came with Notion AI. It has dramatically enhanced our searchability and the granularity of how we explore our internal knowledge. Instead of digging through endless pages, we can now retrieve precise information instantly. This shift has significantly boosted our team's productivity.

The only remaining hurdle is data integrity; I’m still hoping for a feature to lock primary keys in databases to prevent accidental edits. Once that’s addressed, Notion will truly be the perfect, bulletproof tool for our entire workflow.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It could summarized the minutes of meetings and record anything that I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well.. nothing... in my side.
Overall I am satisfied with Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I could use AI feature for free, it could be better to test notion functions.
And... I would like to get some functions to change fonts color or size with short-cut keys.

Notion is one the best supporter for us!

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a game-changer! It combines tasks and docs in one spot, making teamwork seamless and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is great until the internet dies. Its offline mode is non-existent, and the mobile app is painfully slow. It's a bit of a productivity killer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is fundamentally tackling the problem of "Information Fragmentation." Before Notion, most of us were juggling a mess of disconnected tools: Google Docs for writing, Trello for tasks, Excel for tracking, and Slack for quick notes.

Easy to Use and Integrate, but AI Feature Needs Work

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion easy to use. I like the desktop app because it makes it easy to separate from my other open tabs. The Slack integration is great as it informs me when there is an update to the status of something I'm tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI feature doesn’t work well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to keep track of tasks and write PRDs. It provides a place for the whole team to access templated documents. The desktop app helps me stay organized by separating it from other tabs, and Slack integration notifies me of updates.

Powerful Tool with AI Perks, Needs Better Page Nesting

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion a lot. I like the databases a lot because they really help the way we manage meeting notes and whatnot. I like that you can easily share pages with other people in the company or externally if you publish it. I also like the AI tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there is no real nesting in Notion like in Confluence. In Confluence, you can nest pages under another, making content easier to find. In Notion, when you put pages inside a page, you can't see it in a menu as you would in Confluence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for centralized documentation, which helps with finding information and writing requirements easily.
