What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is the wide range of templates available. They make it incredibly easy to get started, whether I’m organizing projects, creating documentation, or building internal resources. Instead of starting from scratch, I can use a template and customize it, which saves me a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Notion is how easy it is to edit or delete content, especially once a resource or page is already finalized. While flexibility is one of Notion’s strengths, it can also create risk; important information can be accidentally modified or removed without enough friction or safeguards.
I would love to see stronger default protection options, such as more granular editing permissions, a clearer “lock” feature for finalized resources, or an approval-based editing mode.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Notion as a centralized knowledge base where everything is stored in one place. This has made it much easier to organize documentation, create structured resources, and quickly search for what we need. As a result, we save time every day that would otherwise be spent switching between platforms or digging through files.

What do you like best about the product?
The sophisticated UI and high scalability are attractive. Even those who don't usually use Notion find the information automatically organized and visually easy to understand. You can embed code using tools like AI Chat, enabling automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the amount of information increases, I think the point that it can take time to open becomes a drawback. I thought it would be difficult to complete all business operations on Notion from a risk management perspective.

Notion visualizes task organization and makes it easier to grasp schedules. It automatically organizes information in a way that is easy to understand visually, and promotes automation through code embedding in AI chat.

I use Notion to manage projects, track tasks and organize documentation in one place. I love its flexibility and ability to adapt to any workflow. The databases and linked views are the features I value the most as they make it easy to track projects, tasks, and information in a structured yet flexible way. I also appreciate the clean interface, and found the initial setup to be fairly easy and straightforward.

Performance can slow down with larger databases. Faster load time and better optimization tools would improve the experience.

Highly Accessible but Challenging to Master
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is easy to access from my laptop and smartphone. The databases make it easy to manage my work. It offers tasks, sub-tasks, and notes, and I can access the history of tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's just hard to understand from the beginning. It's difficult to create the database that I want, so I need to watch YouTube and use ChatGPT to create a proper database for my team. It's not too easy, because this is my first time using an app like Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to manage my team and prioritize my work. It's easy to access on my devices, and I like the databases for organizing tasks and notes, including task history.

The summarization accuracy is excellent. It is also helpful in revising documents using the Notion AI feature. For example, it is used to write meeting minutes with the summarization function and organize action items within those summaries. The initial setup, in particular, was smooth and problem-free.

The search bar for finding information is not working well. It's hard to understand. Also, when viewing information in a list, the display area is narrow, making it difficult to see. I would like the search suggestions to be displayed more visibly.

When initially setting up an organization or page, the template feature is weak.
When a Notion page is shared externally, too much unnecessary information is visible. I wish I could control it so that only the content I wrote is visible, or control visible items (e.g., author).

As a project management tool, implement the basic features found in Jira/Confluence in Notion.
