Notion as Our Central Hub: Flexible Workflows and Powerful Databases

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is the central hub for almost everything I do at Amenitiz. I use it daily to manage communications and campaign submissions, track help center article requests, document PRDs, and collaborate across teams.

What I like most is how flexible it is. We’ve been able to build structured workflows for campaign intake and documentation while still keeping things easy to navigate. The database functionality is especially powerful as it allows us to track projects, assign ownership, add statuses, and keep everything transparent in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Notion is so flexible, it can sometimes become messy if there isn’t a clear structure or governance in place. As workspaces grow, it’s easy to duplicate pages or lose visibility if things aren’t organized carefully. The user experience here isn't super intuitive here and can be frustrating to use.

Some database views can also become heavy or slightly slow when they include a lot of relations and filters. And while it’s powerful, there can be a bit of a learning curve for new team members who aren’t familiar with building structured databases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of scattered information and disconnected workflows. Before centralizing processes, requests and documentation would live across emails, Slack threads, and different tools, which made tracking and visibility difficult. It also helps me stay organized and prioritize effectively, since I can see everything in structured databases with clear statuses and owners.

Disorganized Onboarding and Unclear Folders Make Navigation Difficult

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I can write content and share it easily, and I like that I can tailor the sharing options to fit what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very disorganized and difficult to get onboarded onto the tool. The folder organization is also super blurry and unclear, which makes it hard to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing notes, analysis to my colleagues

Indispensable for Centralizing and Collaborating

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the UX of Notion because it makes my user experience pleasant. Also, the ease of communication is a major asset for me. I can easily share a page link, create stylish info blocks, and make small databases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The power of databases is quite limited. The loading fluidity is global and could be improved, and Notion could benefit from a 100% customizable module to fully personalize the tool according to our preferences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to centralize information, organize knowledge, collaborate on projects, and facilitate communication. I can easily share pages, create design information blocks, and manage small databases.

Exceptional All-in-One Solution for Project Management

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the visual aspect of Notion, the fact that everything is in a database and that I can have different views depending on the information I want to highlight. I also appreciate the collaborative work with specific views for each person. It's truly exceptional. The emojis and colors are really great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The logging speed in databases when we have a lot of data is a bit slow sometimes. Also, I don't like the fact that I can't open multiple Notion spaces at the same time. For example, I need to work on my consulting space and my client space simultaneously, but I can't manage to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to track my tasks, projects, and to-do list. It's very visual, which helps me a lot, especially with colors and emojis to differentiate the types of projects and budgets. Everything is at a glance.

Notion: One-Stop Solution for Personal and Professional Efficiency

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for everything from handling operations at my Data Consulting Agency to personal projects like building a house and organizing a wedding. I love that it allows having everything in one place, which makes it easy to spec and follow projects. The UI is frictionless—you're always zero clicks away from entering data, working, or commenting, and the user experience is top-notch. The ability to template once the format is defined saves a lot of time. Notion AI is super valuable for retrieving context from everything related to a client or project in just one click, and it's extremely well-connected to tools like Google Drive and Slack. The new layout feature in databases is another highlight, as it allows me to pin variables and organize information without clutter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion introduced Row Level Security Permissions last year, and while it's a good first step, the feature is still lacking depth. I'm also waiting for Column Level Security which should arrive soon (Q1 2026 I think).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to have everything in one place for easy project tracking. It saves a lot of time by allowing simple format changes and automation, enabling us to template and automate with Notion AI.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like using Notion so I don't have to worry about formatting, and I find that it always looks the same, which helps with reading. I also appreciate that Notion can centralize all our documentation in one place, which is pretty cool. It also makes collaboration with my colleagues on a document easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Research, I find it complicated to find, to retrieve documents when we are in a Notion space that is very professional.

Intuitive for Workflow Management, Needs Better AI Features

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion to be quite simple to use. I like the way we can tag people and make comments on various aspects of the requirements, which is quite nice and something difficult to do with normal note documents like Google Sheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI functionality in Notion is quite restricted, and I don't know why they don't have some simpler plan for us to utilize and see the benefits of it. Also, it's quite expensive for the kind of features it is sharing with us, and there is a possibility that cheaper similar functionality tools would be available in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps us create requirements and specs, and then track task progress from design to development and bug resolution.
