Powerful tool with a bit of a learning curve

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for project management and document organization. It allows me and my team to manage workloads and assign tasks to our designers effectively. I appreciate that Notion is a powerful tool that can do a lot more than just project management. We like the table features and project boards, as they are particularly useful for our workflow. Additionally, we have it integrated with Slack, which enhances our team communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not very nice looking, and it is not the most intuitive just because it has so many features. To actually build proper pages that were customizable to us took a while since we had to spend quite some time learning how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me and my team to manage workloads and assign tasks to our designers, helping with project management as well as document organization.

Notion: A Flexible, Central Hub That Keeps Our SDR Team Organized

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion gives us one flexible, central place to run the SDR function – from onboarding and playbooks to 1:1 templates, event plans and campaign workflows. It’s fast to update, easy to structure around how we actually work, and removes the chaos of docs spread across tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can become messy quickly if ownership and structure aren’t clear, and it’s easy to duplicate content. It also isn’t natively tied into our core tools, so it relies on manual upkeep to stay accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps us standardise how the global SDR team operates – onboarding, coaching, processes, campaigns and enablement – in one shared workspace. This reduces ramp time, improves consistency across regions, and makes it much easier to scale and run repeatable outbound and event motions.

Easy-to-Use, Great for Collaborative Documentation

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Notion for its ease of use and the abundance of formatting options it offers, which allow me to present large amounts of information succinctly. It's quick to make documentation look nice, making the information more readable to others. The ability to document information like product functionality, create how-to guides, and collaborate on campaign planning is invaluable. Additionally, Notion has reduced the need for meetings by providing a single reference point for all project-related information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formatting options within tables could be improved, and setting up database tables can be a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to reduce meetings and create a single reference point for all project-related information.

Comprehensive Workspace, Needs UX Improvement

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everyone can actually edit in Notion, and the flexibility is good. The ability to filter your own stuff within your team is really helpful. It's pretty fast and you don't have to go through different sheets, as there's a view which everyone can access. The easiness of filtering things is a great feature. It's better than keeping a lot of spreadsheets and having everything viewable in one page. Notion provides one solution where all documentation and needs are met, keeping things in order.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that it's very cluttered in general. The UX and UI don't feel very intriguing. The UX is not that great right now. The buttons and everything feels really loud, and I'm very cluttered actually on the navigation bar. There is a good learning curve to adapt to Notion. It's just not that easy that I feel right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to track my work, share best practices, and manage documentation. It replaces spreadsheets by keeping everything in one place, with editing and filtration features making it easy to organize and access information.

Elegant Centralization with Just Customization

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for note-taking, internal documentation, and project tracking for my teams. Notion allows me to centralize information in one place, and the integrated AI helps me focus well on meetings and ensures I can find the information. I appreciate the simple and elegant UX that allows for enough customization so that I can make the tool my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Notion can become a "mess" due to the users' rigor and the structure of the information. It would be useful if Notion suggested simplifications, such as recognizing duplicates or pages that could be merged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion centralizes information in one place, with an integrated AI for note-taking, allowing me to focus on meetings and be sure to find the information.

One tool to rule them all

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is our single source of truth for product documentation. It's flexible and the ability to structure information with databases makes everything easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some lags, learning curve, and missing key features like proper subgrouping, pulling data from relational databases etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not centralized information, no proper databases vizualisations, filters, relation…

Clear, Shared Notebook for Gathering Information with Colleagues

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the clarity of using it to gather all the information, and the way we treat it like a shared notebook with colleagues
What do you dislike about the product?
it’s often not clear how to structure the page itself: how to set proper spacing, organize sections, and arrange content so the layout is fully clear and easy to follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping us centralize all shared information in one place, so the whole team has access to the same resources, updates, and context. This reduces miscommunication, keeps everyone aligned, and makes it much easier to track progress and collaborate efficiently. By having a single source of truth, we save time and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.

One Imperfect but Powerful Tool for (Almost) Everything: Project Management, Wiki, and Notes

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it can do (mostly) anything. From project management to wiki to notetaking, it replaces a lot of different tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations are either paywalled - or worse, became paywalled, like GitHub - or simply missing. On top of that, the API is a pain to work with—manually implementing page creation or editing is especially unpleasant and frustrating.
Databases need some tricks and workarounds to perform some actions, like inter-row relations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion serves as a central hub for our project management and knowledge base. Having both in one place, with clear relationships between them, is really great and makes it much easier to stay organized.
