Notion’s Flexibility Makes Organising Work Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has been a great tool for organising work. We use it both at work and for I also use it extensively for my personal work. The flexibility is its biggest strengths. I love how everything is connected
What do you dislike about the product?
One limitation that usually slows me down is how notion handles autofill compared to excel. In excel in a serial number column, if you drag down, it autofills & intelligently increments. Whereas in notion its either teh same number when you drag or if you use ID its random numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I havnt found any downsides yet. notion is way more powerful than others like confluence.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for its clean and easy-to-use user interface, which makes it simple to navigate and manage internal documents. I also appreciate the ease of collaboration it offers, allowing the team to collaborate on documents and share updates throughout the company. Additionally, the integration with Slack works well for us. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The table feature is a bit tough to use and would be more handy to format better. It's currently difficult to add, remove or resize rows, or even paste text into the table. It doesn't feel like it reacts to normal table functions in Excel or other common table formats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows our team to collaborate on internal documents and share updates seamlessly throughout the company.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is the connection, where I can share tasks and have visibility of different databases and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the way Notion provides its tables, so I miss a lot of things that exist in Excel today, which makes it difficult to use Notion. This makes me always use two products: Notion and another like Google Sheets or Excel, for building and viewing tables. Also, for people who join the team, they may have some difficulty due to our level of organization in Notion.

Notion solves organization issues and gives me visibility of deadlines.

Easy to use. I can organize my team projects and activities. I love the calendar view.

I would like to see the calendar by mounth like a gantt view.

I like to create pages for the teams and the AI of Notion. I use AI for customizing the pages with best practices and formatting.

easy to use, fast, pops a page right on when you go to the url and can start writing

doesnt support rtl (i write both in hebrew and english, and there's no support for it)

A flexible and intuitive information organization tool
What do you like best about the product?
I particularly like the flexibility in organizing information using Notion AI. Additionally, it's easy to write in Markdown format, and it's convenient to convert information or documents summarized from other generative AIs into Markdown format and paste them directly into Notion. Furthermore, the initial setup is very simple, so much so that you might forget you even did it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing in particular, it's convenient so I use it on my PC and smartphone every day. I really have no complaints, so there's nothing to write about.

It helps organize information, take notes, generate ideas, and is convenient for converting to Markdown format and pasting into Notion.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the paywall friction; the most impactful features are locked behind higher price tiers, which is restrictive for power users on budget plans. Additionally, there is a scalability gap: the 'full value' of the ecosystem feels gatekept, making it difficult to justify the cost when not all team members are heavy, active users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves our need for a single source of truth by consolidating fragmented docs and tasks. However, as our workspace scales, we face a major problem with information decay and outdated pages. We lack the automated maintenance and content verification tools necessary to keep data accurate, which currently forces us toward higher, more expensive tiers just to manage basic workspace hygiene.
