Notion has been a game changer in helping me organize my business and content ideas.
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place and easily configurable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe too many features. I know I'm not using it to the best of my ability. I don't know what I don't know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in the middle of creating a business, running a podcast, networking, getting speaking events, taking courses and tracking it all in a spreadsheet was not working. I need one place to house everything in a simple, digestable format and with automation built in.
Versatile Collaboration Tool with Room for Formatting Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I find the Notion AI pretty cool. I also like the ability to organize thoughts and format them. Sharing ideas with others and collaborating by commenting on content is a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Text formatting can be much better. Currently, I find it lacking compared to other tools like Confluence, for example. Colors, different kinds of layout options, content format options would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Flexible Workspace that Centralizes and Streamlines
What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible Notion is. We can customize pages and build databases for candidate tracking, create templates for interviews, and make necessary adjustments as our process evolves. It feels like a tool that adapts to how we work, instead of forcing us into a fixed structure. The customization stands out for me the most; we can build databases, create reusable templates, and organize information exactly the way we need it. The drag-and-drop layout and the ability to link pages together make everything feel connected and easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Notion can feel overwhelming, especially for new team members because there are so many customization options. It can also slow down when pages get too heavy with databases and embeds. A more structured onboarding guide and stronger offline functionality could make it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves our organization problems by consolidating files, notes, and trackers into one central hub. It keeps our hiring process structured and makes collaboration easier, helping our team stay aligned without relying on endless emails or multiple folders.
Jira and Confluence for the rest of us.
What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly simple yet powerful way to organize everything. The AI integration is a standout feature and the ability to manage on the go makes it seamless. Team management is also refreshingly easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Voice mode stops transcribing when WiFi is interrupted, which feels like a bug. The AI can also be inconsistent – sometimes it moves content between teamspaces, other times it can’t. Paying per person for Notion AI also feels steep even if it makes financial sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion makes true organization actually achievable. Google Drive technically can do it but feels clunky in practice. Notion is essentially Jira and Confluence combined but built for everyone, not just enterprise teams.

Project management, note taking and note organization.
Promising Tool with AI and Integration Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion very convenient as it allows me to organize information and keep everything in one place. The AI for building databases with prompts is excellent, and the integration is a feature I appreciate. Although there's a learning curve, setting up Notion was relatively easy.

I find that the AI can get overwhelmed sometimes, making it slow or buggy. Handling big data is annoyingly not easy. Also, there's a learning curve, though it's relatively easy once you get the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me organize information, summarize meetings, manage emails, trackers, databases, and reminders all in one place.

Notion's database capabilities and collaborative features are top-notch. It allows our team to centralize all documentation and project tracking in one highly flexible and customizable workspace.

The mobile performance can be quite sluggish at times, especially when loading complex pages with multiple databases. It would be great to see more optimization for smoother usage on the go.
