Collaborative Powerhouse for Document Management

  • February 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can create team spaces and documents that belong to that space, allowing me to collaborate with my team in real time on documents. Notion makes it easy for me to collaborate and brainstorm with my team asynchronously, and it helps keep team documents organized and easily searchable. The searching feature works pretty well, especially when I'm looking for a company-wide document but don't know exactly where it is. Creating and using pages is another aspect that I value. I like that when I copy all the content of a page, it's copied as markdown. Additionally, the initial setup of Notion was easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like Notion can do a lot. It sometimes can feel hard to understand or even know what features are available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for storing, sharing, and analyzing documents with my team. It makes it easy to collaborate and brainstorm asynchronously, keeps documents organized and easily searchable, and allows real-time document collaboration. Overall, search works pretty well and supports finding company-wide documents efficiently.

Intuitive with Powerful AI Assistance

  • February 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the AI function in Notion because it helps me find info I can't locate easily from searching across different databases. Just being able to prompt it and easily find information or double check is really valuable. The initial setup of Notion was pretty easy and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find maybe understanding how to make sure the different data sources are plugged in or connected to Notion challenging. I'd like a tutorial to help with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for looking up files and taking notes. It helps me find info I can't easily find from searching different databases.

Notion: The Ideal Collaborative Tool

  • February 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ergonomics of Notion. The ability to organize and highlight text is instinctive and intuitive, much better than a Google Sheet. I also appreciate the possibility of collaboration while respecting confidentiality. It's very practical to be able to invite anyone you want to one or more Notion pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when someone invites us to a Notion page, we receive a notification by email. I find it complicated to find all the Notion pages that have been shared with us if we don't keep the email. When everyone in the company uses it and creates lots of pages, it is sometimes very complicated to find what we are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps us align internally, structure decision-making, ensure visibility on project progress, and facilitate collaboration while respecting confidentiality.

Centralized Organization with Room for Improvement

  • February 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion offers a user interface that is pretty easy to navigate, use, and edit. It helps me centralize things, making them easy to find in one spot. Also, I'm hopeful that in time, I will be able to automate some of my workflows with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the pages aren't exactly intuitive, and importing documents from things like Google Docs into Notion can get a little chopped up and difficult to find. When you open a page, it can be difficult to navigate to other pages or you might lose your place easily. The initial setup was a little challenging because of the way our team rolled the product out. We had to take training on the tool before access, which tripped some people up. Getting the workspace setup to be applicable to the workflow took a little bit of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to keep resources centralized, making them easy to find.

Great for Organization, Needs Better Table Features

  • February 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for organizing summaries, planning to-dos, and daily notes for work. The note-taking function during meetings and the auto-summary feature have been really nice. I appreciate having more organization in how notes fit together, and even though we don’t use the project tracking function much, it adds an extra layer of capability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't really form tables very easily. Sometimes I want to kinda have a description page on the projects or just the details of what's required of it. And I want to have more of a table format, and it's not really the easiest to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for note-taking during meetings; the auto summary is really nice. It helps organize my thoughts, to-dos, and daily notes for work. The added project tracking function helps organization but is not used much in my current workflow.

Effortless Organization, But Needs Better Note Search

  • February 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is easy to work with and that my assistant can send me work notes on there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the note taking skills. I like to be able to search in the note taking skills. I don't think that it has that embedded in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me stay organized.

Empowers Knowledge Management, But Needs Streamlined Search

  • February 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the searchable option in Notion, making it easy to find information quickly. It uses plain language, which is easy to understand in real time, especially when I have someone on the phone or during a video conference. The way the information is listed is very logical, like knowing where to find non-pharmacological options. I also love how it provides a pathophysiology with explanations and rationale behind different options. It tells me what the best option is, the next best, and which ones to avoid. Overall, it's easy to understand, read, and follow. Notion also solves problems in real-time, allowing for live collaboration, and gives me real-world tools that make me feel empowered when you can’t quickly access a colleague or leader. It opens up a whole new world of options with up-to-date, evidence-based information that aligns with my organization's protocols.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Notion was less dense because sometimes there's too much wording to sift through. I also think a keyword library would be helpful. For example, if I'm searching for something like insomnia, it doesn't just bring up insomnia-related content. Instead, it shows everything with the word insomnia, and I have to dig through it, making it unclear if it's addressing insomnia specifically. Having clearly listed certain topics that we often see in our field would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion provides real-time collaboration and evidence-based information, which helps me solve problems in live appointments. It opens up new opportunities, aligns with protocols, and reduces anxiety by ensuring I have current, reliable information.

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of flexibility that you can do when creating notes and content for your day to day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bullet point feature on existing lists do not exist, which makes this very frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me stay organized with a lot of different projects.

Flexible All-in-One Tool with a Learning Curve

  • February 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for project management and as a knowledge database management tool. It's an all-in-one database that helps me streamline workflows, manage my life and work in a structured way, and collaborate with others. I think the most attractive feature is its flexibility, allowing users to define their own use cases and structure the database and dashboard according to their preferences. I particularly like the Notion AI function which embeds major language models and can further streamline tasks within the platform. The integration was smooth, as I have Notion embedded with my Gmail and Calendar. When researching investment targets, Notion efficiently populates relevant company information for me, which I find very efficient. Overall, I am highly likely to recommend Notion to a friend or colleague, rating it a 9 or 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the learning curve is a bit high for Notion. I personally put in around 10 hours to get started by looking at all the various tutorials. Maybe figuring out how the setup could be more user-friendly would be helpful for Notion to attract more customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion streamlines my workflows by providing an all-in-one database that helps manage work and life more efficiently and facilitates collaboration.
