Fantastic for Team Collaboration, Needs Better Mac App
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's user interface, collaboration features, and markdown capabilities. These features help me collaborate better with my team and make decisions more efficiently. Notion makes it easy to capture those decisions in a way that's simple to find later with its search function. I also appreciate how easy the initial setup was for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Notion Mac app doesn't work very well, and the mobile app could be improved as well. But the browser version works fine.

Notion helps us review decisions and document our system effectively, allowing collaboration in a user-friendly way. It boosts team collaboration, helps us make better and faster decisions, and makes capturing and finding decisions easy with its search function.
Intuitive UI and Effortless Daily Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's user interface because it's really extremely intuitive. I also appreciate how easy it is to use the AI feature right in the middle of a page, which has helped me organize my thoughts into books. This process is new to me, but the more I do it, the more effective I've become at taking notes on a daily basis. I like how Notion keeps all my thoughts in one place and allows me to interact with them in a super productive way. The initial setup was super easy, with no problems at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints

Efficient Document Management with Minor AI Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Notion for housing data for my growth operating business, including client dashboards and saving things like SOPs. It helps me incorporate SOPs into making new documents, and I can quickly add pages and write new ones using old ones. I find the meeting notes really useful, especially because Notion allows me to add pages with the contents from that page, and meeting notes come with actionable tasks. The meeting notes feature is really easy to use, which I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the whole interface of researching using AI a bit challenging when I'm not working within a document. It also feels quite buggy and seems to go wrong a lot more than any other AI I've used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to incorporate SOPs into new documents quickly, helping me easily add and create pages using existing ones.
Centralize and Personalize, But Complex
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is the number of options or solutions it has to customize views for both tasks and needs and calendars. I love how we can schedule all the campaigns and have all the documentation interconnected. It helps me a lot when it comes to optimizing and making the team's time be used as efficiently as possible. From the same task, with one click, I can open the campaign content calendar, the documentation, the document with the creatives, and the document with the copies. It's very useful to be able to access several documents or subtasks at the click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion can be quite confusing because it has many layers, pages, databases, views, and filters, which are not always intuitive to understand. This makes it difficult to adopt if you don't use it daily. Additionally, it sometimes feels a bit sluggish, requiring more clicks than necessary for task management, which makes execution a bit slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Notion to centralize marketing work, connecting documentation, briefs, and tasks in one place. This optimizes the team's time, allowing quick access to different documents and subtasks with a click, improving efficiency.
Personalized and Efficient Organization, But Lacks Improvements in Calculations
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to organize things in my own personalized way, attach and embed documents in Notion. I find user tagging and the inbox useful. With this, I can make clear who is responsible for each task, tagging them and automatically sending them emails notifying them of the tags. I prefer to organize myself through the inbox, which is essential for seeing my pending tasks or returning to a previous topic that I haven't bookmarked. Additionally, it was easy to set up Notion initially.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like calculations. I wish I could use this easily for tables with numbers like I do with Excel. I need to use complex formulas and in a different format than we are used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is great for documentation, calendars, and roadmaps. I can organize in a personalized way, attach documents, and tag users, making it easier to clarify responsibilities. The inbox helps me manage pending tasks, essential for not getting lost.
An All-in-One Platform That Boosts Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I especially like that Notion can track online meetings without being visible, as it doesn't interrupt the attention of the participants. I really love Notion because it can hold different types of media within a project, which is super convenient. I also like Notion's capability for unlimited database features and I find its AI assistant especially helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging that Notion doesn't automatically create titles for meetings, using just the date and time instead, which can sometimes make it hard to organize. It would also be helpful if Notion could automatically generate hashtags and suggest links between documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion acts like my second brain by keeping everything in one place, tracking all different information sources, and helping me manage project details and meeting follow-up points. It enhances productivity and stores various media types with unlimited database capabilities.
